The hotel itself is spectacular. The location is perfect, with breathtaking views from the rooms. Every detail, from the room to the service, has exceeded my expectations.
I can’t recommend it highly enough!
If you like plastic sofas and queuing this is the place for you.
You can hear everything that happens in the room next door, nothing works and the interior feels very cheap and sometimes dangerous (exposed electrical wires around sink)…… you also have to queue a lot; at check-in, for the lifts, for the restaurant etc.
Overall very disappointing and definitely not a 5 star hotel. You get a strong sense of budget cuts going on inside the hotel and I feel sorry for the staff here
Water front shower leaks into the water closet. This is a problem with all rooms. Not sure why they don’t fix this?
Mirror lights way too dim. Difficult to shave or put on makeup.
Pretty room but these other issues are essential for a satisfying stay for the price. I am sad to write this review.
