Possibly one of the nicest short stops I’ve ever done, A homely experience from start to finish, Absolutely seamless in checking in,
Rooms very clean and tidy, Temperature in the room was excellent, Would thoroughly recommend visiting the restaurant, Every meal I’ve had, Was absolutely first class.!
I slowly recommend going for catering..!
It’s an experience not to be missed.
The dining room was spotless, And the presentation of the food was excellent.!
I have no complaints at all in this hotel.

The Nereo hotel is in the middle of the new town, This is a lovely bright, clean and modern hotel. We stopped half board, the food was variable and plentiful. My only small criticism was that some items were Luke warm, not hot enough for me. The bedrooms were big clean with a balcony and pool view. The bathroom was a good size with a very powerful shower. It had a good size outdoor heated pool. Prices for snacks and alcohol were very reasonable.

We stayed here for a long weekend (3 nights) with HB. The hotel is in a great location if you're looking to be close to the party street. The room were clean, very basic, tiny and a little bit outdated with big balcony (unfortunately we had parking view) but great value for money. Good shower and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good - typical continental. Evening meal repetitive with limited selection.
The maid service first class they clean well, very nice heated outside swimming pool with very friendly staff at the pool bar.
In my opinion hotel is very strong 3 stars not 4.

Great hotel! Perfect location. Rooms are spacious and comfortable! Great shower! Breakfast was excellent. Nice reception and bar area… heated outdoor pool with a pleasany terrace! Staff were all really helpful!

Nice hotel with a friendly welcome. The restaurant was clean and had a good choice (we were b&b). Great location. Only downside for us was the pool is small and very shaded.

Kettle and tea/coffee in room would be a big plus. Maybe some soft music played around pool area, Have stayed in the hotel several times and love it. 1st time booking directly through your website. Was unaware you can get free airport transfer till we found out through another guest if you book for 5 nights or more. Was made aware by Karen on reception we could have Benidorm Palace tickets free of charge , we never took this offer up on this occasion but would most definitely on a future visit. Was so nice on our late evening arrival to have food set out for us in the restaurant and also a voucher for a free drink at the bar. Thank you for a lovely stay once again and will look forward to returning in the future

We had a family room, it was a normal room with an extra bed crammed in making it very small/claustrophobic. Walls are very thin so had to listen to the women next door with her 2 visitors taking turns on her....

A decent hotel in fairly quiet location not too far away from strip. Staff friendly & helpful.
Rooms cleaned daily, nice size walk in shower with toiletries etc. Bar decent prices for beer etc. No pool towels available & buffet breakfast poor quality bacon & scrambled eggs. Discovered better quality bacon at back of room near omelette area after couple of days. All in all would definitely return again.

Cannot fault it...go to Benidorm regularly and stayed in many hotels..This was the best so far. Location is perfect. Everybody so helpful. Everything so clean. Yr cleaners are a credit to you. Reception is so cheerful and helpful.. Bar and restaurant staff so helpful..proper back bacon for breakfast..Bed so comfortable..Cannot fault it

we enjoyed a splendid 14 day holiday which encompassed the Christmas and New year holidays
.The Christmas Gala dinner was superb well presented well served indeed a credit to all concerned and not expected as it was not advertised on the Jet 2 website.
Overall a magnificent effort by all of your team from back of house to front of house in very difficult circumstances with the Covid experience
your General Manager controls a well oiled Team, let down by the lack of a representative from your central office
