Port Benidorm Hotel & Spa 4* Sup

Had a short break away, the Hotel is well located to the Beach and local night life. Hotel staff and rooms were excellent. We were on half board during our stay and restaurant is clean and spotless and the food is well presented and very tasty.

Parking is available at a reasonable price.

I would definitely be taking another weekend break to stay at this hotel.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and generally had a good experience. The hotel was well situated close to the beach and amenities. However the design of the bathroom really spoilt our stay. Be warned that the glass partition wall provided no privacy when performing natural functions. For all the hotel's good points this design would prevent us from a return visit.

Stayed here in October 24 for a week, the Hotel is within easy walking distance to the beach and night life venues.
The room was clan and well presented, all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.
There is building work currently being done at this hotel, but although my room was directly above the work, I was not disturbed by any noise.
The entertainment at the hotel was not for me, but I did not stay there much in the evenings

My sister and I are just coming to the end of a week at this lovely hotel. Plenty of different choices of food. Bar well staffed and pleasant. We were on the 2nd floor so lifts not an issue. Glass bathroom a bit odd but we quickly worked around it. Would definitely return. View from the Terrace is a real bonus.

Port Benidorm is an excellent hotel, we had a great stay, the view from our room was amazing, we requested a high floor and was allocated the 16th floor. The rooms were kept very clean, the beds were changed regularly and there were fresh towels daily, the bed was very comfortable, the reception staff were very helpful, as were the bar and restaurant staff, everyone was so kind and helpful. The food was of a good quality with plenty of choice, and salad bar was lovely, the food did get a bit repetitive for us but we stayed for three weeks, there’s only so much variety available. The rooftop bar and terrace is very nice, the food and drink are not included on the terrace but it’s well worth visiting. The only negative is the entertainment, it’s not to our taste, but there is lots going on at the resort so it’s not an issue for us. We have stayed at the Port Benidorm several times will be back next year. We always have a very enjoyable holiday

God this place is just like a heaven, friendly staff, rooms are super clean. food are fantastic and you have great choices. also you need to try La terrasse at 19s floor. wonderful view. I booked my third day with Rachel from front desk she was amazing ❤️

Stayed at this hotel twice, once when it first opened and second in November 2023.
Hotel is modern, fresh clean and very reasonably priced when booking through tui.
We stayed half board and found the service and housekeeping to be good, the restaurant had something for everyone and was of reasonable quality.
Service very good except we did experience a slight delay at check-in.
Rooms were quality and modern but do lack a little maintenance when compared to our first visit, hence the 4 stars. We found the shower leaked badly due to the shower pan coming away from the floor, the toilet door hard to open and close and few other niggles. All minor details but a little annoying. Another annoyance was that on checkout day the housekeeper started cleaning our room ready for the next occupants before we had left!
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here for the third time if the price is right but urge the hotel to keep on top of maintenance.

Thought the service was great. Hotel & rooms was nice & clean & tidy. The food was great with a good variety of foods on display. The pool was pleasant. The lifts was fine when you’d got used to them. The hotel was in a good Area for the Beach only 1 min away. Would stay there again. Only 1 thing that was bad was now and again you could smell the drains but apart from that thumbs 👍🏻 up from me.

Stopped in April 2024 for one week. Service, was lovely, staff very accommodating. The entertainment however lets the hotel down significantly as we paid for it and expected a lot better, to a point me and my partner decided go out instead as it was terrible. Definitely fit towards the older generation. The hotel itself is very beautiful, room was lovely, pool area lovely. Not a place I’d go with my partner again as we felt very much out of place being the youngest people there. Location is great, food is okay but could provide a much better variety. We were also disappointed in the fact the snack bar wasn’t available, for the price we paid we expected all the facilities which are advertised to be available for use.
