Duquesa de Cardona Hotel 4 Sup by Grup Duquessa

We stayed six nights at this hotel and loved it. The room was comfortable and cleaned every day. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They had live music and a free wine tasting while we were there. The rooftop bar is lovely. Also it was easy to walk to La Rambla, the Born neighborhood and Sagrada Familia. Highly recommend.

The location was ideal for access to the gothic quarter, el born, and harbor. Karim made the stay one to remember with his service and amazing food recommendations. If you are foodies like ourselves, make sure to chat with Karim!!

I have no complaints. Great staff. Clean room. I think they could have made the bathrooms smaller and the room bigger, but it worked for our brief stay in Barcelona. Great location. Great value.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Duquesa de Cardona and would absolutely consider returning on our next trip to Barcelona. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our airline had unfortunately lost our luggage, and we arrived without any adapters—but the hotel graciously provided one, which was a huge relief. The team was consistently friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

One of our favorite features was the rooftop pool. It was the perfect place to unwind and take in stunning views of the marina. We ended up spending quite a bit of time there, especially enjoying the rooftop food—so much so that we ordered the calamari twice!

The only thing worth noting is that the room was on the smaller side. It was manageable for two people with two large suitcases, but we did need to rearrange a bit of furniture to make it work comfortably. That said, it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise great experience.

I was initially unsure about the location, as it’s not right as centrally located as other hotels I've stayed at, but we ended up loving it. The hotel offers easy access to the Gothic Quarter and is just a short walk to multiple metro stops, with plenty of excellent food options nearby.

Overall, Hotel Duquesa de Cardona delivered on comfort, service, and atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again!

This hotel is in a great location right by the gothic quarter, La Rambla, and the beach. We loved being able to walk everywhere. We are a family of 4 and we appreciated having a king bed and 2 twin beds in one room. The layout was nice and did not feel cramped. We did not realize the pools were plunge pools so we did not use them but we did enjoy a drink at the rooftop bar. Our breakfast was not included in the price but we paid for it and it was nice. It is only 20-25 min from the airport. We enjoyed the location and room so much that we returned for 1 night before flying out of Barcelona. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The hotel was charming and clean with a reasonable rate. There is AC, which is very much appreciated, especially on summer days! The location was perfect as we were close to the beach, shops, bus stops, and metro. We also felt safe walking around late at night. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when our flight got canceled. 100% recommend this place!

This boutique hotel was a gem. Staff were so helpful and polite. The breakfast here was great. They have 3 different buffet stations. Everything was so nice and clean. This should definitely be a 5 star hotel.

We had some problems during checking but at the end it was solved. Breakfasts is excellent and Fernando, Cande and the other lady are wonderful. Nice place.

Loved this hotel! Very quiet at night, esp if we kept the window closed! Awesome/walkable location. Comfortable bed, good shower pressure. Would def stay at again!

Key cards
We had an issue getting into the free wifi at first but the front desk was able to help. We also hda to replace one of the key cards and it still did not work, so we just gave up on it.
