Hotel Servigroup Venus

We loved your hotel. I travelled as a single Mum with my 13 year old daughter. Your hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very secure, this made me feel safe in your hotel as a woman travelling on her own with her child. We were bed and breakfast only, the food was lovely, a great range to choose from. We loved chilling by the pool, plenty of space and very peaceful with the sun all day. We didn't stay for any of the entertainment, we went out to see different acts but the location of the hotel was ideal for this, very close to bars and entertainment but far enough away to enjoy a quiet sleep at night. I would certainly recommend and return but I'd come half board next time. The room was pool facing, I'd requested this prior to my arrival and appreciated my request being met. The room was clean and large enough for two of us.

Just returned home from our second holiday of the year at the Venus Hotel. Thank you everyone, once again you have all done your best to ensure we have enjoyed another lovely holiday.
Even the weather was brilliant for the time of year

On the whole the hotel is well placed, central to amenities and clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are adequate and regularly cleaned. Downstairs lobby and occasion rooms need some updating and the bar area is very lime green. The pool area is large with plenty of sun beds and the restaurant is good but could benefit from having tables in the outside space. The key cards are annoying because they often do not work. We had a great holiday. We would definately visit again.

Great location near enough to reataurants and bars but far enough not to be noisy, rooms a little small but adequate and very clean, thumbs up to housekeeping. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. Only downside as far as we are concerned are the doors to the bathroom, glass doors with gaps to top and bottom. All in all would definitely recommend, plenty of sunbeds and great staff.

Just arrived home today after a 7 night stay. This was our seventh stay here but hadn't been for 5 years.It was nice to see alot of the same friendly staff were sill there.
As expected we had a lovely stay. And will definitely be going back.we stayed on the seventh floor and had a lovely lady cleaning our room, she would wave and shout to say hello even when up the corridor.
The food was lovely as always but, a bit disappointed that this time some of it was cold, especially the chips. Would highly recommend.

because it's only one of a few open..they are constantly cleaning sanitising ..and you won't walk anywhere without a mask..they will tell you..very very safe here.

Just back from a 7 day stay in the Venus hotel
I loved it , the food was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.
Plenty of choice at the buffet and really could not fault it at all.
The room was a fine apart from the bathroom was a little "tired" but was clean and functional, so not in any way a complaint.
Fantastic location for all the entertainment in the evening.
Near enough to everything, but far enough away to avoid the music and bars that go on practically all night.
Enjoyed watching the "sunbed shuffle" at 8am every morning when the doors opened to the pool area, but if you do want a certain spot at the pool area, needs must I suppose.
On duty lifeguard did monitor towels on sunbeds without occupants...we saw him removing several after a certain length of time if the owners had not appeared.
One thing I found quite alarming is how easy it must be for Joe Bloggs to walk off the street, use the pool area and...go for a bite to eat as well !!
Chatting to a neighbouring sunbathers, they informed us that they were not actually staying in the Venus but just come into the hotel anyway ?
I know you need your room key card to access the pool area but you just need to walk behind a paying guest, and you're in !
No checks going into the buffet , so really anyone could just go in.
Think there needs to definitely be some kind of monitoring/check.
All in all , we really enjoyed our time and have already booked for next year.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Benidorm

Been here for two days, eight more to go but so far things have been very good. Check in was quick with two rooms next to each other on the 8th floor. Rooms are a bit on the small side but very clean. Big shower tray with lots of water pressure. The pool area is spacious with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. At no point during the day were there no beds available. We have breakfast and dinner. The food has been hot and tasty but sausages at breakfast very tasteless. The hotel overall is bright and clean
