What a stunning hotel. Every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. My room was huge for single occupancy with a good sized bathroom, plenty of storage space and an amazing view of Benidorm from my balcony.....pictures added. Food in the hotel was buffet self serve, but the quality was brilliant.....great selection for breakfast and even better for evening meal with fresh pizza, fish, beef. Service from everyone was exceptional and other facilities were great especially the pool which is awesome. Location wise it's away from the hustle and bustle but this isn't a negative because you can relax enjoy an amazing walk down to the beach and take in amazing views.

I had a disappointing experience at the Bali Hotel in Benidorm. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I sat for 45 minutes waiting for my camera card to be replaced because it had demagnetized. The receptionist pretended to write a paper all this time, and finally sent me to his colleague on the left, who solved the problem.
While we were waiting, we noticed an even worse situation: a small child was very sick and his parents requested a late check-out for the next day, having a flight in the evening. Their request was denied and they were forced to purchase a hotel room at full price. The child had vomited from the chlorine in the outdoor pool, which was not maintained.
On top of all that, the sofas in the lobby were very, very torn, which further adds to the bad impression of this hotel. The furniture of the hotel is very old and would need renovation.
At the outside bar by the pool, (Gonzales) I was charged 1 euro for 3 ice cubes. It doesn't seem normal to me that, in a hotel with such a reputation, you should be charged for ice as long as you drink.
The furniture in the rooms is very old and the cleanliness is superficial with a lot of dust.
The beach is far and there are many slopes to climb, which can be difficult for people with mobility difficulties.
At the dining room, the card is presented at the entrance and at the exit, so you are checked twice and you will lose a lot of time from your vacation, sometimes even 20 minutes until you leave the restaurant. A plus of this hotel is the diversified food
In the elevator you felt like you were in a sauna without any ventilation and you have to be mentally prepared for a climb to a higher level

practically. those traveling in roaming say goodbye to the internet. after the first few minutes of connection you will be kicked out

Amazing hotel just outside of city centre with good bus connection to oldtown.
We stayed for 5 days and it was amazing.
Every night they have music until midnight, so have in mind that there is no early sleeping. There is 3 pools, 2 bars and plenty of space for everyone.
Every day we had breakfast and dinner in hotel and food was amazing!
There is always something that you like to eat and they never run out of it, if the trey is empty they fill it up straight away.
We were staying on 18th floor and in peak hours we’re waiting 10 min for lifts (hotel is tall 181 m and they’re busy, so there is waiting for lifts).
Overall we really enjoyed our holidays and definitely recommend this hotel.

A beautiful experience. pluses: the multitude of activities, location close to the beach, located in a very beautiful area with many attractions to visit, diverse and tasty food, especially lunch and dinner, friendly staff, daily cleaning of the room during the stay.
minus: being a very big hotel, it is permanently crowded in the season, because of the many sports schools that come here, There is a queue at the table, at the bar at the pool at the elevator, the furniture in the rooms is old, it is very difficult to find tables and have dinner in peace. I noticed the way they waste and throw away the food that is not consumed. It is not at all in a hotel that emphasizes sustainability, protecting the environment, the coffee in the restaurant is very bad.

Just had a week here and it’s a Stunning hotel, had the most beautiful view from my room and hotel staff were overall friendly and helpful! However there’s Just a few things if you’re planning to stay here … be prepared to share the hotel with 100s of children in football teams from across the country who feel to need to barge into you and completely take over the lifts and jump all over you in the swimming pools…also, although this can’t be helped, bring money for taxis as it’s a good hours walk to the Benidorm strip and at least 30 mins to the old town! Apart from that the hotel is amazing…

What a great hotel! I stayed at the Gran Hotel Bali recently with my daughter for 4 nights. The hotel is very impressive in many respects. The public areas, room, restaurants and main bar area where shows are performed are all excellent. We were staying on a half board basis and the food was excellent - in addition to very sensibly priced drinks. The hotel's location close to the beach and at the quieter end of Benidorm is fantastic - nice and peaceful but not very far and a pleasant walk or cycle ride to the bustling centre and nightlife. We realised when we got back to the UK that we'd left a purse in our room. The hotel has found it and now it's in the safe possession of the excellent Hotel Manager who has taken personal responsibility for it until I arrange for it's collection. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be going back.

Rooms are dated and tired - you have to stand in the bath to shower. Wi-Fi is poor on the higher levels.
You have to pay extra for what should be standard- to use the safe in the room, to hire beach towels, to access the hotel’s viewing gallery and for children to use the play areas.
Rooms are clean and drinks are reasonably priced. 8 minute walk to the beach. Hotel is away from the louder areas of the city.
Excellent ballroom for dancing.

The staff have been unbelievable, so helpful and kind, they remember me every time I come in the bar and make me feel great. They all work so hard, I don't know how they do it. I can't mention just one person because they're all equally fantastic. I lost my ring that isn't worth much but it means a lot to me and went to ask at reception, not expecting it to show up but it did! It was handed in by the cleaners, goes to show how honest they are. I can't fault the food either, there's something everyday. The rooms need a little out of date but I was told they have upgraded a few floors and have more planned but makes it harder when they're open all year. Amazing experience, would definitely come back.

It's our third time at the hotel and the cleaning is great, it's spotless, the food is really nice, great variety! The location is great, only walk a few minutes to get to La Cala beach. The workers are all very pleasant and polite. All positives, no negatives and would definitely recommend. This area of Benidorm is a lot nicer.

It's a lovely hotel in a great position, 2 beaches within a few minutes walk public buses go from right outside so great as a base to visit the many villages and towns around the area. The hotel is very clean and rooms spacious and nice with lovely size balcony, the higher you go the better the view. And you can visit the rooftop for a small charge which is breathtaking.
The food let's it down as not labeled correctly to say if something is vegetarian, also hardly anything is I had to live on salad but a lot of that was not vegetarian, not even a vegetarian paella once! Food is warm not hot but microwaves available. I would just like more choices and better labeling. I would like to stay again but need these improvements.
