We paid over $1,200 for a room booked to celebrate my spouse’s birthday, expecting to be pampered, but the experience was a complete letdown from start to finish.
Despite calling 24 hours in advance and offering to pay for early check-in, the front desk staff—Claudia, Carlin, and Mary—stalled us for three hours, repeatedly claiming the room was “being cleaned.” Their attitude was rude and dismissive, turning what should have been a special occasion into a frustrating ordeal. Mary — the supervisor — didn't even offer us water or champagne at check-in, when we booked the most expensive suite at the hotel to stay in.
The service was disappointing and unprofessional overall—save your money and time by looking elsewhere.
Deep was the only one there who was amazing!
Location is really great for exploring the city.
Our room was clean and very bright. It was also quiet. The hotel has water stations, which was appreciated.
I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel sits on a historical site of a cotton/textile manufacturer, one of the oldest in Spain. Many elements within the hotel still reflects that. This is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.
