A really good hotel if you are staying off peak in Benidorm. They have bits of entertainment in the evenings and the food / drinks are reasonably priced. The rooms are kept very clean and a pretty decent breakfast selection. Though it is at the top of a hill outside they do operate a regular free shuttle bus down to the edge of the town centre.

It's a great value hotel and off the main road. There is a free mini bus to take you down into the town. The breakfast is really good and lots of choice at lunch and dinner. Rooms are clean and have everything you need.

We had a wonderful holiday here. The all inclusive stops at 23:00 followed by a paying bar to 00:00. If you need to use the lift, hope you have plenty of patience as you’ll need it. There are 14 floors and 3 lifts. We were in the first floor and I was in a wheelchair so had no option, but had no option but to use the lift. What a fabulous hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. The restaurant is great and a great selection of food. The restaurant staff work tirelessly to make sure you have everything you need. The pools are set in a beautiful surrounding & the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the centre. Highly recommend this hotel for couples and family’s too.

We had a lovely 1 week break here. Lovely hotel. Staff were attentive and friendly. Wee felt well looked after. Facilities were good, great swimming pools. The meals were superb. I have stayed at this hotel twice now. Once last year and recently this year. They have two pools and both good sizes and enough sun beds and umbrellas near the pool area and also showers. They have people check the pools as well and the chlorine is spot on in my opinion. In the smaller pool area there is also more shade with some trees. The staff food and location of this hotel are excellent the rooms were cleaned daily we had a kettle in our room with coffee and milk which were topped up daily, they don't supply tea bags, we also had an hairdryer which is always a bonus if you require clean towels you just leave your dirty towels in the bath we will definatley use this hotel again.

Just had three nights at the Ruidor, nice hotel, clean modern rooms, good selection of buffet food for our breakfast and evening meal, they also had special offers on drinks every day, beer was normal bar prices rather than hotel prices. The hotel is an easy short walk from the each. Very enjoyable stay all round.

Returned to the Riudor after a 20 year break. The rooms were very smart and comfortable. The staff in the main we excellent and very helpful and polite. The food was basic but passable. The entertainment was good and Tim the entertainment compare was very good. We will definitely return

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and generally had a good experience. The hotel was well situated close to the beach and amenities. However the design of the bathroom really spoilt our stay. Be warned that the glass partition wall provided no privacy when performing natural functions. For all the hotel's good points this design would prevent us from a return visit.

We were on half board during our stay and restaurant is clean and spotless and the food is well presented and very tasty. Parking is available at a reasonable price. We had a brilliant time there. The maid for the room was amazing. We never so her but the room was spotless every day. The restaurant staff were friendly and very helpful as were the reception staff helping me with my printing of the forms. We enjoyed a very pleasant 10 day stay in the Calypso Hotel, this was our 2nd visit. All the staff are very pleasant & can’t do enough for their guests, I would like to say a special thank you to Rosa! Who looked after us endlessly during our stay. We would stay again but would prefer the main building as we found the annexe very noisy and the shower wasn't very powerful. All the staff were friendly and the hotel is spotless, we felt very safe. Very difficult to find using sat nav. However we did in the end. Suited us for a 1 night stay. Room was cold ,maybe us not setting Aircon right. Staff v good, breakfast choice v good, never did find butter for toast. Parking a nightmare even in November.

Need to up early and out to have your room cleaned as it finished at 12, was there 3 nights and room never got cleaned. Had a cockroach crawl sprint across the floor one evening. Also breakfast finished 10:30 or so and the place closed by 10:45. Is a pity as the staff were generally nice but should be better to clean rooms. I loved the hotel. Didn't eat here but wanted to get out and about so it was just really to sleep and chill by the pool. I have been eating at the buffet a couple of times, it has been very good, but I like to highlight details that others do not highlight, such as how tasty the fresh fruit was (everyone only sees the sweets), or the peas that, unlike from other places, they really tasted like peas. Furthermore, they really want to provide good service. I hope to return this summer.

Great amenities, decent rooms. Close to the strip for going out drinking and for meals it was definitely catered to the older crowd but had a pleasant stay.

We visited the spa on Monday in August. Nice, quiet and complete spa. No problem for booking 24h before with a Groupon voucher. Circuit plus sauna. Love it. We also had the meal included in. Lovely hotel in a great location, walking distance to everything. Rooms nice and clean we had a jacuzzi bath in ours which was a Brucie bonus. Break had a large selection to cater to all tastes and was topped up and was being cleaned all the time. Would recommend and we are looking to book for next year

Far enough away from the night life to be peaceful and yet close enough to be able to walk into the hub of everything. The highlight of the hotel is its cleanliness. The breakfast is superb for a buffet. Couldn't really fault this place.

Proper big hotel with clean, spacious rooms, great aircon and a hot shower. The breakfast area is massive and has an incredible choice of items to eat on offer. The rooms could do with a tea/ coffee making facility and perhaps a few toiletries and the swimming pool is quite shallow even at it deepest ( but I understand it is catering to families). Location wise the hotel is just round the corner...

Lovely experience from arriving to leaving. Can't fault,the rooms, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Customer service Excellent 5 star's all day long. Thank you for your hospitality during our 12 night stay.

Enjoyed our time their. Bar had good prices and 2 happy hours per day. Was not really into the food but it was ok

Nice looking hotel... clean exterior, street bar, fancy dressed reception, big restaurant. Large pool area BUT no sun after 3pm (October) Rooms clean although carpetted corridors a bit untidy. Tea and coffee refills a bit of a lottery and will cost €5 at the reception....... Petty comment?..... Not if you were looking forward to an afternoon brew on the balcony !!!!

As always, superb place to stay. Cannot rate this hotel enough for everything you need for a super adults holiday. Sorry no children here. We always find this hotel very friendly, clean, magnificent restaurant and very accessible to all places from the hotel. The hotel is clean. Staff accommodating. The rooms are a little too small when 3 adults sharing but are comfortable enough. There’s no extractor fans in the bathroom. Came here for 4 nights with my 2 sisters and daughter we paid for the all inclusive plus. Got to the hotel took ages to check in as only 1 person on desk. Got our rooms charged me for my safe. Good hotel with lovely staff, only let down was the standard of food. The quality of the food wasn't that of a 4 star hotel. Breakfast had a good selection but bacon was cold, overall lunch and evening meals disappointed. We were all inclusive, used the onsite burger shack for fresh burgers for lunch.
