Looks horrible from outside , but the room and shower was amazingly acceptable compare to the price .

Staff: very friendly and helpful It's great that you can book a day use, early check-in, later check-out, etc. There was an issue with hot water. It was very annoying. I had to live without hot water for a couple of days. Price = 600LE "single room" I took the photos that day I was leaving so the room was messy 😅

The hotel is located near Ramses train station in the book market area. so the place is very busy and noisy. The room was a pleasant surprise. very clean, comfortable beds and great bathroom. Egypt is in its own world. So this is an other worldly experience. English is not a language here. So you must expand your communications abilities. This is just a 5 day what do me need to know the next time me come back here trip. At the top of the list you need an international calling plan.

A very good 3 star hotel, the rooms are clean, nice but there is no bottled water in the room you have to buy it. No ironing machine or table, but you can request ironing and dry clean easily. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice. Bathroom is decent. Summary: nice to stay in, close to elkorba and very good for a 3-star hotel.

A great classical spot for a drink in Heliopolis. Not pricey, decent, good service, good food's menu and affordable. It closes by 12:30 am, this is a bit early in Cairo !!!

It is very good place and service.

It was a good room but there are cheaper rooms across the river. Rooms were nice, but my bed had hair in it. The toilet also was not fully cleaned. The breakfast was excellent with slightly different dishes prepared each day. I was not expecting the good selection they provided. Clean rooms , friendly staff, accepted facilities, not a luxury hotel. It is suitable for modest accommodation with reasonable prices compared to the service level.

For me, it was ok. I spend the time in sweet room. Clean, quiet, room was big. One day ago, I spend my time in another airbnb apartment in Zamalek but it was bad like ghost apartment and expensive. I think this hotel is 3-stars hotel. Nice. Kind stuffs.

The location was excellent, the room as spacious enough for two people. The breakfast was so limited and not tasty. Noisy during the morning with no soundproof windows.

This hotel is okay. The service is friendly. The location is convenient. The prices are reasonable. The mattresses we slept on were quite firm. The breakfast was free, but service was very slow. So if you are in a rush to go somewhere early in the morning, don't count on the breakfast. There was no selection, and people with dietary restrictions are likely to be disappointed.

Very calm. I stayed there for two nights, I expected that I would get a noisy atomosphere considering that the motel is located in downtown, it wasn't at all. The experience was good, very near to Al Ataba metro station and Abdel khalik Tharwat St. And that's a huge plus.

Stayed at the Victoria many times when working in Egypt. No frills, but clean and central. Beware rooms near the mosque muezzin on the front corner. Wish they'd rebuild that old terrace to the side...

The hotel staff and the restaurant inside are amazing!!!! the only problem was the room. very basic and the bathroom didn't seem very clean. I wish next time they have improved because the location is very convenient , the staff very helpful, they even sent a taxi if you ask to transfer you. They just need to take care of the cleaningness of rooms.

Pros: Nice rooftop bar with many varieties of drinks (Soft and Alcohol). Interesting varieties of food ( Indian and Italian). Decent and professional staff. No pets allowed, which I think is ridiculous, the rooms are nice and spacious. Very clean and tidy room, staff are also approachable.

Went there for a dinner (Indian cuisine), found the quality good and taste of food more authentic than some of the leading chain of Indian restaurants operating in Cairo. Would highly recommend to anyone who craves for Indian cuisine.

It's a Okay hotel for an old hotel. I don't think it's worth the $45 a night when people on average make about $100 a month.

We only stayed two days here but everybody helped so we could make the most out of our short time. The staff is really friendly ??? hotel is really close to the pyramids and they can hook you up with a cheap taxi so you don't get ripped off. If you are looking for a fine place to explore the city and not for a luxury facility this is your place ?

The building is old. Like most of the city. There's no getting around that. There is no air conditioning. BUT the staff is GREAT!!! I enjoyed every person that I met and found them helpful and gracious. I am grateful for their hospitality. If you are on a budget and here for the view, you'll enjoy this location.

Nice and direct view to the Pyramids. The food and drinks are not the same as menu. Food quality is 50% accepted I donot Recommend the food there, try to only drink normal beverages. It is roof without AC so no recommended in hot days. At all, it is quite good

Don’t be alarmed by the entrance. Go in and take the elevator to the 6th floor. Our stay for 3nights was great. Staff were helpful. Rooms were great. Rooftop breakfast with the pyramids in the background. Chef had a great variety of options to accommodate our vegetarian diet. The restaurant was so good and the quality of the food is so high the chef gamal was so kind and gentle and i felt that he cooked the food by his heart. The most remarkable thing about this Hotel is the staff and the great location. Thanks to , Mohammed, Ahmed and Basel and all the cleaning staff they were amazing! Room was always clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean too, the A/C works perfectly and you also get a small fridge inside. We don't get annoyed by the noise outside so it was not a problem for us.
