Everything that was needed was in the bungalow and only 20mins walk down the levante beach/strip

Supposed to be a dog friendly campsite, but no dog area or facilities on site. Whilst taking our dog out of the site for a walk, he wee'd up a palm tree on the site, and I was subjected to a torrent of abuse from a German motorhome owner. I complained to reception, but they were apologetic, but unable, or unwilling to help. Dog friendly sites should have basic facilities, and if you don't like dogs...

Not too far too cycle to the town and beach. Having an acsi card puts you in the 'cheap seats' and the webs photos don't reflect this. I think if the old van in front of us actually cleared the dead vegetation we would of sat outside more. Laundry room has an iron. Facility blocks were very modern very clean. Hot water plentiful. Can't think of anything negative. Staff are very helpful. Toilets and showers spotless. Café food and drinks great price and food good. You can walk too town easily enough. We have walked back once (hard work after food and drinks). Taxi only €6 and easy to get hold of one. Loved it would stay again!! Pools perfect and again clean 👌

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, lovely pools, great staff, entertainment by claus is fabulous he gives kids a fab time, so friendly & fun! Very clean toilet shower areas. Stayed 60 days, all you need for good camping experience, clean shower blocks 2 pools and close to town. Prebooked when we left for next year. ??

Arrived in November for a few days stay, stayed for three weeks. Loved it so came back again. Friendly staff, dated but very clean facilities, lovely swimming pool and bar area. Best part....no dogs!!!!

Really good camp. We thought we were just staying for a night. In the end we stayed for three months. Good facilities and nice staff. Just a short walk from the center of Benidorm. We will come back!

Normally love this site but they are too full and gave us an awful pitch which we couldn't level the van or get an awning up. 4 times we went to reception to ask for another pitch but they said they hadn't got one, but low and behold once we asked to see the manager one appeared from nowhere. Love this site as previously said but this was not a good experience especially when I booked it 5 months...

Good overall site with clean and tidy facilities. Don't like booking in through a window especially when there's a queue, an indoor reception for their customers would be a considerate touch especially during bad weather. Waste disposal should be at ground level without the need to lift - water is heavy.

Great camping experience here. Excellent location, off a main road with good bars and cafés. The site shop is very reasonably priced and run by lovely people. Toilet/shower block modern and clean. Nice pool area although perhaps a little small for the amount of campers at that time. Overall highly recommended.

Just stayed a week bed an breakfast on a golfing holiday. Nice hotel mainly based at older Spanish guests. Youngsters may find it one to avoid, having said that it is handily placed for the strip and dozens of good restaurants.

Surprisingly calm oasis just outside Benidorm, very easy for the airport and the town centre. 2 golf courses both worth playing, the shorter course is more mature and more scenic

We had a lovely 1 week break here. Lovely hotel. Staff were attentive and friendly. Wee felt well looked after. Facilities were good, great swimming pools. The meals were superb. If there was any negativity, it would be to comment on noise transference from rooms above and next door, could be improved. Also, tea/coffee faclities in the room would have been welcome.

Just spent short of a week at this wonderful hotel. Superb location and very restful tranquil grounds in the midst of the Benidorm action. All of the property is delightful albeit a little tired in places. All of the staff encountered were welcoming and helpful in particular the staff in the ‘level lounge’ with a special thanks to the ladies on the reception there. A really good hotel if you are staying off peak in Benidorm. They have bits of entertainment in the evenings and the food / drinks are reasonably priced. The rooms are kept very clean and a pretty decent breakfast selection. Though it is at the top of a hill outside they do operate a regular free shuttle bus down to the edge of the town centre.

It's a great value hotel and off the main road. There is a free mini bus to take you down into the town. The breakfast is really good and lots of choice at lunch and dinner. Rooms are clean and have everything you need.

My new second home :) had the best 5 days on holiday here. Was on a solo holiday and had the time of my life. Had a great time the hotel was lovely and clean. Had a huge choice of good food . The room was nice and clean. Our beds were made every day had fresh towels. We arrived at the Cristal Park Hotel in the early hours of Tuesday morning, during our check-in we the reception person didn’t explain to us what was included in the (Ultra Premium) band, how we go about the bus times for the other resorts, so the kids ended up missing out on visiting the other resorts as we only discovered their was a bus timetable on the wall at reception two days before leaving...

Being English customer service is everything to me. Unfortunately this hotel has too many bad employees working here for it to be enjoyable for someone so focused on customer service. However, the food and rooms were good so if customer service isn't a focus then you will enjoy it here

Good all round service by all staff in these straight times. Food was good under restrictions. Always continued to keep a very good cleansing service throughout my stay. Entertainment was good. But too many quizzes. Drop off and pick for hotel guests too far away from hotel, especially the old folk. Tui staff were at their usual 100 Percent. Finally the weather was very good. Had a lovely 2 weeks in Rio Park in November 2021. Food was good with plenty of choices for each meal and the deserts were marvellous. The COVID precautions were excellent and the staff very friendly. The cleaning staff were good in particular the girl who did our room. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

We recently stayed here in a penthouse suite, The room was amazing with an extra large calfornia king bed, freestanding bath near the large fully opening sliding glass doors with incredible views please see photos. Small issues were no rubbish bin in the room and the water pressure sometimes unstable if you turned on the taps slowly they would fire water everywhere, quite funny unless you're dressed...

A good pick for short or a long stay in Benidorm. Looks a bit luxurious but IMHO is a good value to money overall. 17 floors and 5 elevators. Great food - wide variety for lunch and dinner except for breakfasts which are the same every day but still good. Friendly restaurant Staff ready and willing to help. Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us. The marina is bang in the middle of the strip in Benidorm. It is a very lively hotel. There is music around the pool every single day . Great hotel very helpful staff. Good range of food and activities. Good for families. Lifts can be a bit of a problem at peak times, although there are 6 they serve 25 floors and due to needing disability pushchair for child stairs were not an option.

Great location near enough to reataurants and bars but far enough not to be noisy, rooms a little small but adequate and very clean, thumbs up to housekeeping. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. Only downside as far as we are concerned are the doors to the bathroom, glass doors with gaps to top and bottom. All in all would definitely recommend, plenty of sunbeds and great staff.

Just arrived home today after a 7 night stay. This was our seventh stay here but hadn't been for 5 years.It was nice to see alot of the same friendly staff were sill there. Yeah it's a great place, perfectly located for all the attractions and entertainment. The food is very good and there is a good variety of dishes to choose from. Breakfast is served from 8am till 10pm which is a bit early for me (11am would have been better). The jet2 rep lita was also very good.

This hotel is ideally situated for the surrounding entertainment in the evening and for the beach during the day. The food is of an acceptable standard and the rooms are quite comfortable albeit a little basic. The swimming pool is very nice and there is enough sunbeds for the guests, if a little crowded. All in all, a friendly hotel and would recommend for a short stay perhaps.

We had a wonderful holiday here. The all inclusive stops at 23:00 followed by a paying bar to 00:00. If you need to use the lift, hope you have plenty of patience as you’ll need it. There are 14 floors and 3 lifts. We were in the first floor and I was in a wheelchair so had no option, but had no option but to use the lift. There were some lovely people and families as when saw me came out the lift...

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and generally had a good experience. The hotel was well situated close to the beach and amenities. However the design of the bathroom really spoilt our stay. Be warned that the glass partition wall provided no privacy when performing natural functions. For all the hotel's good points this design would prevent us from a return visit.

My sister and I are just coming to the end of a week at this lovely hotel. Plenty of different choices of food. Bar well staffed and pleasant. We were on the 2nd floor so lifts not an issue. I have stayed at this hotel twice now. Once last year and recently this year. They have two pools and both good sizes and enough sun beds and umbrellas near the pool area and also showers.
