Brilliant location so close to the beach and great place to stay in Benidorm rooms are clean only small down side is the tower blocks you stay in are can be load at night but if you have had a busy day and drunk 🥴 a few this is not a problem. Rooms were impeccable. Only reason they got a 5* for service was one receptionist who was amazing with the kids and put in so much effort with us. The one woman at the reception didn’t acknowledge issues with the pool and faeces being smudged all over the pool and walls. Did not care and acted as though it was completely normal. Location on the other hand, very accessible to places.

The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm. There is no lighting on the outside of the apartment complex and no manned reception. That gives an inhospitable experience that makes it difficult to feel comfortable. We had a wonderful holiday here. The all inclusive stops at 23:00 followed by a paying bar to 00:00. If you need to use the lift, hope you have plenty of patience as you’ll need it. We spent 4 nights at the hotel and generally had a good experience. The hotel was well situated close to the beach and amenities. However the design of the bathroom really spoilt our stay. Be warned that the glass partition wall provided no privacy when performing natural functions. For all the hotel's good points this design would prevent us from a return visit.

Had a nice long weekend stay here 14/2 - 17/2/25. Room was nice (wish I'd got a room on a higher floor for the views!). The hotel was busy with older guests, so not noisy. Overnight stay. Lovely hotel in the quieter area of Benidorm but right opposite the beach with an uninterrupted view of the beach from all rooms. Lovely to wake up with the sun on your balcony. Stayed for a week. Nice hotel, clean and great breakfast. Fridge in room and free safe. No kettle, strange for a "4 star" hotel. Only other criticism is the very odd bathroom door that doesn't close or lock, no privacy and seems pointless. Why not just an ordinary locking bathroom door??? Overall had a very good stay.

The staff food and location of this hotel are excellent the rooms were cleaned daily we had a kettle in our room with coffee and milk which were topped up daily, they don't supply tea bags, we also had an hairdryer which is always a bonus if you require clean towels you just leave your dirty towels in the bath we will definatley use this hotel again.

Just had three nights at the Ruidor, nice hotel, clean modern rooms, good selection of buffet food for our breakfast and evening meal, they also had special offers on drinks every day, beer was normal bar prices rather than hotel prices. Excellent food options that are really well cooked. Extremely convenient location for getting the Alicante to Benidorm bus.
