We had a wonderful holiday here. The all inclusive stops at 23:00 followed by a paying bar to 00:00. If you need to use the lift, hope you have plenty of patience as you’ll need it. There are 14 floors and 3 lifts. We were in the first floor and I was in a wheelchair so had no option, but had no option but to use the lift. Just left this beautiful hotel today,cannot fault the hotel, but the food have let it down, nothing for my grandson to eat,he is fussy but no nuggets till Thursday and they was Disgusting. Wording my 4 year old said, we had to take him to mcdonalds, me and my daughter did not enjoy the food either, we would definitely stay again but would go all inclusive and not go near the restaurant

Better than we expected. Great value for money. Room modern,clean and good size.Amazing view from the balcony. We had full board. Breakfast fantastic. My only criticism is that the coffee in the bar was poor quality and expensive at 2.20€ a small cup so I drank brandy , I can't remember how much that cost .

Great room and fantastic view. Entertainment was on far too late though so we didn’t get to experience any of it sadly. Due to this wasn’t really suitable for our 7 year old.

We booked this hotel for the perfect view of Benidorm. The view was great! The rooms don’t have a balcony but you can open the windows all the way so it feels like one! I had a good week, the food was delicious, the service was pleasant. The only thing I didn't like was that they told us we could visit the facilities of the Hotel Gran Bali since we were in the same group. But when we got there, the security guard told us he didn't know if someone from another hotel in the chain could come in, so he asked at reception. I loved the hotel. Didn't eat here but wanted to get out and about so it was just really to sleep and chill by the pool. The hotel is a little dated but was very clean and the reception staff were fantastic. It is on a hill but it's only £8 to get back from town. The pool is lovely and not over crowded with sunbeds which was good. I would stay here again if I could have a balcony as we did book one...

I have been eating at the buffet a couple of times, it has been very good, but I like to highlight details that others do not highlight, such as how tasty the fresh fruit was (everyone only sees the sweets), or the peas that, unlike from other places, they really tasted like peas. Furthermore, they really want to provide good service. I hope to return this summer.

It's our third time at the hotel and the cleaning is great, it's spotless, the food is really nice, great variety! The location is great, only walk a few minutes to get to La Cala beach. Lovely clean hotel, air-conditioned rooms. Food was really good plenty of choices. Close to the beach and outdoor Market. Also near the strip but far enough away to not hear the noise. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great service and friendly staff. We arrived early and rooms were ready. Slightly out of town and hill is quite steep but there is a courtesy bus provided every 20 minutes until arohnd7.30 pm.

Hotel was very nice, room was nice, outdoor pool doesn’t see sun light much, food below par and the reason for the 3 star is because it’s sooooo far up the hill that it takes away the relaxation of a holiday to a trek every time you wanna go back to the hotel

Was slightly concerned about limited Parking limited so decided to arrive 3 hours early and arrange parking. A really good hotel if you are staying off peak in Benidorm. They have bits of entertainment in the evenings and the food / drinks are reasonably priced. The rooms are kept very clean and a pretty decent breakfast selection. Though it is at the top of a hill outside they do operate a regular free shuttle bus down to the edge of the town centre.

It's a great value hotel and off the main road. There is a free mini bus to take you down into the town. The breakfast is really good and lots of choice at lunch and dinner. Rooms are clean and have everything you need.

Booked 1 night as a base for a night out in Benidorm Palace. Nice clean hotel with large room, central for old town, beach and Palace. Rooms have a separate shower and bath. Stayed here tonight, great room with very comfy beds, huge tv that connects to phone (very good for non Spanish speaking person) was able to check out a little later free of charge (woke up late) free underground safe parking… had to pay extra to use indoor jacuzzi and spa facilities was not working but apart from that highly recommended

The staff food and location of this hotel are excellent the rooms were cleaned daily we had a kettle in our room with coffee and milk which were topped up daily, they don't supply tea bags, we also had an hairdryer which is always a bonus if you require clean towels you just leave your dirty towels in the bath we will definatley use this hotel again.

Just had three nights at the Ruidor, nice hotel, clean modern rooms, good selection of buffet food for our breakfast and evening meal, they also had special offers on drinks every day, beer was normal bar prices rather than hotel prices. A little more varied evening entertainment would encourage guests to stay in the hotel and use the bar, rather than go out looking for entertainment. Everything perfect except a 4 star hotel had NO Butter after the very first day, no excuses should not have happened. If shops were open I would have gone out and bought some. Excellent Christmas organisation spot on.

Cool place, silence beautiful view super!

Despite the hotel was full, it was very quiet. Only some of the restaurants are so crowded that you have to book it one day at least before. The spa and the gym are good, and you can't miss the heated pool. Rooms are incredibly large and clean, and service very polite and helpful, however it would be better if they clean the room at morning.

because it's only one of a few open..they are constantly cleaning sanitising ..and you won't walk anywhere without a mask..they will tell you..very very safe here.

Very friendly hotel with knowledgeable staff and nothing too much trouble. Friendly,smaller and comfortable, a good selection of food and buffet style. A good mixture of Spanish and English.

We had a brilliant time there. The maid for the room was amazing. We never so her but the room was spotless every day. The restaurant staff were friendly and very helpful as were the reception staff helping me with my printing of the forms. We enjoyed a very pleasant 10 day stay in the Calypso Hotel, this was our 2nd visit. All the staff are very pleasant & can’t do enough for their guests, I would like to say a special thank you to Rosa! Who looked after us endlessly during our stay. We would stay again but would prefer the main building as we found the annexe very noisy and the shower wasn't very powerful. All the staff were friendly and the hotel is spotless, we felt very safe. The breakfast wasn't to my taste but that is just my personal choice as my husband enjoyed it. Evening meal was good. Overall we had a lovely stay.

If there was better deals in the terrace bar. We spent more time drinking in the flash due to this. Overall had a brilliant relaxing holiday spent a lot of it by the pool. I have stayed at this hotel previously so already had high expectations. Our visit over Christmas and New Year did not disappoint. The food including the gala dinner was excellent and the majority of the staff went over and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay, notable members of the team were Pilar and Moniker on reception and Eric, Salva and Irene in hospitality.

It says it is a 4 star it's more like a 5 star plus, the young man on the front desk James is brilliant very helpful and polite the rooms spotless. The beds super. I have stayed at this hotel twice now. Once last year and recently this year. They have two pools and both good sizes and enough sun beds and umbrellas near the pool area and also showers. Came here with 20 friends to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. Had an amazing time, the food, the staff, the entertainment was top class. The housekeeping team ensured that the rooms and all areas of the hotel were immaculate. I cannot recommend this hotel high enough.

Great hotel. Staff can't do enough for you. Food really good. We were here for New Years Eve and Gala Dinner was superp. Really recommend to anyone.

Nice place with good value for money. Good location. Nice rooms, clean and with balconies! Some risk for noise due to weak noiseprotection in walls and doors. But in general this hotel have adult guests making little noise! Must not forget the food: Just great breakfast and dinner included in our booking! Nice! Prebook parking if you bring a car!
