Ako Suites Hotel

Stayed here for 7 days not so long ago.
Hotel is in a good location is shame the reception staff are rude and disrespectful.
We booked a few extra days online using Tripadvisor to extend our stay, we were already checked in as it was cheaper than what they could offer behind the desk.
I let the male receptionist know that we had rebooked, he said he has seen that and all is ok.

We went out for the day, on are return we were locked out. Our key card was blocked.
We knocked on the window to the female receptionist.
She let us in. We then tried to access the lift, card was denied. We got the card sorted.
The next morning a different female receptionist called across the reception lobby while we were on our way out saying we have not paid for last nights stay in front of all other’s guests etc..
We confirmed that we had booked extra night online. The male receptionist from the day before confirmed this is true. But we received no apology. Just caused an unnecessary seen.
Guess she was the one that blocked our key card the previous day.

That same day we come back to the hotel. I went to the rooftop where I had left some clothes out to dry on the washing lines up there.
They were gone?

Called the receptionist, she informed me that they had been stuffed in to black plastic bin bag and I can collect from reception. They were still soaking wet.
We got telling off. Not aloud to use the washing line apparently…

Also one night I took the stairs because the lift was busy.
I slipped on the concrete stairs and fell on my back. I felt the steps and they were soaking wet.
Freshly mopped with not a wet floor sign in sight.
Reported this to the male Manager at reception. He did not want to know, just said sorry in a silly voice. No signs were rushed to the accident black spot after my fall. Even though I advised the manager to do so.
They just don’t care..

The worst hotel that I ever stayed. How can this hotel possibly be a four star? It’s barely one star. Tiny room, poor furniture, rude staff, super expensive rate, fake swimming pool. Stay away from it

We stayed on a family room. The hotel is extremely overpriced for what it delivers. The lady at the desk was extremely rude. Please go somewhere else, you can find hotels which are half the price of this one and are far better.

The hotel is very conveniently located and the staff is friendly but i find it hard to believe that this is a 4 star hotel.
The parking is 300 meters away (good luck with your heavy luggage), costs around 30 euros a night and the entrance is an absolute hell to manoeuvre into.
The hotel is definitely getting old with very rough hard cheap and unpleasant carpets. View in the back yard is horrible and no windows so no way to feel the temperature outside without going out of the hotel.
The rooms are very badly planned in terms of space and feel claustrophobic despite having a rather big surface. The walls were so thin we could hear everything in the corridor.
There was also a lack of amenities (we had to ask for a kettle, iron and coffeemaker).
The kitchen is very small and missing dishes, soap, and tableware. Unappetizing electrical appliances. Moreover, in order to open the closet, the door was sliding and blocking completely the kitchen, making accessing your clothes while someone tries to look for something in the fridge completely impossible.
The glass toilets and shower are integrated between the two bedrooms and are connected to the room by a single glass, so you can hear everything. The absolute lack of privacy can be very inconvenient and embarrassing as a family or a group.
