Location: 8 km from the airport of Sharm El-Sheikh, 22 km from Naama Bay and 30 km from the Old town, in the area of Nabq Bay, on the beach.
Consists of a main 1-storey building and two 3-storey buildings.
The hotel has 365 rooms. There are rooms for non-smokers and connected room.
Total area: 100 000 m2.
Beach: private sandy beach, near the corals, there is a sandy entrance to the sea, first coast line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. The length of the beach – 250 m.

The hotel offers a food on system "all inclusive": Breakfast (07:00-10:00), late Breakfast (10:00-11:00), lunch (13:00-15:00) dinner (19:00-22:00) — buffet, snacks throughout the day at the bars. Local drinks — free wine is served only during lunch and dinner, freshly squeezed juices are chargeable. Ice cream for children in the main restaurant (13.00-15.00).

Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 7 years old to 11 years old stay for US$30 per person per night when using an existing bed.

In general, it’s a decent place for a summer vacation, but there’s definitely room for improvement, especially in service and food quality
I had a wonderful time at Sea Beach Aqua Park. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and always helpful, and the food was tasty with plenty of variety. The highlight was definitely the aqua park – so much fun for both kids and adults! The beach was just a short walk away and always well-kept. Overall, a great place for a relaxing and fun holiday. I’d definitely come back!
The reception staff and night shift manager were unfriendly and, at times, outright rude. This really affected the overall atmosphere and our first impression of the hotel. The only exception was a gentleman named Shaban from Pullman, he was polite, professional, and helpful throughout our stay.
The room was far from what you’d expect from a high-end hotel: outdated furniture, and the TV was so small it felt more like an iPad screen 😅. Not sure if all the rooms are like this or if we were just unlucky, but either way, it didn’t meet expectations.
On a positive note, the aqua park is great for kids, and there’s easy access to the beach and coral reefs, which is a plus for families and nature lovers. Also, the lifeguards and most of the other staff were friendly and doing a great job.
But sadly, the room quality and unprofessional attitude from the front office team, including the manager, were deal-breakers for us.
Unfortunately they are more friendly with expats.
Beach was nice. Walk on the jetty was lovely with the swim areas .Big shout out to Mo at the swim up bar lovely cocktails. Food was ok could always find something to eat
The sandman was friendly and his sand art were great.
Beds were hard
Cleaner was nice made lovely towel art.
Only downfall is they do not serve wine in the bars only in the restaurants this has stopped me returning to this hotel as I am a wine drinker
Overall lovely hotel
We were 3 families and we spent 7 nights; starting with our check in until our check out the overall experience was way below expectations...
Room cleaness was 4/10
Food quality was 5/10,
Food variety was 6/10,
Lifeguard service 3/10,
We even had to carry our luggage to the bus on departure.
From day one, we faced several problems with no serious response from the management:
• There was no internet in the room, despite it being listed as a basic amenity.
• The TV was not working, and our complaint was ignored.
• The bathtub drain was clogged, making the bathroom very uncomfortable to use.
• I waited over three hours in the evening for someone from maintenance to come, but no one showed up.
• The reception staff, especially in the evening, were unhelpful and indifferent.
Sadly, we did not feel comfortable during our stay. The level of service was far below expectations. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking quality or respect for guests.
The location is amazing with a long jetty to get you right over the coral for amazing snorkelling scenery.
The hotel is spot on with the site staff doing everything they can to make your stay as perfect as possible.
The high energy animation team make you feel part of everything and will do their best to get you to relax, join in and feel part of an inclusive resort where all are welcome!
The bar staff maybe busy but treat them politely and they will look after you even coming to your table to provide drinks.
Any issues and go straight to the reception team who will resolve your issue if they can.
