Well located in the most exclusive Cairo neighbourood. Plenty of excellent afordable restaurants. Rooms are spacious an comfortable, classic style

We know this because a member of our group caught a hotel worker going through his bags and caught it on video. *Apparently* the hotel worker was fired, but there was no verification of this

TLDR: great complex, decent restaurants, and mediocre rooms. BE AWARE: the cleaning crew/ hotel workers go through your rooms looking for money to steal

The service is slow, they are not very attentive, and you pretty much have to search for a waiter every time you want something. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant ambience, and we spent many of our evenings in this area

The hotel somewhat reeks of cigarette smoke, but that’s many places in Egypt. The gym was well stocked for a hotel gym, you have pretty much everything you need and it was never super busy

Patrons are allowed to place their money on your seat, which may nerve-wrack some. I did not experience any issues with this and I always received my appropriate winnings

The stay was lovely, The place was clean and very close to the airport. Enjoyed the stay and the professional hotel staff which was so friendly and helpful Meals was fantastic and with very good variety

I was on a conference for two days. The food and beverage for breakfast and lunch are more than excellent with different varieties. They have a nice pool that you can check in the picture

Excellent destination which i am sure that i will come again

The breakfast was wow staff However I came in 2009 to Egypt and I was since the time I said I might not visit again but this time it’s totally different especially with this special hotel keep it up and soon soon soon you will see me in January, planning to bring my family over here to enjoy the timing here

Took out one star for the the lack of drinking water bottles “ you have to request them in room but they only give two per person “ and it took way too long for water to arrive most of the time

The most lovely place that I have ever stayed. The hospitality are really great and I do advise everybody to come to this hotel

This hotel is centrally located in Cairo. Not really walking distance but a short car ride (which is available at the hotel for a charge)

I just came back from my first trip to Egypt, where I stayed at the Ramses Hilton (Cairo), the service was amazing, everyone is smiling at you and working hard to make your stay the best experience you wish for, they have everything you might need, restaurants, a casino and a pool, every hotel has these services, but the employees over there are just humanly appalling and will welcome you with an open...

Do not hesitate to book this hotel. The Nile view from the room was amazing! All the common areas well kept and the room super clean

Ramsey hotel and staff are amazing. The staff will go then extra mile to help you accomplish your goals and needs. Hotel location is across the road from Nile River so there are great views of the river

The matress perfect and the personnel very helpful! The buffet breakfast has a lot of variety and fresh products! I will definitely come back!

I enjoyed my stay, 5-star service from the parking and valet, they help with your luggage, and easily assist to settle you into your room. Very helpful staff, and there is some shopping that is convenient in the hotel

The restaurant Pane Vino is outstanding. Islam took excellent care of our table. Five star restaurant without the five star price. We had gazpacho, seafood soup, seafood linguine and the sea bass were incredible

Service of rooms are excellent. Breakfast is good but extremely hard to get service if coffee or water. They continue to say yes but won’t get you any

Great hotel and wonderful location. Hanna took great care of me at breakfast! The freshly made bread was delicious, hot out of the oven and served with a warm smile from the women baking it. Great way to start the day!

The only negative matter is some staff needs to learn how to deal equally with every guest, not just the people they know they gonna give them tips

It was a nice experience in the hotel for our Anniversary. Also, The Revolving Restaurant on the 40th floor, is beyond amazing

Location of this hotel is second to none! Beyond beautiful Nile scenery that is visible from almost every single angle, would wish to experience the view from an elevated floor room as I’d imagine it would be out of this world and would make up for anything else

Location as well is premium in the heart of downtown Cairo and inside the middle of the Nile

I stayed here for five nights, where I enjoyed the view of the Nile from the 35th floor, great breakfast, and definitely helpful and courteous staff. Our child also enjoyed the stay, including the outdoor pools

Ultimately it was caulking around the glass to walls but they didn't do it. Our card also was hit and miss sometimes with our room. Otherwise the location is good, there is a currency exchange machine in the hotel

We did not partake in the buffet so we cannot comment on it. But the communication and service was excellent

Well, I attended a wedding reception around the pool area... It was nice. The area is suitable for 100 to 150 persons. Service by staff was good and friendly.

The service we received was excellent and the communication was top notch

We had some issues which they resolved or offered solutions immediately such as changing rooms because our shower was leaking water onto floor when we showered

On our last night, we dined at the Middle Eastern restaurant (see food photos), and it was extremely good

You must absolutely visit both restaurants Tao and Ev the food is out of this world, the atmosphere and decoration is gorgeous! The concierge are extremely helpful and will organize fantastic trips for you!! The accommodation is huge and breathtaking

I haven’t stayed in the hotel yet but I have used the spa and the restaurant. If you are looking for real Thai food in Cairo, this is the place. Beautiful restaurant, incredible menu and excellent service

It is like being in the US except for the music they play. Safe, clean, and Nile river view. Make sure your reservation says Nile river view and not partial river view, with the first one you can see the piramides 😉.

This is really a five star hotel. I am so impressed that they have accessibility toilet. Their meals is so rich and their customer care is the best I have ever seen. This is a very good place to be

Nice Hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is very good. But the furniture is already very tired and needs updating.

I'm in the Fairmont Room overlooking the Nile at the Fairmont Cairo. The views are impressive! The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs

The location also met our needs nicely. Thank you, Fairmont, for a wonderful stay. An area of improvement could be adding Netflix/streaming options to the TV. But, still had plenty of channels to choose from

Our recent stay at Fairmont Nile City in Cairo was fantastic. My husband and I found the breakfast to be quite enjoyable, amazing selection, and the staff were very helpful throughout our time there

We lost a bag, and the hotel took over tracking it down and getting it delivered to us. They also provided clothes and amenities to get us through. Everyone has been incredibly pleasant and focused on our satisfaction

It was solo trip and for more than week. Stay was comfortable. Food was good. Staff is polite and behaves nicely. Overall rating will be 4.5/5.

The restaurant is so nice with many varieties of soup, appetizers, main courses and desserts. Next morning, the shuttle bus dropped us back to the airport

They have nice lobby by the way, above average breakfast, also they have multiple swimming pools, and many more amenities. I couldn’t explore the whole place, cause I only had a short transit

Basin and commode wasn’t that great, hand shower didn’t work, room conditioning wasn’t that great etc. They may have some nice room, but I got that one in a transit

It looks really great from outside. But the room I had was really old fashioned and a lot a problem like paint is coming off from the room and bathrooms

Also, the shuttle from the hotel is not that great, but the guy is really amazing and it operates as schedule

Great place to relax and pamper yourself. Their massage is on spot. Heated pool is the best especially in winter. Swimming from outdoor to indoors is a lot of fun.

Rooms are very wide and beds are comfortable. Tv is big and with lot of channels. I ordered room service but they didn’t bring salt and pepper and it took him 10 minutes to get it so I ate without it which wasn’t good

This my favorite hotel in Cairo. Varieties of places for adults and kids which will make you busy all day and night. Different restaurants with different food styles. I will recommend it to everyone.

One night I returned to the hotel after dinner, they had live music!! Unfortunately the band was singing the last song of the night which happened to be one of my favorite songs “No Woman No Cry”?

Everything else is just fine food is not that good ,meat is chewy , salads are just fine and not very tasty. You can get better food for much less than what we paid. So basically overpriced and overrated

The bedroom is huge and we had 2 bathrooms we stayed here on the 4th of October 2024 for 1 night as a treat for our late Anniversary which the hotel laid out roses petals in a heart shape and a cake on the table for when we arrived back from the Pyramids

We had an evening meal outside and our table had the Pyramids in front of us anyone visiting Cairo should definitely book Marriott Mena House you will feel and be taken care of like royalty

My friends on the other hand had quite a few issues with their room and plumbing so i'd say 4/5. All in all I had a really good time
