Mayhem!!! The only word for this hotel. If you are looking for a good nights sleep or relaxing holiday then dont book this hotel. Been here one night and we want to leave. The staff are amazing and really helpful, the location is great for the old town and the new town. The facilities are of a very high standard, with great views from the rooms, very child friendly with lots to do for the children and a children's nursery for up to 11s in the evening. This is by far one of the best - if not the best hotel in Benidorm. Its location is fantastic, close to the beach and to Old Benidorm…where you will find tapas alley. On the 17th floor there is a beautiful roof top bar ‘Selvatico’ which is an absolute must visit. The views are absolutely stunning and drinks are very reasonably priced. Yeah it's a great place, perfectly located for all the attractions and entertainment. The food is very good and there is a good variety of dishes to choose from. Breakfast is served from 8am till 10pm which is a bit early for me (11am would have been better). The jet2 rep lita was also very good.

Went first week December. I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent. This hotel is no better than ok. Our superior room was large and clean but the sofa bed was unusable as a sofa as the cushions didn't fit and you ended up sitting on the bed beneath. The spa is good but its €10 a day if you not all inclusive. The food looked like its description but in most cases had little flavour. We we're half board and had to pay extra for a glass of water with the evening meal...

We had a fantastic time Christmas and new year, our room 1006 was clean, large and what we expected. The beds gave a very good night's sleep. Lifts worked well and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The dining room was great, good choice of food at all times and was always clean, the staff were friendly and worked very hard. We stayed on a all incucive basis, the bar staff were friendly and efficient...

An excellent 2 nights away. Exceptional service from all the staff. As a chef myself, the breakfast offerings were as good as anywhere in Spain that I have been. One suggestion if I may. It would be useful if a hook or rail was near to the shower so a towel could be put for easy access when finishing in the shower. However a small issue which did not spoil our visit. We WILL be back!!

The hotel is absolutely stunning, I am so glad we upgraded to The level. The staff are so welcoming, always willing to help you find ways for you to enjoy your vacation. It is like staying in an Italian village, lots of choice for restaurants in you want more than half board to choose from.

Lovely facilities but let down by the service Worth paying extra for the Level for nicer room, quieter breakfast & lounge service but if with kids they will want to go to the Melia Villataina pools anyway which are fun for kids with slides etc Room smelled of smoke on arrival. Waited an hour & a half for extra cleaning which made little or no difference. The level lounge is a nice touch open all...

I stayed here with my partner for three nights at the end of May. The entire resort is stunning, beautiful grounds, beautiful views and every area is spotlessly clean. The staff work hard to maintain this. The level lounge is great for drinks and snacks. The rooms are gorgeous, very comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Fabulous resort, just doesn’t have the 5 star experience at the Level, understaffed (basically fend for yourself) at level pool areas. No food @ pool, no pool bar table service and it’s quite a track. Breakfast buffet with birds crawling over it, just not what you’d expect for the money. Coffee options poor. Take my advice just stay in the Vilitana 4 star side of the hotel and save yourself money...

What can I say!it was everything and more than I expected, the brochures really don't do the resort justice. It was so idyllic the most beautiful scenery amazing food.i stayed with my friend we had the grande suite on the level, and it was perfect I really couldn't fault anything. I didn't want to come home.

We recently stayed in this hotel for a three night visit to Benidorm. Two early fourties ladies who have been coming to Benidorm for many years. We most definitely come to Benidorm for the liveliness in the day and night, and love to dance the night away until the early hours, but we do not want a lively 2 star hotel anymore and so this was perfect for us. Just returned from a stay at the Diplomatic Hotel, Really nice hotel and food and very clean, just be careful if you staying in the back as there is a hotel opposite that has a loud air con unit going all night which keeps you awake. All the staff were very nice and helpful, would definitely stay there again, Nice central location.

Stayed in this hotel 2 years ago with friends and we had a great experience, staff helpful, restaurant meals lovely. But unfortunately I’ve done a solo trip this year and how Benidorm has changed but not for the better. The streets of the new town are falling apart,pavements breaking up and that’s awkward using a mobility scooter, there’s weeds popping up everywhere,streets are dirty and smelly certainly...

The hotel felt homely as you entered the reception area. Rooms were cleaned daily with a change of sheets and towels. Restaurant was roomy and plenty of food choices. Entertainment was really good. Most definitely we would stay there again and highly recommend the Diplomatic Hotel without a doubt.

Went here for the 2nd time at Christmas as hotel is lovely four of us. Beautiful Xmas decorations and food was good. Entertainment is not for us as they cater mainly for over 80s. Duo singing very boring. Rooms are fine except they allow dogs who owners let them bark constantly or leave the pets to bark no thought for others. Maid left our balcony door wide open one day so watch out for this error...

We only visited the roof bar but it looks high end and yes the bar has high end prices so beware if drunk, it'll be one bar tab. Views are spectacular - will visit again.

6 of us stayed for 5 nights ideally situated for old town and lots of restaurants and bars and if you can stomach it the complete cesspit which is the new town is not too far away. Scenic lift is a no elty and the bar with the terrace on 20th floor is wow. Very Spanish hotel guests and staff all very happy polite and helpful. Breakfast falls a bit shirt but there is a lot of choice so you should...

Never stayed here only dropped off by coach to get another hotel.

Brilliant location , between the two beaches, great hotel, indoor pool. We were there in February, everything was open .. sparkling wine with breakfast was classy 😀
