It was a good room but there are cheaper rooms across the river. Rooms were nice, but my bed had hair in it. The toilet also was not fully cleaned. The breakfast was excellent with slightly different dishes prepared each day. I was not expecting the good selection they provided. Clean rooms , friendly staff, accepted facilities, not a luxury hotel. It is suitable for modest accommodation with reasonable prices compared to the service level.

For me, it was ok. I spend the time in sweet room. Clean, quiet, room was big. One day ago, I spend my time in another airbnb apartment in Zamalek but it was bad like ghost apartment and expensive. I think this hotel is 3-stars hotel. Nice. Kind stuffs.

The location was excellent, the room as spacious enough for two people. The breakfast was so limited and not tasty. Noisy during the morning with no soundproof windows.

This hotel is okay. The service is friendly. The location is convenient. The prices are reasonable. The mattresses we slept on were quite firm. The breakfast was free, but service was very slow. So if you are in a rush to go somewhere early in the morning, don't count on the breakfast. There was no selection, and people with dietary restrictions are likely to be disappointed.

Egypt is in its own world. So this is an other worldly experience. English is not a language here. So you must expand your communications abilities. This is just a 5 day what do me need to know the next time me come back here trip. At the top of the list you need an international calling plan.

This might be the most atmospheric boutique hotel in the whole of Cairo. Do not be fooled by the exterior. The rooms are HUGE, beautiful and atmospheric. The most remarkable thing about this Hotel is the staff and the great location. Thanks to , Mohammed, Ahmed and Basel and all the cleaning staff they were amazing! Room was always clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean too, the A/C works perfectly and you also get a small fridge inside. We don't get annoyed by the noise outside so it was not a problem for us.

The room was spacious and clean. The facility is new and beautiful. The restaurant is pretty decent. At the lobby there is a french bakery open all time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is in Zamalek, quite centered. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I visit Cairo again.

Location is good. Restaurant is reasonably priced and food is good. But maintenance need to be improved. Smoking should not be allowed in lobby and public areas. Wifi is poor and water pressure need to be improved in toilets.

There was no wifi signal reaching my room, this was an issue as i was staying for over 10 days. I also had to change rooms twice due to water leak and patio windows not closing properly (opening in the middle of the night due to wind). But staff changed my rooms immediately and the rest of my stay was pleasant in every other way.

Great value for money! Stayed here multiple nights on a TopDeck tour. They have free wifi on every floor, air cobditioning in each room, fast laundry service, alright breakfast menu all things considered. The rooms vary depending on the floor, but all in all its a great option for westerners, close to ATMs, good restaurants and shops and really is quite central! I'd stay here again!

A very good 3 star hotel, the rooms are clean, nice but there is no bottled water in the room you have to buy it. No ironing machine or table, but you can request ironing and dry clean easily.
