Reviews
First, the elevator. It’s so slow and only has a limit of four people inside. You will have to wait for a while every now and then especially if a lot of people want to use it. This is especially true during the morning and evening, especially when people want to use the roof top bar.
Second, when they’re fully booked, it’s hard to ask for extra pillows. When I first requested, the staff told me they couldn’t get me actual pillows and instead gave me ones used for the sofa. I was quite disappointed and after they saw that in my face/reaction, they went the extra mile to get me actual pillows. Why couldn’t it have been done in the first request? But anyway, they still gave me my pillows and I appreciate them for that.
Ultimately, it’s a good hotel but quite expensive. I’d explore something else next time but this is definitely not a bad option if you’re looking for a hotel to stay in Barcelona.
I had issues at the beginning. The front desk Manager Pol did a geat job to make my stay the best in the city. And he did well. He regularly checked if all iwas fine and was always devoted to his clients. The team as well was very friendly.
In the end it was better than expected thanks to Pol and his team. Perfect service.
All the furniture in the room looks cheaper than IKEA products. Breakfast buffet not appealing. The atmosphere of
hallway is make you feel enter into one of industry building. We choose balcony room for my mom, but you she must standing on a chair to see the parade in the street. Such a weird design.
The only benefit to staying here is convenient location!!!!! Don’t expect anything else.
1. Room without box tissue
2. One of the lifts is out of order. Each lift can only carries 4 ppl. You may need to wait for many rounds to get down in peak hours.
3. The key system was out of order when we checked in. We don't have keys that we can't open the air con in the room. Finally we found an alternative way to open it.
4. Requested a higher floor but a lower floor was given. Our street view is blocked by trees🥲
Luckily, their ppl. are nice and willing to help if you asked it.
Good service and safe around.
The room is clean and big. The bed is comfy!
A really nice stay here and highly recommended to all travelers!
