Hotel Servigroup Venus

On arrival, we were welcomed by a friendly receptionist who checked us in and got sorted in no time. The rooms are slightly dated, but the air con works, a safety deposit box, a fridge, the shower is powerful and there is plenty of cupboard space. All you need! The pool area had plenty of sunbeds and the staff are enthusiastic with activities for kids and big kids. Breakfast is a typical buffet. The only drawback was the availability of hot water. The machines are temperamental and when you need a gallon of tea on a morning, its a bit frustrating! The hotel is absolutely spotlessly clean throughout. You can not fault its hygiene, which is a huge selling point. Location wise, its near the ***** and a short walk from the beach. Great. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel with Excellent staff. It was our First time at Hotel Venus & we couldn’t fault it. I Travelled with my Mum & my 19 month old Daughter. It was my Daughters first holiday abroad & All the staff, from the Hotel Manager, the receptionists, the restaurant staff and cleaners couldn’t be anymore welcoming, friendly or helpful throughout our whole stay. The staff helped make our holiday extra special. We felt very welcomed, comfortable and relaxed at the hotel. The Hotel is close to the Beach and the main ***** but you couldn’t hear much noise from the hotel itself so it helped with getting a good nights sleep. We got fresh towels every day, our rooms were cleaned Daily & the variety of food was great too. A special thanks to Raquel the receptionist, My Daughter took an instant like to her from the moment we checked in & Raquel made sure she chatted with her every day. This helped my Daughter feel more confident and comfortable, especially being so young & her first time abroad. The restaurant staff were also extremely kind & helpful too, they’d always take time out of their busy schedule to stop and chat with Daughter. We also met a member of the restaurant staff in the local mercado & although she was on her day off, she still took the time to help us find what we were looking for. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. Now a days It’s very rare to find a hotel with excellent customer service. It’s a real gem of a place & we can’t wait to go back.

Staying here right now on a 4 day trip with 2 other couples. Check in was really easy and quick, we had made a room request via email prior to travelling which was granted. Brilliant room. Hotel is really clean, pool area is large and plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast , plentiful and varied. Something for everyone. Really enjoying our stay.

Good selection of food it was all lovely Rooms clean .shower powerful did go hotter and colder a few times on its own not a big deal though. Rooms small but ok for two can’t fault anything staff all great Quick clearing your plates after eating and omg I did eat like a pig few more pounds gained would definitely go back to this hotel for sure did have a issue with getting bus back to airport had to get a taxi lady at reception was v good

We are currently at the hotel on our final night of our week here in Benidorm, staying at the Servigroup Venus hotel on a full board basis. Good hotel that is spotlessly clean and tidy. Very friendly staff, especially the restaurant manager at the front of house, and the ladies who clear your tables. Great location and in an area that is reasonably quiet considering the number of bars that are nearby. Rooms are small and a tad dated but are comfy. Flatscreen TV has 5 UK channels. Balcony door does not stay open on its own but can be propped open by using one of the plastic chairs that the balcony has. The bathroom is small but fairly modern. A lot have commented on the bathroom doors being frosted glass and can wake up your partner in the night if you switch on the light, but wasn't an issue for us. Shower and sink have plenty of hot water, but be careful as the shower did go from perfect to ice cold, or scorching hot, in a matter of a second every time we used it. So, the pressure and availability of hot water is not an issue, but getting blasted by either ice cold or schorching hot water for a second or two is a very real issue that happened to us on multiple times. The pool area is good with a small bar area. There are plenty of sunbeds available during our stay, but it was early April, and the temp only ever reached a maximum of around 22 clesius, so the hotel was not at full capacity and there were not many people sunbathing. The restaurant serves three meals a day if you're booked on full board. Breakfast is the best of the three services, but I wasn't overly impressed with the selections available for lunch and dinner, to be honest. I've had better food at other hotels, but the quality wasn't the issue. It was the choices that I thought could be better. Overall, we liked this hotel. It is very well run, has very efficient and friendly staff. Is comfortable and is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to Levante beach and local to the Benidorm bars etc.

22nd to 29th March 2025, our third visit to this hotel, given room 627, overlooking the pool, everything about this hotel is spot on, staff are very professional, rooms spotless, location everything in walking distance, breakfast is full on British, proper bacon, plum tomatoes etc, evening meal we would normally eat out a couple of nights on half board, not here the food & choice is beyond excellent.

Just arrived back from this hotel absolutely brilliant in a great location very clean food was very good the staff very friendly especially in the restaurant always helpful everyone always had a smile would definitely recommend this hotel

We loved your hotel. I travelled as a single Mum with my 13 year old daughter. Your hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very secure, this made me feel safe in your hotel as a woman travelling on her own with her child. We were bed and breakfast only, the food was lovely, a great range to choose from. We loved chilling by the pool, plenty of space and very peaceful with the sun all day. We didn't stay for any of the entertainment, we went out to see different acts but the location of the hotel was ideal for this, very close to bars and entertainment but far enough away to enjoy a quiet sleep at night. I would certainly recommend and return but I'd come half board next time. The room was pool facing, I'd requested this prior to my arrival and appreciated my request being met. The room was clean and large enough for two of us.

Just returned home from our second holiday of the year at the Venus Hotel. Thank you everyone, once again you have all done your best to ensure we have enjoyed another lovely holiday.
