The only negative matter is some staff needs to learn how to deal equally with every guest, not just the people they know they gonna give them tips

Good hotel with a lot of businesses, companies and meetings rather than relaxing and touring. I tried the Italian restaurant and the food there are great. Toilets in the hall need more care

They treated us like gold, upgraded us to a room like I’ve never stayed in before. Two sliding glass patio doors one out the living room, one in the bedroom, both leading to the pool which was beautiful

We were given the room with the best view of the pyramids and although we encountered major problem with the AC not working at properly - they managed to quickly move us to another room withe ease! Everything else is just fine food is not that good ,meat is chewy , salads are just fine and not very tasty. You can get better food for much less than what we paid. So basically overpriced and overrated

Its breakfast buffet is very good with very attentive and meticulous service. Each apartment also has its own router so Internet service was better than other Hiltons we've visited in Egypt

Overall it’s a nice and clean property and the pool is clean too. Housekeeping will never respond to phone calls. They appear to have shortage of staff specially in housekeeping. Breakfast was reasonably good
