Good service and great food (Hard to come by in Cairo) Yes, the rooms are a bit dated but it still feels premium enough to warrant 5 stars

After reading some negative reviews on here I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is gorgeous and in a top location. It is an ugly city and this place is like an oasis

This hotel had a lot to offer! Many restaurants and they were able to make sure I had gluten free options

The pool is outside which is nice and the gym had all the basic things you would need to get a quick 30 minute session in. I'd definitely recommend and try to get a room facing away from the hotel on the top floors

If you are sensitive to the second hand I'd recommend going into the room and testing it out before you settle in. Because I switched rooms I realized that each room is pretty much set up completely different

The hotel is located next to the mall and has direct access to the mall. The environment is particularly good with a unique Egyptian flavor. The swimming pool is pyramid-shaped and the breakfast is also good.

The stay was lovely, The place was clean and very close to the airport. Enjoyed the stay and the professional hotel staff which was so friendly and helpful Meals was fantastic and with very good variety

I was on a conference for two days. The food and beverage for breakfast and lunch are more than excellent with different varieties. They have a nice pool that you can check in the picture

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city. It’s within walking distance of many attractions and great restaurants. The view from the room was stunning, especially at sunset

There is a passage on the right hand side of the hotel entrance that leads directly to the City Star shopping mall next door. It is convenient for shopping, but many stores don't open until 10:30

Location was perfect, cleanliness was good, however service was terrible, had to call room service multiple time for coffee or vanity kit and still they did not provide

We stayed in Cairo on a quick layover. This hotel is great - the staff were super friendly and it is located near the Nile and other areas such as the Egyptian museum. We could actually see the pyramids from our window

It wasn’t a clear view but they were on the horizon. Also, worth mentioning the breakfast buffet was fantastic - included many different eating options

Wonderful Breakfast at Rawi – Sheraton Cairo Hotel & Casino We had a truly lovely breakfast experience at Rawi. The food selection was excellent, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented

One small point only , i didn’t like the way of service i had yesterday from the lady in the lobby’s coffee shop, her name is Sara , she was not hospitable at all with bad attitude comparing to the other ladies who were so polite , like Jihan a very sweet lady

We had an event today at the palm ballroom, the view was amazing, green areas all around, spacious and super clean. Also the service was amazing (Mohamed El Gazzar) was so helpful and attentive to all our needs

I'm in the Fairmont Room overlooking the Nile at the Fairmont Cairo. The views are impressive! The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs

We lost a bag, and the hotel took over tracking it down and getting it delivered to us. They also provided clothes and amenities to get us through. Everyone has been incredibly pleasant and focused on our satisfaction

Couldn’t ask for more regarding service, friendliness and accommodation. Anything you need, they will go out their way to sort for you. A number of good quality restaurants in the hotel itself

The location also met our needs nicely. Thank you, Fairmont, for a wonderful stay. An area of improvement could be adding Netflix/streaming options to the TV. But, still had plenty of channels to choose from

There are ATM and money changer which is very convenient. I just wish the food quality of in room service could be better. To compare the in room service of Renaissance Cairo, RC Cairo need to learn or improve from them

The security team at the back of the hotel (museum side) is not really helpful as well. They only know how to chase you out and not guiding you to come from the front of the hotel (Nile side)

They also upgraded our room to Nile View, which is perfect!. The location is walking distance to the downtown and Egyptian Museum(which is still open regardless of new museum opened in Giza)

Make this your address while in Cairo! The location couldn't be better. The rooms are spacious and tastefully appointed. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home

The hotel is impressive! It’s very clean, quiet and comfortable. The place in the middle of Cairo which is good to reach everywhere very easy and room views are very good

I stayed at this hotel five times. Family for the location the fact that it has a swimming pool. Food here for breakfast was not too good because it upset my stomach

I like the staff the rooms are good but some of the views are just terrible. If you can get a view of the Egyptian museum or the pool. The views can some time kind of depress me

this hotel has a swimming pool and a gym and after a day and Cairo you need to kind of decompress in a pool. I would stay here again this is my go-to hotel in Cairo. I paid $125 a night including taxes with breakfast

Great place to relax and pamper yourself. Their massage is on spot. Heated pool is the best especially in winter. Swimming from outdoor to indoors is a lot of fun.

Rooms are very wide and beds are comfortable. Tv is big and with lot of channels. I ordered room service but they didn’t bring salt and pepper and it took him 10 minutes to get it so I ate without it which wasn’t good

Strategic location but the room was too small for its price worthy

Mini-Bar Setup: Snacks were placed on a table under the TV as part of the mini-bar, with extremely high prices. This setup is impractical, especially for families with kids, and not something I've encountered elsewhere

We had Fabulous time at the Concord, very safe and my favorite part was the staff who was very kind. Including Fatima, and yesren and he who did a great job of taking care of the room for us

So booking on the excective floor doesn't provide any advantages and I would seriousely reconsider booking a room and might use other hotel that are more generrous

i spent 5 nights, the place is a beautiful and safe place, due to police security guard in reception. the staff are polite and friendly but English language can not understand everyone however it is not big drama

So the walking from the reception area to the rooms may take some time. WiFi connectivity was slow in the rooms, better near the reception area. Overall, a pleasant experience ! Would recommend this place ! :)

The rooms are comfortably large with a sitting area and a deck. The large swimming pool was beautiful. Early mornings are a treat with the beautiful blue pool and the gardens

Very good food, the waiter Abdel from Syd restaurant was amazingly kind and brought our kids extra mango juice and cacao. Everyone in hotel is very nice, only maybe a little bit slow when you request some services.

, we were whisked to room 430, which I would highly recommend staying in. It's on the highest floor with the best views of both pyramids. We heard absolutely no noise and slept like babies throughout our stay
