Another great stay girl on check in was lovely gave us same room we stayed in at Easter , bar staff as friendly as ever a big smile when we entered bar the food is good quality and something for everyone the breakfast is proper English sausage back bacon fried bread ash browns the staff in the dinning room a couple were new from last time but really nice and even spoke outside the hotel we’ve already booked for Easter but looking to come back end of October for three night just love this hotel I’ve been coming to Benidorm since I was 18 and stayed in a few hotels but this is by far the best

Stayed for a week. Nice hotel, clean and great breakfast. Fridge in room and free safe. No kettle, strange for a "4 star" hotel. Only other criticism is the very odd bathroom door that doesn't close or lock, no privacy and seems pointless. Why not just an ordinary locking bathroom door??? Overall had a very good stay.

Pool entertainer Massimo was brillant with my little boy aqua dance at the pool was always a joy as he made us laugh very funny he was just the best keep up the good work Massimo your great at your job 💚

Hotel lovely and clean. Hotel very quiet but the entertainment from Massimo very good. Made everybody laugh. Wish he was there more. Bar staff lovely. Especially Mariano will do anything to make you comfortable. A few stag parties. One really loud and unacceptable. Entertainment at night very poor. Big thumbs up for Massimo. Have to join in his bingo and aqua dance he's a laugh 😃

On arrival at hotel we were to early for room, given key for WC and card for lunch Room was perfect very clean and cleaned daily Reception hall clean and relaxing Outside we'll kept even seen the mosic outside wall being washed Food was OK as good as any hotel I've visited Pool area clean , sunbeds go fast but never all full Pool was nice and warm very clean All staff reception, bar,restaurant and cleaners all pleasant and hardworking This hotel is prime location I will definitely recommend and return

This hotel is in an excellent location 2 blocks back from the sea, although it is a long walk to the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and reasonably well equipped. No kettle or tea and coffee facilities, bit of a must for us Brits. Pool area was pleasant with enough beds and sun all day. We came down for breakfast on the first morning at 9.30 and it was absolute bedlam. Struggled to get a seat, it appears that everybody came for breakfast at the same time. On the last day we went down at 8.00 and was so much more pleasent. Food was good. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very clean, tidy hotel. Room spotless, we paid extra for a pool view which guaranteed the sun all day on our balcony. Only 2 usable plug sockets in the room (others were used by TV and fridge) The walls were very thin, we could hear the man next door coughing overnight, luckily he left after a couple of nights. No kettle, I took my own travel kettle. Free safe. Could do with a personal reading light by the bedside, I always wake early, the wall lights were incredibly bright. The breakfast and evening meal was lovely, we thought the food was excellent. Staff were lovely too. Location was great for us. On the bus route to Altea, close to all entertainment, only half an hours walk to Old Town.

Possibly one of the nicest short stops I’ve ever done, A homely experience from start to finish, Absolutely seamless in checking in,
Rooms very clean and tidy, Temperature in the room was excellent, Would thoroughly recommend visiting the restaurant, Every meal I’ve had, Was absolutely first class.!
I slowly recommend going for catering..!
It’s an experience not to be missed.

The hotel is amazing spotless and staff go above and beyond we had Christmas and new year here and attended both gala dinners manager of restaurant support for his team is amazing and always smiling and helping out with duties fantastic
