A really beautiful Hotel with comfortable rooms, kindly staff and perfect service! The pool and the restaurant Tablafina are simply amazing. I just want to say THANKS to the waiter Ricardo for the PERFECT AND KIND SERVICE, he was absolutely incredible. This hotel and is the perfect choice if you want to have a great holiday in Barcelona! I recommend it!

Small rooms with limited light exposure, different than what was on the description page.
Worst room service ever, I have to keep on requesting to clean the room otherwise it won't be cleaned.
Not as clean as a 5* hotel. Empty bottles are kept, if u throw a trash bag next to the door they don't remove it and forget abt any effort to arrange messy stuff.
Bedside light makes noise all night.
Walls are not sound proof.
Had issues with the AC but was resolved after 3 calls requesting to solve it.
Total disappointment of my stay & can't wait to leave this dumpster.
2 complimentary water ended up by one only.
Seriously, the 5 star should be looked into again.
Front desk and guest relations/ brkfast staff are amazing.
Location is perfect.

I recently visited eleven , and it was an experience to remember! The atmosphere was vibrant, with stunning views of the city that added to the perfect ambiance. What made the evening truly exceptional, though, was the service. Our server, Luis, was nothing short of amazing—attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. If you’re looking for a spot that offers great views, fantastic service, and a memorable night out, it is the place to be

Pictures don’t do justice to how nice this place really is. The service was excellent. It’s in the middle of the city, very easy to find and within a 15 minute walking distance of pretty much everything. Valeting your car can get expensive but much safer and effortless when compared to using the city’s underground parking decks. The breakfast overall was amazing, huge spread of food, freshly made juices, great coffee, and decent price (try to get this included on your hotel/vacation package, if not it’s still well worth the cost). The rooms were clean. We stayed in room 801 which has a MASSIVE balcony that overlooks pretty much all of Barcelona, highly highly recommend requesting this room). The only drawback about this hotel would be the rooftop bar service. The rooftop terrace was beautiful and well designed; drinks were expensive but tasty; there were a lot of employees but the service was terrible and drinks took 30 minutes to come out. That being said I would still go up there to at least appreciate the views, perhaps bring your own glass of wine. At the end of the day I’d recommend this hotel.

Fabulous one night stay in this centrally located modern hotel. We stayed for one night before our west med cruise. The reception staff were brilliant and gave us a free upgrade from double room with a view to one with the terrace. We were so impressed and room 703 had an incredible view over Barcelona. The hotel was clean and had a roof top pool and bar and we enjoyed a couple of drinks there. Would definitely recommend and return.

Although the hotel positions itself as a five-star hotel, it is a good, solid four in the city center with a great location. Everything interesting is within walking distance from the hotel. We took a Premium room with a view from the window. The windows faced Catalunya Street, but there was no street noise in the room. Breakfast was not taken, because... There are many cafes around where you can have a tasty and quick breakfast at half the price of a hotel. The room was cozy, clean, quiet. If we return to Barcelona again, we will stay here.

This hotel has an excellent location and friendly, helpful staff, but the condition of the rooms and the amenities offered aren’t up to 5 star standards. Here’s what you should know:
The decor of the hotel is very stark and minimalist. Nothing on the walls of the room, white on white and rather cold. It is located in a very central location for sightseeing, and good if you want to be close to bars, restaurants, shopping and nightlife.
Not all rooms are created equal: Our first 3 nights were in a cramped room on the 3rd floor that was in serious need of refurbishment. Looked like it was used by frat boys for the previous year. At my request, we were moved for last 3 nights to a larger room (same Premium XL category) with a separate sitting area and bedroom and in much better condition. Stay on a high floor and spend extra $ to get more room!
I would not consent this property 5 star. No concierge, no table service for coffee at breakfast, no free ice delivered to room, mini bar contents lacking. These are small things, but it’s all the small touches that add up to a 5 star hotel experience.

We decided to choose This great hotel to spend our honeymoon. They surprised us with some candies and free upgrade to our reservation! I’d like to thank the staff and their manager.

Great hotel to stay. The rooms are comfortable and good size. The breakfast is great. Location is in the center. Nice rooftop bar.
