Hotel SERHS Rivoli Rambla

I stayed there for 6 nights and it was lovely, the receptionists are super friendly and helpful! Rooms are spacious and the bed is really comfy. They provided us with a chocolate and a bottle of wine as a gift 🥰

Only 1 thing though if you’re a light sleeper you won’t be able to sleep it gets a bit noisy at night

Location:
The hotel boasts a highly central location, just two blocks away from Plaça de Catalunya and in close proximity to various public transportation options. The area offers numerous dining choices. However, potential guests should note that ongoing construction around Las Ramblas may complicate access by car or taxi. Arrival by metro or train is currently more convenient, with pedestrian areas remaining open.
Building and Common Areas:
While the hotel's facade appears older, the interior presents a strikingly modern and contemporary style. The reception desk, living area, and bar are well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
Staff:
The guest services staff are notably helpful and friendly, contributing positively to the overall experience.
Elevators and Rooms:
A minor inconvenience is the small size of the elevators, which can barely accommodate two people with luggage each. However, this is offset by the rooms themselves, which are spacious, well-designed in a contemporary style, and equipped with good amenities. The only noted drawback was a personal dislike of the shampoo's aroma, which didn't significantly impact the overall stay.
Issue Resolution:
Upon arrival, a broken TV (with visible damage to the screen) was discovered in the room. This was promptly reported to reception, and a technician arrived within 10 minutes to assess and replace the unit. While this raises questions about the thoroughness of the housekeeping staff's room checks, the swift resolution demonstrated the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction.
Overall Experience:
Despite minor issues, the stay was very pleasant. The hotel's central location, modern interiors, spacious rooms, and responsive staff contributed to a positive experience.

Location is perfect. Rooms are spacious. We were greeted with a champagne glass voucher. The view in the rooftop lounge is cozy and beautiful. Would definitely return!

First and foremost I would like to say thank you for such a wonderful hospitable experience. First time visiting Spain from NY and it was so refreshing to know that hospitality is still out there. Javier and Jason were excellent through out our stay. Amongst all too…..The breakfast buffet was great but even better was their guest experience. The location of the hotel is great; literally a walking distance to so much attractions. The rooms were nice and clean and room service always on call. Thank you again for a great time. I got a cancelled flight very late in the evening and I have to stay in a hotel in Barcelona with my mum and there were no hotels of rooms available. The receptionist Angel was amazing, so kind, so professional, he managed to get us a room and we really enjoyed all the hotel amenities. The breakfast buffet is the best one I have ever had in my whole life, amazing quality products and a huge variety. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Gracias Angel!!!

We stayed on the 3rd floor with a balcony and it was definitely worth it! The location is probably the best out of all hotels in my opinion, but the part that makes me wish there was 6 stars was the SERVICE!!!!! Service was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! They have amazing staff who are beyond helpful. We needed to print some last minute cruise tickets and they were able to assist us in a matter of seconds. Truly one of the best hotel services I’ve ever experienced in my lifetime. Javier was super helpful, thank you Javier!
