Great service and friendly staff. We arrived early and rooms were ready. Slightly out of town and hill is quite steep but there is a courtesy bus provided every 20 minutes until arohnd7.30 pm.

Hotel was very nice, room was nice, outdoor pool doesn’t see sun light much, food below par and the reason for the 3 star is because it’s sooooo far up the hill that it takes away the relaxation of a holiday to a trek every time you wanna go back to the hotel

Was slightly concerned about limited Parking limited so decided to arrive 3 hours early and arrange parking. A really good hotel if you are staying off peak in Benidorm. They have bits of entertainment in the evenings and the food / drinks are reasonably priced. The rooms are kept very clean and a pretty decent breakfast selection. Though it is at the top of a hill outside they do operate a regular free shuttle bus down to the edge of the town centre.

It's a great value hotel and off the main road. There is a free mini bus to take you down into the town. The breakfast is really good and lots of choice at lunch and dinner. Rooms are clean and have everything you need.

We had a wonderful holiday here. The all inclusive stops at 23:00 followed by a paying bar to 00:00. If you need to use the lift, hope you have plenty of patience as you’ll need it. There are 14 floors and 3 lifts. We were in the first floor and I was in a wheelchair so had no option, but had no option but to use the lift. What a fabulous hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. The restaurant is great and a great selection of food. The restaurant staff work tirelessly to make sure you have everything you need. The pools are set in a beautiful surrounding & the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the centre. Highly recommend this hotel for couples and family’s too.

We had a lovely 1 week break here. Lovely hotel. Staff were attentive and friendly. Wee felt well looked after. Facilities were good, great swimming pools. The meals were superb. If there was any negativity, it would be to comment on noise transference from rooms above and next door, could be improved. Also, tea/coffee faclities in the room would have been welcome.

Just spent short of a week at this wonderful hotel. Superb location and very restful tranquil grounds in the midst of the Benidorm action. All of the property is delightful albeit a little tired in places. We spent 4 nights at the hotel and generally had a good experience. The hotel was well situated close to the beach and amenities. However the design of the bathroom really spoilt our stay. Be warned that the glass partition wall provided no privacy when performing natural functions. For all the hotel's good points this design would prevent us from a return visit.

My sister and I are just coming to the end of a week at this lovely hotel. Plenty of different choices of food. Bar well staffed and pleasant. We were on the 2nd floor so lifts not an issue. The staff food and location of this hotel are excellent the rooms were cleaned daily we had a kettle in our room with coffee and milk which were topped up daily, they don't supply tea bags, we also had an hairdryer which is always a bonus if you require clean towels you just leave your dirty towels in the bath we will definatley use this hotel again.

Just had three nights at the Ruidor, nice hotel, clean modern rooms, good selection of buffet food for our breakfast and evening meal, they also had special offers on drinks every day, beer was normal bar prices rather than hotel prices. The hotel is an easy short walk from the each. Very enjoyable stay all round.

Returned to the Riudor after a 20 year break. The rooms were very smart and comfortable. The staff in the main we excellent and very helpful and polite. The food was basic but passable. The entertainment was good and Tim the entertainment compare was very good. We will definitely return

Spent a week Half Board here in Feb/Mar this year. Fantastic room on the 14th floor. Nice variation of food on offer. Amazing views and down the quieter end of Benidorm which we absolutely loved. Will definately return to this hotel.

just came back from this hotel..it is ok if you are over 65 or may be 70 years old speak fluent spanish..all entertainment was for the spanish people to get up and dance. nothing at all for the british people. at all. also 27 steps to go down to the pool..as my wife had problems walking...not good. .they spanish were taking all seats in entertainment area and not having a drink between them...i...

Rooms were not cold enough, even at the lowest setting. Everything else was amazing. They have an amazing buffet, daily and nightly activities. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now. Once last year and recently this year. They have two pools and both good sizes and enough sun beds and umbrellas near the pool area and also showers. They have people check the pools as well and the chlorine is spot on in my opinion. In the smaller pool area there is also more shade with some trees. We had a brilliant time there. The maid for the room was amazing. We never so her but the room was spotless every day. The restaurant staff were friendly and very helpful as were the reception staff helping me with my printing of the forms. Great value for the money with free transfers to and from the airport Will be top of our list of hotels to stay again. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed a very pleasant 10 day stay in the Calypso Hotel, this was our 2nd visit. All the staff are very pleasant & can’t do enough for their guests, I would like to say a special thank you to Rosa! Who looked after us endlessly during our stay. We would stay again but would prefer the main building as we found the annexe very noisy and the shower wasn't very powerful. All the staff were friendly and the hotel is spotless, we felt very safe. The breakfast wasn't to my taste but that is just my personal choice as my husband enjoyed it. Evening meal was good. Overall we had a lovely stay.

If you are planning to visit the night clubs on a regular basis then the location is ideal however it's not a quiet location if you want a decent night's sleep. I was Full Board for a week and the food was always varied and fresh. Fish, meat, pastas, salad, potatoes, chips and a whole range of other great foods always warm and well prepared. We had a brilliant stay with you and this one was for our honeymoon - the only downside to this whole experience was the stag and hens (particularly the stags) they were rowdy and very intimidating around the pool. We feel that although the hotel would do everything to ensure a peaceful stay. it would be much more enjoyable if the number of groups were limited.

I loved the hotel. Didn't eat here but wanted to get out and about so it was just really to sleep and chill by the pool. I have been eating at the buffet a couple of times, it has been very good, but I like to highlight details that others do not highlight, such as how tasty the fresh fruit was (everyone only sees the sweets), or the peas that, unlike from other places, they really tasted like peas. Furthermore, they really want to provide good service. I hope to return this summer.

Very helpful staff and great food in the restaurant. We stayed in a "superior" room, with a lounge area and larger bathroom. The devil is in the detail and it just wasn't there. Dust under the bed, the pull sticks for some or the thermal curtains/ curtains missing or not attached. The mini bar housing was broken and swollen from liquid seeping into the frame. The jacuzzi bath had a shower over it but...

Stayed in a superior room, lots of space and enjoyed my stay apart from the cleaners not doing their job properly, found a large piece of glass on the floor. Great location, just didn't like be looked down on as me and my boyfriend were very young compared to everyone else staying there.

We had drinks and snacks at the Cafe on the side of the hotel. The member of staff who waited on us was very attentive and friendly. We were served very quickly and did not wait at any point in our visit for help is required. The cafe decor was very modern and staff were well presented. We visited the spa on Monday in August. Nice, quiet and complete spa. No problem for booking 24h before with a Groupon voucher. Circuit plus sauna. Love it. We also had the meal included in. Large continental buffet. We showed our voucher and we were allowed to everything. We will come back. Clean and nice facilities and helpful staff.

Stayed at the Monaco last year, was excellent then, still is. Really enjoyed our visit again which was due to friendly, helpful and amusing staff, who also kept the hotel tidy and clean. Nice hotel, nice staff but after our group of 12 got back from a show were told bar was closing. Not just fir drinks but had to leave bar area and sit in reception area finishing our 1 drink each. As we are all in mid to late 70's we're surprised to be asked to keep our voices quiet ?

Lovely hotel in a great location, walking distance to everything. Rooms nice and clean we had a jacuzzi bath in ours which was a Brucie bonus. Break had a large selection to cater to all tastes and was topped up and was being cleaned all the time. Would recommend and we are looking to book for next year

Far enough away from the night life to be peaceful and yet close enough to be able to walk into the hub of everything. The highlight of the hotel is its cleanliness. The breakfast is superb for a buffet. Couldn't really fault this place.

Proper big hotel with clean, spacious rooms, great aircon and a hot shower. The breakfast area is massive and has an incredible choice of items to eat on offer. The rooms could do with a tea/ coffee making facility and perhaps a few toiletries and the swimming pool is quite shallow even at it deepest ( but I understand it is catering to families). Came here with 20 friends to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. Had an amazing time, the food, the staff, the entertainment was top class. The housekeeping team ensured that the rooms and all areas of the hotel were immaculate. I cannot recommend this hotel high enough.

Came here for a weeks holiday in April 2018 with my partner and 2 year old son. Hotel is in a great spot only 5 mins walk to the main strip and beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the way. I found this hotel fantastic. Good comfortable beds. Good shower. Good food . Good entertainment and most of staff were excellent . The only person I Have a problem with is Vincent behind the bar. He was nasty and ignorant and banging glasses down and constantly muttering things under his breath. Nice place with good value for money. Good location. Nice rooms, clean and with balconies! Some risk for noise due to weak noiseprotection in walls and doors. But in general this hotel have adult guests making little noise! Must not forget the food: Just great breakfast and dinner included in our booking! Nice! Prebook parking if you bring a car!

Place was ok but lacking, it was clean and cheap but could of had a fridge in the room and the Aircon was just heating so not very useful in the heat. The staff where nice enough tho and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice, the fresh juice was pretty horrible tho but the coffees teas and fresh water was fine. The hotel is about 10 minute stroll from the beach but has plenty of restaurants...

Great place to stay room exerlent but the restaurant was like a free for all at lunch time let hope dinner is better.
