Very polite welcome. Being teetotalers, we were given a kettle as soon as we requested one. The room with the balcony was spacious and clean, great view on a night for the entertainment which was enjoyable. The room maids were very polite and very helpful regarding fresh linen etc ..
The Mrs loved the aqua aerobics with the entertainment guy, very funny!
Breakfast was beautifully presented and tasty. My only fault, "some" of the staff need to be more welcoming.
Will definitely return.

I won’t be returning….
Location is fine with some only Spanish restaurants ( this was my filling this year '24) in rest dry and concrete. It was my first time coming here I gave 5*+ to the beach sand and the weather was clear. I prefer a quiet location next time.
Some reception staff are brilliant, some of them even if they wear English flags on their badges they pretend don't speak English when you need to sort some things out.
While we were waiting, we noticed an even worse situation: a small child was very sick and his parents requested a late check-out for the next day, having a flight in the evening. Their request was denied and they were forced to purchase a hotel room at full price. The child had vomited from the chlorine in the outdoor pool, which was not maintained.
On top of all that, the sofas in the lobby were very, very torn, which further adds to the bad impression of this hotel. The furniture of the hotel is very old and would need renovation.
At the outside bar by the pool, (Gonzales) I was charged 1 euro for 3 ice cubes. It doesn't seem normal to me that, in a hotel with such a reputation, you should be charged for ice as long as you drink.
The furniture in the rooms is very old and the cleanliness is superficial with a lot of dust.
The beach is far and there are many slopes to climb, which can be difficult for people with mobility difficulties.
At the dining room, the card is presented at the entrance and at the exit, so you are checked twice and you will lose a lot of time from your vacation, sometimes even 20 minutes until you leave the restaurant. A plus of this hotel is the diversified food
In the elevator you felt like you were in a sauna without any ventilation and you have to be mentally prepared for a climb to a higher level
execrable internet speed it doesn't even exist
practically. those traveling in roaming say goodbye to the internet. after the first few minutes of connection you will be kicked out
Total disappointment!
We stayed for 5 days and it was amazing.
Every night they have music until midnight, so have in mind that there is no early sleeping. There is 3 pools, 2 bars and plenty of space for everyone.
Every day we had breakfast and dinner in hotel and food was amazing!
There is always something that you like to eat and they never run out of it, if the trey is empty they fill it up straight away.
We were staying on 18th floor and in peak hours we’re waiting 10 min for lifts (hotel is tall 181 m and they’re busy, so there is waiting for lifts).
Overall we really enjoyed our holidays and definitely recommend this hotel.
