Hotels All-inclusive in Cala de Finestrat

Now to the restaurant which we found very cramped with the tables far to close, the food was nothing special but edible, but found breakfast a lot better with tasty back bacon on offer, the drinks are amazing value with 1ltr of sangria costing €6 and a pint of Estrella €1

6, and wine at around €6-10 a bottle, there is no service at the tables so you are expected to get you own! Entertainment in the hotel seems to be shared by the other hotels and bars this company owns so you get excellent tribute acts at the hotels Explorers bar

On to the balcony now, which was on the opposite side of road to John and Josephs, and not that far from the road, so knowing Beni didn't expect a quiet night, but for a people watching balcony you won't get better

I then realised I hadn't taken the option of the safe box, back down to reception sorted straight away, it's €4 per night or €20 per week, the safes are activated by your room key

Over all we had a very enjoyable 3 night break and didn't mind the noise from the strip outside, just a tip if you want a quieter night, ask for a room away from the road, although the back of the hotel ( non pool facing) isn't as nice

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is what you expect from buffet style, however, plenty of choice and eat what you will. Have stayed in the Ambassador 4 times now and have enjoyed myself each time

The Gran hotel Bali is a Lovely restaurant, good food, clean rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool, restaurants offer a varied selection of food. Shops and Catholic Church on the doorstep

Our experience was magnificent, we were two couples looking forward to disconnect so we booked an afternoon in the Spa at their Wellness Beauty Center, Montse received us as we got out of the lift and after the Spa she offered us a glass of sparkling wine, there was a water fountain and tea in a little nook where we could sit and chat

A small great beach within a 10 minute walk with the long beach to the old town within 10 minutes. Great views overlooking the mountains. Better views if lucky enough to get a seafront view which we weren't

This hotel is 3 stars for furniture and quality. Location is fine with some only Spanish restaurants ( this was my filling this year '24) in rest dry and concrete

The room with the balcony was spacious and clean, great view on a night for the entertainment which was enjoyable. The room maids were very polite and very helpful regarding fresh linen etc

We also had a massage the next day which was absolutely relaxing, Ana the masseuse is a grand professional. Apart from this great experience the rooms were very clean and comfortable

But you must go to the new burrito shop on Av. Del Mediterraneo the guy's in there are brilliant, friendly, and chatty and make you feel like a friend. The burritos are definitely tasty and made fresh

Couldn't rate it high enough! Firstly pools are fab. Rooms are clean and so comfortable. Staff are friendly so attentive. Travelled with a three year old too play area kiddie shoe every night for half hour

Just came back from this hotel, and after reading some of the reviews, I was a bit hesitant on the holiday. But it's really good for a 3 star. Cleaned every day with fresh towels

Food wasn't as bad as some of the reviews depending on what you like. The fresh fruit available was nice. The chef did his best to keep the food fresh, and if asked, he would accommodate where he could

The only fault I had were the lifts, very slow and sometimes I felt like Zebedee going up and down to different floors before reaching my floor on 11. All in all would definitely go back

The hotel is two minutes from the main strip where all the lively bars are. Two lively busy bars virtually next door and several eating places plus an indoor market next door

This summer I spent a few days and I liked it. 100% recommend to go with family. Very good atmosphere, very helpful and attentive staff. Covid measures were 1000% followed

With a heavy load of the hotel in the restaurant for dinner, there were queues for hot dishes, since meat and fish began to be prepared with the opening of the restaurant, and not in advance

The family rooms are very nice, the buffet is good and the location of the hotel is good, you can walk straight to the beach

Nice room with pool view and excellent aircon. Staff very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast good in a busy restaurant but again staff always helpful and ensuring you got taken to a table

If I have to criticise there was only one plug socket in the bedroom and none above the desk unit! Staircases and corridors could do with refurb. All in all a great stay and would certainly book again👍

Was slightly concerned about limited Parking limited so decided to arrive 3 hours early and arrange parking. Arranged parking (10 Euros a night) and immediately offered early check in at no extra cost😁

Hotel at top of a hill but it was an easy 15 min walk downhill to the Levante beach. Got taxi back as we are both in our 70s

Top hotel with shuttle to the beach for free. Outside and inside swimming pool. Loved it, loved it. Would return tomorrow. Clean, fresh, friendly staff and just outstanding. Absolutely beautiful ❤️❤️.

A really good hotel if you are staying off peak in Benidorm. They have bits of entertainment in the evenings and the food / drinks are reasonably priced

If you want to eat at one of the themed restaurants you have to pay 15 EUR extra per person. Beverages are never included: 3,5 EUR for a bottle of water (1 liter) or 3,75/4 EUR for a bottled beer

However the buses from the hotel to Benidorm did not run and there is nothing around the hotel, so it meant getting taxis back/forth to Benidorm main area. The bar near reception was nice for a few drinks

Everything is biased towards domestic family tourism: plenty of activities for children (in spanish) and lots of Latin music. Only the buffet restaurant is included

Stunning hotel and great location! You wouldn't know you were anywhere near Benidorm! We did have to change rooms, but that was only because we didn't have much of a view in our first room- the views are Stunning! Reception was brilliant and gave us a choice of rooms and allowed us to view them first before we made a decision! Highly recommended!

Breakfast were amazing in selection and quality. There were some surprises for children's around Xmas day (Santa gave children a little parcel) a nice touch. The hotel overall was quiet no many customers which I liked

The lock in my room broke just 2days before departure, I was moved to an upgraded room which I did not appreciate but I did not want to keep packing/unpacking for 2 days. The views in a previous room were better

We had the most fabulous break here. Miguel on reception was so helpful. Jose so welcoming in the restaurant. can't fault the hotel for the price we paId. we will definitely be back 💖 highly recommend this hotel

Had a lovely 2 weeks in Rio Park in November 2021. Food was good with plenty of choices for each meal and the deserts were marvellous. The COVID precautions were excellent and the staff very friendly

so maybe carpets would be better or locks on the wheels 🤣😂 also lovely to have tea coffee and biscuits in the room. entertainment at night what's not to like 👍👍🥰🥰

we stayed in January weather warm in the day but chilly at night so wrap up The only downside are the beds as they move

Lol 😂 Alway able to get a sunbed as the doors only open at 9am so no 6am sunbed wars. The one thing I would say is that they should deal with towels that have been left for hours as this is just selfish

We are enjoying our week here. Read various reviews so thought I would add mine. Key question - Would I come back ? YES I would. The rooms are very much as per the online photos

The Shower is brilliant, hot and powerful. The food is good overall, there is a good choice. The Pork Belly Ribs were excellent. Not sure about the evening entertainment as we have gone out at night

Only downfall is the lifts they are extremely slow but overall we had a fantastic holiday and will definitely visit again

The lifts could take some time on occasion but that’s life. Tip - don’t wait at -1 for the lift. Go up one floor as they seemed to stop there more often. Great location and we will be revisiting next year

The Day Animation team are excellent and try to get people involved but will leave you alone if you wish. Lifts are a little slow, but these are 14 floors to deal with

The staff couldn’t do enough for you. The restaurant is great and a great selection of food. The restaurant staff work tirelessly to make sure you have everything you need

Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and definitely had the best looking pool in the surrounding area. Meal options were plentiful, something for everyone. I really have no complaints with our choice

Just spent short of a week at this wonderful hotel. Superb location and very restful tranquil grounds in the midst of the Benidorm action. All of the property is delightful albeit a little tired in places

Fantastic overnite stay with breakfast and lunch of which a great variety and choices. Very friendly n helpful fun staff. Beautiful clean comfy rooms with great views over the amazing pool area

If there was any negativity, it would be to comment on noise transference from rooms above and next door, could be improved. Also, tea/coffee faclities in the room would have been welcome

All of the staff encountered were welcoming and helpful in particular the staff in the ‘level lounge’ with a special thanks to the ladies on the reception there

Can’t comment on the swimming pool as it was too cold and didn’t bother with it. Can’t comment on the entertainment, as I’m younger and didn’t really attend any

Fantastic hotel, very friendly staff and a great atmosphere makes this Hotel a great place to spend your holiday. With the all inclusive package you get 3 meals a day plus snacks and drinks

My new second home :) had the best 5 days on holiday here. Was on a solo holiday and had the time of my life

Rooms are spotless, the food is a hit and a miss, had some nice lunch but I’m a fussy eater, so wasn’t a fan any other time. The drinks were so strong & was never thirsty lol

Had a great time the hotel was lovely and clean. Had a huge choice of good food. Our beds were made every day had fresh towels. Only draw back was the huge queues at the bar only had one member of staff serving

The location was excellent! The food was more than excellent! Plenty to choose from well cooked and lots of flavour. Beds and pillows very comfortable

The all inclusive was open from I believe 8/9am - 11pm at night at which point it stops and drinks need to be paid for personally I feel this is a bit early to be stopping service

We would stroll down ourselves for breakfast which was my favourite meal of the day. lovely porridge, and cheese on toast with a spoon fool of scrambled egg on the top😋

Staff overall are friendly particularly the restaurant staff however reception staff need to work on manners they are very direct and not helpful

The best meal of the day was by far breakfast no complaints there despite it being the same everyday there was loads of options to mix it up

Comfortable bed (180cm) and pillows - and I could never say that before about any other hotel I stayed. 5 min once you find the best route) and easy (even with a baby in a stroller) walk to the promenade and the beach

They should provide a small reserved area up there especially for guests that have booked a penthouse suite? However the location was perfect for us. Very close to the beach and again for the old town

The pool is not big but still bigger than in most of other hotels nearby. It is not heated or adapted for babies and it does not offer a lot of space around your sunbed but still very nice

Excellent hotel. Head waiter is brilliant with everyone in the restaurant. We have known him for a long time top man. I would tell anyone who was going to book this hotel they should have a excellent holiday here.

Friendly staff, always helpful in seating us in the restaurant. Very efficient in the reception with checking in & out. Requested rooms close to our parents as we were travelling together

Yeah it's a great place, perfectly located for all the attractions and entertainment. The food is very good and there is a good variety of dishes to choose from

Breakfast is served from 8am till 10pm which is a bit early for me (11am would have been better). The jet2 rep lita was also very good

Couldn't fault hotel, mini break with friends. Bed and breakfast and so much choice for breakfast. English and continental, bar prices were very competitive with superior drinks and very large measures

Nicely placed close to the old town and the beach. Rooms nice size, beds extremely comfortable. However walls seem to be quite thin. Reception area has a lovely atmosphere so does the bar. Staff very friendly and helpful

We only ate breakfast there but it was spot-on with a good selection or cooked or cold food options. Location was perfect for us - very close to the old town. About 3 minutes stroll to the beach

The best hotel we have stayed in Benidorm. I have stayed in many 4 star hotels and by far this is the best. Food amazing, staff cannot do enough for you, so friendly and helpful

We didn't stay for any of the entertainment, we went out to see different acts but the location of the hotel was ideal for this, very close to bars and entertainment but far enough away to enjoy a quiet sleep at night

I travelled as a single Mum with my 13 year old daughter. Your hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very secure, this made me feel safe in your hotel as a woman travelling on her own with her child

I would certainly recommend and return but I'd come half board next time. The room was pool facing, I'd requested this prior to my arrival and appreciated my request being met

We were bed and breakfast only, the food was lovely, a great range to choose from. We loved chilling by the pool, plenty of space and very peaceful with the sun all day

Only downside as far as we are concerned are the doors to the bathroom, glass doors with gaps to top and bottom. All in all would definitely recommend, plenty of sunbeds and great staff

Stayed here tonight, great room with very comfy beds, huge tv that connects to phone (very good for non Spanish speaking person) was able to check out a little later free of charge (woke up late) free underground safe parking… had to pay extra to use indoor jacuzzi and spa facilities was not working but apart from that highly recommended

Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us

Drinks at the bar were amazing, really varied options included in the All Inclusive, really happy with everything. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach too

Lovely hotel. Has everything you need. The only thing that would have made it would be a kettle. The breakfast was very nice and the drinks were good value. Comfy beds and powerful shower. Highly recommend

The place is clean and has decent facilities. The location of this hotel is up a bit of a hill (which isn't the end of the world) and is located by a few bars and restaurants

Stayed here with my wife for 4 nights as a little get away just me and her. Brilliant!!! Clean, modern with everything you could need. Room was a decent size and only a 15 min walk to the beach. Will deffo stay again

Good rooms fitted to a good standard. Half board meals had plenty of variety. Pool side and sun bathing area big enough and plenty of space. Short walk to the beach with easy access to shops close by

Just got back from week here, all inclusive for a family of 9 (3 rooms)

You can easily be there within 10/15 min! The hotel has two nice pools (one for adults and one for children) and one indoor pool which I think it was closed as the weather was gorgeous so no need to stay indoors! The hotel serves food throughout the day (if you opt for the all inclusive package) and the lunch and dinner menu would vary

There was also food available throughout the day with the snack bar (in the dining room) available outside meal times. The waitresses were brilliant with the children and kitchen staff were always refilling the food

If there’s one thing I love the most is money well spent. We’ve decided to escape the bad weather in the UK (even though it’s summer) and we bought this all inclusive package for 7 days

All very tasty! I would like to mention Cristina, one of the restaurant staff. She is very kind, helpful and was so fun to be around

However for dinner, drinks are not included, not even water. Drinks can be ordered from the waitress and paid at the cashier upon exit. They don’t offer the best buffet but it’s ok for the price that we paid

Hotel was great, although some rooms a bit on small side. Food was really good choice and for us it was great to have wine with our evening meal. We loved the pools both inside and out along with Jacuzzi's

They have a parking building at the back of the hotel and it’s very secured. We booked a triple room (half board). Buffet breakfast is alright and inclusive of warm drinks and juices

The hotel is in good location close to The Strip. It’s also a short walk of several minutes to go to the beach. There are restaurants and bars near the hotel. The rooms are average but clean

Youngsters may find it one to avoid, having said that it is handily placed for the strip and dozens of good restaurants

We stayed at the Poseidon Resort for a weekend in March. It’s basically x2 hotels joined together one is more dated than the other

Lovely and so much to offer Fantastic room very spacious and clean Sonja was amazing in the restaurant so friendly and welcoming. Had an amazing massage from Maryanne would highly recommend one of the best

Hotel is well worth the four stars ! Had a lovely warm welcome and a glass of cava. Room wasn’t ready on check in for a few hours which was a pain as arrived at 1

My husband and I had a lovely time at this hotel. It was extremely clean and tidy. All the staff were very approachable and friendly. The pool area was clean and plenty of availability beds

The staff at the pool bar were very friendly and cheerful especially Alberto. He was always professional and friendly

The overall decor of this hotel is brilliant. All the areas were clean and fresh. The rooms are a good size and well decorated

Stayed here in October 24 for a week, the Hotel is within easy walking distance to the beach and night life venues. The room was clan and well presented, all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful

The rooms were kept very clean, the beds were changed regularly and there were fresh towels daily, the bed was very comfortable, the reception staff were very helpful, as were the bar and restaurant staff, everyone was so kind and helpful

We were on half board during our stay and restaurant is clean and spotless and the food is well presented and very tasty. Parking is available at a reasonable price

There is building work currently being done at this hotel, but although my room was directly above the work, I was not disturbed by any noise

Had a short break away, the Hotel is well located to the Beach and local night life. Hotel staff and rooms were excellent

Glass bathroom a bit odd but we quickly worked around it. View from the Terrace is a real bonus
