Hotel BCL Levante Club & Spa - Only Adults Recomended

Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us. Food was incredible, really varied, freshly cooked to order for some bits. Pools were really nice, the bottom pool is shaded by the hotel next door at times but was significantly quieter! Room cleanliness was unparalleled. Drinks at the bar were amazing, really varied options included in the All Inclusive, really happy with everything. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach too.

Lovely hotel. Has everything you need. The only thing that would have made it would be a kettle. The breakfast was very nice and the drinks were good value. Comfy beds and powerful shower. Highly recommend

Very clean hotel, beds great. Breakfast ok, pools brill. Great entertainment just across the road, great for those late nights. Only downside no tea or coffee facilties in rooms, unless you pay more. Quite a walk to beach if your old, takes about 15 mins or more.

Just getting ready to fly home.
This is our fifth time at this hotel. It's situated in a great area, with lots of pubs,shops and benidorm palace nearby.
Beach is 10 minutes walk and the old town is just along the promenade.
Staff are brilliant , and patient with my limited Spanish. We had a standard room and it was clean and tidied every day. Plenty of choice in food.
Extension means there is two pools to pic from.
I would highly recommend!

I was happy with this hotel and can recommend it to anyone who wants to stay here. I have previously stayed in a hotel very close to this, and I can safely say this one is so much better. The place is clean and has decent facilities.
The location of this hotel is up a bit of a hill (which isn't the end of the world) and is located by a few bars and restaurants. If you're going away as a couple, for example, I'd say it's a good location. There's a few bars that have a good vibe, but isn't madly busy. If you're looking for a party holiday, then I would suggest finding somewhere closer to the main strip, as this is a bit of a walk away.
There is literally only one fault with this hotel. The lifts are unbearably slow for whatever reason, and there are four, but they take forever to arrive. Usually, they're full and you have to wait for another. I was staying on the 5th floor, and on the day of leaving, I had to wait 10 minutes to get into the lift. It's really annoying, and the lifts feel like walking into a volcano. Please sort this out.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I would stay there again.

Booked 1 night as a base for a night out in Benidorm Palace. Nice clean hotel with large room, central for old town, beach and Palace. Rooms have a separate shower and bath. Friendly and courteous staff. Very good breakfast hot and cold . Station for freshly cooked omelette and English bacon. Happy to recommend this .

Service, staff and room were all great. However, our stay, as brief as it was, would have been better if -
1) The lifts hadn't gone down just before dinner! My wife and I were in a tour group all in their 60s & 70s and up to 14 floors away from the dining-room! Not good for the knees and hips.
2) The dining-room had been better organised. We spent 10 minutes in the queue just inside the door only to find out that it was for meat cooked to order, which we didn't want!
3) The food had been hot and/or microwave ovens had been available to the diners.

Enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff, food and rooms were very good and would recommend this to anyone. Will visit again.
