Loved our stay here! The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful and spoke great English. The lobby also had an espresso machine which was super helpful. The only small issue we had is it is a little off the beaten path, but is a 10-15 minute walk from the main areas and has some cool non-touristy hole in the wall bars very close by.

This hotel is a gem. Our first choice was sold out and we ended up here and were very happy we did. The rooms are nice and spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and each evening they guided us to local non tourist restaurants that we enjoyed thoroughly. The front desk staff were all outstanding especially Carlo's. The only disappointment was the pool but everything else made up for it. This may not come up when searching the gothic quarter but it is easily walking distance. We ended up enjoying the ethnic neighborhoods immensely. Do not be put off by location it is fantastic

We had a great stay in Barcelona at this hotel. Our triple room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The only minor issue was that the street noise was a bit loud at times, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. We especially appreciated a few of the team members during breakfast and dinner—they were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The food was also delicious! Thanks for a lovely stay

Our first trip to the hotel and we had 3 rooms all on the same 4th floor. As previously mentioned, the road is very noisy one side of the hotel but we got used to it.
The pool and roof terrace was a lovely break from all the walking and they provide towels for you to take to the pool.
The reception staff were multi lingual and very helpful, arranging taxis and providing valuable information on sites around the city - ask them for help, they know their city better than you I’m sure.
On the whole a fabulous hotel, great staff and good breakfast.

Very good service and most friendly staff. We had a room facing a noisy road and asked to exchange it for a quiet room and they did it without any hesitation, even though the hotel was fully booked. The room was kept very well cleaned and we enjoyed our stay and will recommend this hotel. In spite of the noisy traffic in the front, it’s on a good location: walkable to the old city and to several attractions. There’s a good metro access.

Lovely hotel, great sized room ( we had a triple) with quality fittings. Very helpful friendly staff and excellent breakfast choices. So handy for the bus & Metro. The only downside is that we were at the front of the building and although the windows were shut, it was very noisy at night which didn’t help with sleep. We would stay again but request a room at the back.

Great location with a metro stop a few feet out the door and lots of good restaurants nearby. Rooms, while not luxurious, were more than adequate, with great beds, a nice bathroom and a small fridge. Staff were helpful and competent. Altogether very pleasant. A good value for the price!

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. It's in a great location, it's modern and the rooftop bar and terrace was surprisingly large!
The room was clean, modern and well equipped.
If you visit here definitely plan on using the pool, bar and terrace in the sun. The drinks are well priced and the terrace is always in the sun.
The breakfast was well equipped and lots to choose from. All the staff are friendly and always want to help. I dropped our room card in the lift and it fell down the gap. The staff chucked and we're more than happy to replace it for free. We would definitely come back here again.

Ronald greeted us everyday at the elevator and assisted with our luggage, cabs and a friendly face. Lovely guy. All reception staff were helpful with the smallest thing as well as booking tickets to Flamenco (which was amazing) / best of all, each evening at 6 we participated in a cocktail making masterclass with the knowledgeable and delightful Antonella. She was wonderful. We had a lot of fun.

The location was perfect.. we could access everything really easy, right near the metro and taxis was very easy.
The room was okay. The downside was that the bedroom was right under the gym and every time machines were used our bedroom was so noisy day and night. The staff were not very friendly especially the girl in charge of the breakfast buffet very dry and unprofessional personality. And the area at night does not feel to safe. The view on the roof top is nice about the only positive thing on the hotel.
