I’m here express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Regency Plaza Aqua Park Resort in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt.
During my stay, I encountered multiple issues that severely impacted the quality of my experience!
The air conditioning in my room was malfunctioning and, despite reporting this to the hotel reception, the issue persisted. Although the staff attempted to fix the problem, the air conditioning would cease to function properly within an hour. My sisters faced similar problems with the air conditioning in their rooms as well.
Also, I found the housekeeping services inadequate. The cleanliness of the toilet mirrors in the rooms was substandard, and housekeeping did not attend to the room without being specifically called to do so. Fresh towels were not provided unless explicitly requested, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. And the quality of the food provided at the resort was poor, further diminishing our overall experience.
I have reported these issues to the Jordanian Tourism Agency to ensure that future recommendations of this hotel are reconsidered.
I hope that this feedback is taken seriously and that necessary improvements are made to enhance the quality of service and amenities provided.
Last but not least the activities in the hotel were only for Russians. Also, the music they play in the pool is Russian only they don’t even consider the Arab visitors!!! I’m truly disappointed!!!!!

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to in my life.
One! they don’t allow taxis to go further than the entrance, which means a 10minute walk just to the reception.
Two! No one understands or listens to you, you want a scale to weigh your luggage, what’s that? You want an iron, what’s that? You want a beach towel, what’s that?
Three! They lie about what times breakfast, lunch and dinner are. They tell you it’s 10pm and then when you go at 8:30, they SNATCH food away and say it’s closed at 9??? Change your website and booking leaflet if that is the case.
Four! There is a board next to the pool stating the pool is from 7-7, why did everyone get kicked out at 6???
Five, the receptionists are all useless, I’ve asked for a luggage cart multiple times and had to take a heavy 30kg luggage down multiple flights of stairs. Mind you they also DO NOT HAVE A LIFT!!!!
Six, your room will be miles away from the reception, dining area. Soo much land and they built rooms that take you 15mins to get to the reception then another 10mins to get to the gates where taxis cannot pass??
Seven! You won’t see that aqua park you booked for lol, it’s between the gates and the reception. I stuck to the pool because I am not walking 20mins to get on a slide.
Honestly I can keep going but this has genuinely been the worst experience of my life and I love travelling. Everyone has been rude, no one helps you, we also had men knocking on our hotel rooms asking for money?? All that security and I was frightened by a stranger knocking on my door.
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! It is not worth the money, it is not worth the stress, put in an extra hundred or two and go for much better hotel. I hope this helped before you decide to book this horrible excuse of a hotel as your holiday destination

The resort is nice there were large amount of trees and flowers and we had nice time there is different activities.. service is very good and employees were very kind and helpful restaurants good and tasty only if you have a gold or VIP classification. if you have The ordinary classification i see that the restaurant was not bad same thing about rooms .I want to thank mr.Ehab BEST OF BEST from Italian restaurant he was profficinal and kind he helped us a lot and I want to thank miss shima SHE stay with us and help us

Excellent resort, they have different levels and we went for the highest gold one with unlimited access to all facilities and restaurants. Excellent food, Aqua park and private beach. We had a great break after our tour of Misr. There was grill and live program one of the evenings. Definitely worth visiting.

Lovely looking hotel, nice rooms. I wouldn't describe the hotel as quite luxurious, but a very nice hotel nevertheless. The rooms have TV, large balcony, air con and a fridge.
The food isn't necessarily catering for the English palette, but how can you go wrong with omelette, beans, and coffee. If you want tea bring your own, I wish I did. The crepes and chocolate sauce as my second course. The beach bar does burgers and chips, always a winner, not sure on the hotdog though.
Overall a nice experience, not sure I would stay again just because there are so many hotels to choose from.

I do not recommend this hotel due to extremely poor cleaning service. During our one week stay, the room has been cleaned only twice. Person responsible for cleaning the first floor of the building 600 was constantly smoking cigarettes and did not bother to clean the room.
We were out of toilet paper, soaps, shampoos and shower gels. In order to get them, we had to take them ourselves.
This is unnaceptable. I have made an official complaint at the hotel. We were promised to have the room cleaned daily.

The hotel was good, it's my last day today.
Pros : Migo was very good at cleaning rooms. People are very kind, the food is fresh and tasty, and there are really good burgers on the beach. Service was unobtrusive, what is definetly big pros. There are also enough shops in this area and good Fares seefood Nabk restorant near (it's cheep , pretty tasty but all is very salted.)
Cons : as always the receptionist asked for money and as well we didn't pay the bribe he checked us into the room with three beds for single(and we are a couple). Also the hair dryer didn't work at all , I asked to change it two times and nobody did that.
Very small amount of fish, despite of food was fresh it was all the same.
And the main - there are almost no fishes at the sea as well as coral is dead in this area.

Very nice and big hotel. It's really beautiful territory. A lot of flowers trees evrything is green and bright. The room is a bit old and needs a redecoration. Food is repetitive. The beach is nice and big, very good for kids. Enjoyed a holiday there.

If you diabetic avoid there is nothing diet, but seems the same elsewhere too.
Rooms were dated. Hardest beds we ever encounter on our life's.
There a few restaurants but food same as main one. All very repetitive ( good job we went away for 4 days while there otherwise would be able to cope with it).

Sometimes the beer tastes horrible. When asked was told was because it come from tap.
If you book a restaurant wine it's extra.
Which makes it not all inclusive.

best thing about it is the treatment of the guests seriously, kind and friendly, and the animation team is amazing, and I especially mention Lily and we must mention Mr. Mohamed Mosallam, the restaurant manager, who is truly the utmost respect, politeness, and respect. I hope we will repeat the visit again.
