Panorama Ramsis Hotel & Cafe, Cairo1 / 50
8.0
Cairo, 10 Saif El Deen Mahran, Ramsis Square 🧭 Map
My husband and I went to Cairo, Panorama Ramses Hotel and Cafe on November 1st. The hotel was very nice clean and safe with a reasonable price and close to Al-Fath Mosque, International Museum, Cairo Tower, Tahrir Square, Nile River and shopping centers. Also all the staff including Carlos and their reservations named Sahar and Shahed were very kind and nice and friendly and polite. And I suggest you...
Very great customer service very comfortable place to be at the reception they meet you with a beautiful smile and great help . At the restaurant Food are great very clean and test so good . Room cleaning team are great they clean the room very well all the time . Very safe place nice area. Thank you so much for you great customer service l really enjoy my time
This hotel is a true gem! Its prime location made it incredibly easy to explore the city's main attractions on foot. After a long day of sightseeing, coming back to the comfortable bed and quiet room was exactly what we needed.
Everything was great. Staff were friendly helpful meeting you with great smile, you feel like a home, room was clean, bathroom was clean everything was perfect I had a wonderful comfortable stay 🥰 Thank you all guys so much, special thanks to ms sahar and ms shahd also mr ahmed i think a night shift hansom guy.. For sure I will use this place again
Looks horrible from outside , but the room and shower was amazingly acceptable compare to the price .
Staff: very friendly and helpful It's great that you can book a day use, early check-in, later check-out, etc. There was an issue with hot water. It was very annoying. I had to live without hot water for a couple of days. Price = 600LE "single room" I took the photos that day I was leaving so the room was messy 😅

The food is meh but overall nice and clean hotel and the flys are very annoying
Quietly good, good room service, polite staff, acceptable food, excellent position in Downtown I would give it 5 stars but bad wifi internet service
This hotel is my best one! In the heart of Cairo. Despite its old looking, I love it so much
Nice hotel best location and restaurant view
Suitable place to stay in the center of Cairo and cheap in the same time
The hotel is old but clean. They don't serve good quality food and the breakfast menu isn't much full. Though it is perfectly spotted in the downtown area and close to two metro stations

Overall, you can spend a couple of days here, everything works!
New star Z hotel is located in a quiet side of the area but we were facing a school, which made the morning a bit of a nightmare to sleep in. The room was big and overall the stay was good. It has a good design (glass window for the shower for instance) but lacks finition. It didn’t look so clean but after inspection, we realised it was also due to the design. Breakfast was good.
We stayed at the hotel in early April for 5 nights. We booked a two-room suite for two adults and a 9-year-old child. The room is large, each room is equipped with air conditioning. Shower gels and shampoos were given out once on the first day, but I think they would bring more if you asked (we just had our own). The hotel was quiet, we didn't hear our neighbors (3rd floor). Breakfasts are normal,...
The hotel is located in Cairo Sanlitun, surrounded by embassies. The location is very convenient, but it is hard to find. It is in a small alley. Overall it is OK
It was a good room but there are cheaper rooms across the river. Rooms were nice, but my bed had hair in it. The toilet also was not fully cleaned. The breakfast was excellent with slightly different dishes prepared each day. I was not expecting the good selection they provided. The dining staff, the staff at the desk, and the cleaning staff were all very very nice and helpful. Excellent staff! Excellent...

The good: people are friendly, the area is safe, the food is delicious, the view was incredible The weird: the bathroom is so crammed I would stay there again
Rooms are huge, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of towels and nice hot water. There is a smart TV but no one seems to know how to work them. Solid 3 star hotel. Best part is the view from the rooftop. Breakfast is complimentary and filling, although not spectacular. With the Ful being an exception. Their Ful and flat bread is quite tasty but it never changes which is not ideal after a day or two. If...
Rooms are large and clean - close to pyramids for a wonderful rooftop view. If you walk around unescorted, many people trying to sell you things, but they are polite. The staff was helpful and proffessional. Mohammad & Jassmin were wonderful!
The outside looks are deceiving. Please go inside it is very nice and budget friendly. Friendly staff very helpful and kind. Met all expectations.

Good hospitality and clean place. Also it's location is perfect. Near to a lot of places. Prices are reasonable too.
Nice place to meet with friends. Nice staff.
More comfortable place and more quiet
A very good 3 star hotel, the rooms are clean, nice but there is no bottled water in the room you have to buy it. No ironing machine or table, but you can request ironing and dry clean easily. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice. Bathroom is decent. Summary: nice to stay in, close to elkorba and very good for a 3-star hotel.

Nice people, clean rooms, good pruce/quality ratio
Very nice hotel, polite staff, good food quality and most important the hotel cleanness is very good
Good hôtel for the price, good staff, but we stay there 3 nights and 2 days without roomcleaning that was a big disapointment.
One of our best sellers in Cairo! The Husa Pyramids is on Avenue of the Pyramids, a short distance from the famous pyramids of Giza. The hotel offers free parking nearby.
What everyone needs in a hotel, clean room and bathroom, very comfortable, excellent services, great location, you can go anywhere from this hotel.

Good hotel and nice historical place
Amazing spot beautiful virgin nature
antique hotel - excellent staff
Very calm. I stayed there for two nights, I expected that I would get a noisy atomosphere considering that the motel is located in downtown, it wasn't at all. The experience was good, very near to Al Ataba metro station and Abdel khalik Tharwat St. And that's a huge plus.
Stayed at the Victoria many times when working in Egypt. No frills, but clean and central. Beware rooms near the mosque muezzin on the front corner. Wish they'd rebuild that old terrace to the side...

The room was nice, spacious and bright, but too noisy, close to the main road, and poor soundproofing. It was hard to fall asleep
Excellent stay—clean hotel, great location, and amazing staff. Salma and Marcelo went above and beyond with both service and local guidance. Highly recommended!
Tahrir Plaza Suites is good. A boutique hotel, very Egyptian type. The staff are very warm and nice. They helps me to fixs my problem.but the sad, Dora, she is the most help a lot. She is very nice & helpful. I love these 5 Arabian nights in Tahrir Plaza Suites.
Good and very clean but its expensive equal to services Good team and lovely hotel
This might be the most atmospheric boutique hotel in the whole of Cairo. Do not be fooled by the exterior. The rooms are HUGE, beautiful and atmospheric. The staff are amazing (female run!) and breakfast at 3 USD brought to the rooms is a must-have. At first you may feel underwhelmed in the public areas but just wait - I saw lots of the rooms and they were truly stunning. This place is really something...
This is a quaint hotel very well located in Cairo. Our room had everything we needed and we took advantage of the offer for Airport pickup and that went very smoothly. The location allows easy access to Tahrir Square, the Egyptian museum and places to eat. I would not claim that it is easy to walk around there because of the enormous amount of traffic. It is also not easy to sleep because of the traffic...

The location is very good, but it is a bit noisy, but the hotel service is very good, the breakfast is also very good, the travel is very convenient, the bed is very comfortable, and the decoration style is also very local
The hotel is very pretty. It is a bit old, but it is fun to look at the Cairo scenery from the terrace.
Cairo Inn is a great choice for a stay in the heart of Cairo. Its location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and food options just around the corner. The staff are friendly and always ready to help, making the stay even more pleasant. The room is simple but comfortable, providing a good place to rest after exploring the city. Overall, a convenient and welcoming stay in Cairo.
Amazing service. Friendly staff. We did laundry, and it was only 20 Egyptian pounds per piece. $2 for 2 jeans and 3 shirts! We were upgraded to a larger room with a balcony. Breakfast was included and was delicious.
The location is very good, within walking distance to the Egyptian National Museum. There is no elevator, so you need to carry your luggage up the stairs. There are mosquitoes in the room, and I was bitten. Breakfast is a fixed style every day, delivered to the room, and eaten on your own balcony.
The location of the hotel is very good, right in the city center, but the hotel is relatively old, the customer elevator, overall it is OK, the hotel breakfast is also great

Good place, not very good staff
Definitely a good place for the money! The surrounding area is great for a morning or an evening walk! The staff is also so friendly.
Fairly cheap hotel close to Cairo Tower and the Egyptian Museum. Also not too far from Giza pyramids and the Sphinx. Staff are very friendly and willing to help. The rooms were a disappointment for a 'four star' hotel my wife and I were expected much better standards, the cleanliness of the rooms were acceptable however, we were provided with twin beds as apposed to a double bed, with very little alternatives we were forced to push the beds together. Check in were smooth, afternoon stuff were friendly…. By checking in I have informed them that I am leaving by early morning as my partner and the kids were flying, at 2:30 AM while I were escorting them to the airport I was treated by the reception as if I am escaping from the hotel !!!! The hotel staff and the restaurant inside are amazing!!!! the only problem was the room. very basic and the bathroom didn't seem very clean. I wish next time they have improved because the location is very convenient , the staff very helpful, they even sent a taxi if you ask to transfer you. They just need to take care of the cleaningness of rooms.
Pros: Nice rooftop bar with many varieties of drinks (Soft and Alcohol). Interesting varieties of food ( Indian and Italian). Decent and professional staff. The roof at the 6 floor accessible with elevator. The new design for the roof is unique and modern. The listing music at the background was good. Rating is 08/10. Cons: Over priced rooftop bar. When it became busy u can't reach the waiters easily...
No pets allowed, which I think is ridiculous, the rooms are nice and spacious. Very clean and tidy room, staff are also approachable.
Went there for a dinner (Indian cuisine), found the quality good and taste of food more authentic than some of the leading chain of Indian restaurants operating in Cairo. Would highly recommend to anyone who craves for Indian cuisine.

Nice location, good price, some issues with the service but can be managed
We only stayed two days here but everybody helped so we could make the most out of our short time. The staff is really friendly ??? hotel is really close to the pyramids and they can hook you up with a cheap taxi so you don't get ripped off. If you are looking for a fine place to explore the city and not for a luxury facility this is your place ?
The building is old. Like most of the city. There's no getting around that. There is no air conditioning. BUT the staff is GREAT!!! I enjoyed every person that I met and found them helpful and gracious. I am grateful for their hospitality. If you are on a budget and here for the view, you'll enjoy this location.
Amazing stay, the location was perfectly appropriate for the stay it was close to the pyramids which was lovely. The reception was very beautiful. Had a 5 star stay there. The breakfast in the morning was hearty and full.
The view is awesome but Bad internet Some bad room The food is fine Noisy a little All of the cause the hotel is old
Nice and direct view to the Pyramids. The food and drinks are not the same as menu. Food quality is 50% accepted I donot Recommend the food there, try to only drink normal beverages. It is roof without AC so no recommended in hot days. At all, it is quite good

I couldn’t fault this place - SAYED the manager was superb. The room we had was great, views exceptional, food was great and most importantly they made us feel special. The tour guide provided to us was outstanding too. You guys have the greatest team !! Thank you for your hospitality!
Don’t be alarmed by the entrance. Go in and take the elevator to the 6th floor. Our stay for 3nights was great. Staff were helpful. Rooms were great. Rooftop breakfast with the pyramids in the background. Chef had a great variety of options to accommodate our vegetarian diet. Overall I’m impressed by the quality of our stay and the service provided by the staff. Would def recommend to others
The restaurant was so good and the quality of the food is so high the chef gamal was so kind and gentle and i felt that he cooked the food by his heart. I can say that during my stay I didn’t find anything bad . And the reception and the staff are amazing. Really love it it won’t be the one time to visit the hotel specially the restaurant ♥️

Hotel is good and convenient The hotel was inside an old building at 15th floor. We were really shocked when we had arrived, the elevator was old and slow. After arrival, the hotel was not really bad. Our room was clean and having the nice view with Nile River. The staff was nice and helpful. And the location of the hotel was convenient, it was easy to call a taxi.
Would highly recommend, very quiet and peaceful with a great a view of the Nile river, Cairo tower and Cairo. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Such a cute little hotel, on the water with beautiful view of the city. The lady at reception called “Dream” was such a gem. Friendly , sassy and super helpful.
