Hotel Servigroup Venus in Benidorm

Absolutely 1st class, the staff are amazing, food is a very high standard, and the rooms are lovely.

This is hotel is a credit to the group, everything about it is exceptional, I arrived late evening on Christmas eve and the staff had put up a meal for me, salad cold meet and cheese, orange juice and water, I was blown away by the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff

And it only gets better, great entertainment and lovely surroundings, bedrooms are immaculate and again the staff are amazing, just a short stroll from the beach too.

I rarely give 5 stars but this hotel deserves every one, I have a few days left but I cannot complain about one thing apart from me putting on 2 stone with the delicious food.

Really is worth every penny and so pleased I booked here.

To the management and staff you really are exceptional, I stay in a LOT of hotels and you are better overall than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in

We stayed at the hotel over the Christmas break and really had a very enjoyable stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean and all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, buffet style restaurant food was varied and everything really nicely done. Christmas day gala meal was excellent and the staff really pulled out all the stops to make it special. Definitely recommend this hotel and will be booking again.

Came on the 21 December for a week over Christmas first time ive been back to the venus in 10 years fantastic stay great room even included a gala Christmas dinner which was first class and a great day and the bar staff where brilliant

Brilliant hotel, all staff very friendly and helpful. The room although not big was comfortable and constantly clean. The hotel is perfectly placed near the ***** but not too close to get the noise. If you go to Benidorm you must stay at this hotel

Our stay was from 30th September to 14th October. We had a ground floor room with veranda. Bed was comfy bathroom clean and the shower was powerful and stable temperature. The meals were excellent good choices and suited me and the wife. Facities were great swimming pool sun loungers as well as a bar with entertainment. We were looked after very well staff were polite helpful and attentive. At meal times matra was always making sure we were looked after, drinks were served quickly and things ran smoothly. Will definetly stay again. Benidorm is lovely that time of year not too hot definetly not cold. Recommended.

We have spent our second year in the Venus and as usual it has been superb. Today we have had our five course Christmas 🎄 lunch which absolutely delicious 😋 the staff really put on a show and they know how to look after you. If you are unsure about where to stay i would recommend the Venus as a great place. Merry Christmas 🎅

Great location near the strip and short walk to the beach. Lovely hotel and staff. Pool area was excellent as was the restaurant and food. Rooms were very small and walls were very thin, no sound proofing at all. Beds extremely comfy and powerful shower. Free fridge and safe were a bonus.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely – friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll certainly be returning!

Hotel was very clean. Towels changed daily. Staff very helpful. We were breakfast only, but there was plenty of choice couldn’t fault it. The whole experience at this hotel was amazing great location for all the best venues. Short walk to the beach. safe location to leave cases when you leave or if you arrive before your room is ready and you can book a room if you have a late checkout where you can go and shower and get ready for your flight, no charge. The only thing I would change is there was no kettle in the room and I love a cup of tea when I wake up . But the whole experience was fantastic other guest we spoke to have been returning year on year. I will definitely go back again.
