Hotels All-inclusive in Cala de Finestrat

Decent hotel, but in need of a refurb. Good food, plenty of choice at every meal. Efficient staff and no queues anywhere. All inclusive drinks are good, and the wine in the restaurant is very drinkable

all staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately as it's an all inclusive hotel and they allow hen and stag groups you need to go prepared for noisy nights by disrespectful youngsters who think it's ok to bang on each others doors at daft o clock and shouting to each other from their rooms while they go over the events of their night

This hotel is very comfortable and clean. There's always lots to do. The staff are very polite and friendly, especially the waiters and bar staff. The food is beautiful and well presented. We would come here again.

Excellent hotel. Head waiter is brilliant with everyone in the restaurant. We have known him for a long time top man. I would tell anyone who was going to book this hotel they should have a excellent holiday here.

Friendly staff, always helpful in seating us in the restaurant. Very efficient in the reception with checking in & out. Requested rooms close to our parents as we were travelling together

Hotel excellent with this request. Another good advice is to book a private transfer to Hotel Presidente, as we did at transferalicante. uk — could not find cheaper, thanks to Martin, our driver, highly recommend!

Yeah it's a great place, perfectly located for all the attractions and entertainment. The food is very good and there is a good variety of dishes to choose from

Breakfast is served from 8am till 10pm which is a bit early for me (11am would have been better). The jet2 rep lita was also very good

pool was nice area, all day sun, not keen on music drum & bass played on occasions, ( music's a personal choice like food ), 25 min stroll into town, a 10 min walk on hotel rear, there are the odd sml cafe/ bars and shop to be found ( spanish residential area ) safe & clean, nice folks / family's, we enjoyed the hotel & mountain views, review as stated, on price paid, we would visit again !

I didn't use the sauna or the pool

Just had 10 days here, and judging on price not stars, it is kept spotlessly clean on a regular day to day basis, no balcony but one knows by the visuals of hotel, aircon worked, room cleaned daily, v/ clean beds & towels, shower room real nice and clean, hot water perfect any time !

I booked throught Booking and the cancelation was not available. After contacting the Hotel, they allowed me to be 100% refund ( i had some medical issues). The process was fast and friendly, i really appreciate it!

Nice clean hotel although could do with a bit of updated. For those liking a hot breakfast this is not for you. You need to heat up your breakfast in the micro wave. Continental breakfast good choice

Despite the hotel was full, it was very quiet. Only some of the restaurants are so crowded that you have to book it one day at least before. The spa and the gym are good, and you can't miss the heated pool

There is no other place like this, you just have to come and see it! It is on multiple levels, Each floor has it's own way out and you get to the nature right away. No need to share elevator with other floors

Obviously, the expected goal is achieved: disconnection and rest! Many thanks to Fabien (Director) who was always there with his teams to help and advise us

And newly built complex, that has look like it has stood here a century or more. All this in quite large territory

Clean and with strict COVID protocol. Kind and friendly staff, especially in the restaurant. Helpful and always willing to help with any enquiries.

Recently the bar and restaurant have been remodelled, since we were here three years ago ( COVID caused us to postpone our visit here last year!) Plenty of choice for omnivores, but the tendency is to sprinkle bacon or or fish on to decorate dishes, sadly

Had a great time would really like to give a big thanks to the desk staff. More so the lady on the desk when we had problems with our transport to the airport NO thanks to JET 2 who left us high and dry

My wife and myself have just just come back from another stay at the Prince park we have stayed here many many times before and it always improves everytime

Very difficult to find using sat nav. Room was cold ,maybe us not setting Aircon right. Staff v good, breakfast choice v good, never did find butter for toast. Parking a nightmare even in November

No tea or coffee facilities in room.. Fridges have to be rented from reception

I booked a double superior room & was given a very old looking room. The air conditioning was leaking all over the balcony, it was dangerous. They sent a maid to mop up & 5 minutes later it was the same

The best hotel we have stayed in Benidorm. I have stayed in many 4 star hotels and by far this is the best. Food amazing, staff cannot do enough for you, so friendly and helpful

Feels luxury for a very reasonable price. Would have liked a balcony but understood for the price this is not possible. They provided a washing line in the shower to accommodate for this

A few small flaws - The air conditioning made me and my partner cough in the night not sure if it could do with a clean. The soap in the shower smelt like toilet cleaner

Location of hotel is brilliant for old town or new town. I booked the deluxe room which gives access to private pool, so worth it. Can’t wait to return next year

They have a parking building at the back of the hotel and it’s very secured. We booked a triple room (half board). Buffet breakfast is alright and inclusive of warm drinks and juices

Hotel was great, although some rooms a bit on small side. Food was really good choice and for us it was great to have wine with our evening meal. We loved the pools both inside and out along with Jacuzzi's

However for dinner, drinks are not included, not even water. Drinks can be ordered from the waitress and paid at the cashier upon exit. They don’t offer the best buffet but it’s ok for the price that we paid

The hotel is in good location close to The Strip. It’s also a short walk of several minutes to go to the beach. There are restaurants and bars near the hotel. The rooms are average but clean

Hotel very clean, rooms clean, bit out dated but we wasn’t there to spend time in the room. X2 swimming pools, pool area clean. Can’t comment on the food as didn’t eat there. Lots of Spanish guests but all very polite

We stayed at the Poseidon Resort for a weekend in March. It’s basically x2 hotels joined together one is more dated than the other

Nice hotel, right on the beach front. Not many sunbeds so no chance of getting one unless up with the lark. Breakfast is nice spread but no other meals taken in hotel. Drinks quite expensive at pool bar

Would highly recommend this hotel, it has everything you could want, even doors that open automatically as you approach, it is spotless in all areas, staff are helpful food is excellent breakfast and evening meals, and it us well placed right on beach front

This summer I spent a few days and I liked it. 100% recommend to go with family. Very good atmosphere, very helpful and attentive staff. Covid measures were 1000% followed

With a heavy load of the hotel in the restaurant for dinner, there were queues for hot dishes, since meat and fish began to be prepared with the opening of the restaurant, and not in advance

Just came back home on Friday lovely hotel, very clean, lovely staff, ideally situated in Old Benidorm 5 minutes walk to new benidorm, would definitely go back to this hotel.

It is comfortable and well located to the beech. Would have preferred walk in shower but only here for four days so will happily uses the shower over the nice low bath

Now to the restaurant which we found very cramped with the tables far to close, the food was nothing special but edible, but found breakfast a lot better with tasty back bacon on offer, the drinks are amazing value with 1ltr of sangria costing €6 and a pint of Estrella €1

6, and wine at around €6-10 a bottle, there is no service at the tables so you are expected to get you own! Entertainment in the hotel seems to be shared by the other hotels and bars this company owns so you get excellent tribute acts at the hotels Explorers bar

On to the balcony now, which was on the opposite side of road to John and Josephs, and not that far from the road, so knowing Beni didn't expect a quiet night, but for a people watching balcony you won't get better

I then realised I hadn't taken the option of the safe box, back down to reception sorted straight away, it's €4 per night or €20 per week, the safes are activated by your room key

Over all we had a very enjoyable 3 night break and didn't mind the noise from the strip outside, just a tip if you want a quieter night, ask for a room away from the road, although the back of the hotel ( non pool facing) isn't as nice

Lovely newly refurbished hotel. Friendly staff comfortable rooms. Food was standard fair for most Spanish hotel plenty of it and very tasty. Rooms where light and airy bed very comfortable had a great sleep

You have to pay for all extras ect gym very boring no entertainment it may be the highest hotel but there are 2 and we was in the small one 100 euros to up grade rooms very dated would not go again 9r recommended

Our experience was magnificent, we were two couples looking forward to disconnect so we booked an afternoon in the Spa at their Wellness Beauty Center, Montse received us as we got out of the lift and after the Spa she offered us a glass of sparkling wine, there was a water fountain and tea in a little nook where we could sit and chat

Amazing hotel just outside of city centre with good bus connection to oldtown. We stayed for 5 days and it was amazing. Every night they have music until midnight, so have in mind that there is no early sleeping

We also had a massage the next day which was absolutely relaxing, Ana the masseuse is a grand professional. Apart from this great experience the rooms were very clean and comfortable

A small great beach within a 10 minute walk with the long beach to the old town within 10 minutes. Great views overlooking the mountains. Better views if lucky enough to get a seafront view which we weren't

This hotel is 3 stars for furniture and quality. Location is fine with some only Spanish restaurants ( this was my filling this year '24) in rest dry and concrete

Hotel was great, checking in was quick and easy and room was clean and ready when we arrived. Rooms were cleaned every day which was great. Only stayed B&B but breakfast what great, just what you would expect

Check in and any reception queries are a complete nightmare, despite there sometimes being 3-4 members of staff at reception the queue just doesn't seem to move, at least a 45 minute wait before the queue even starts moving

Unfortunately I am unable to comment on lunch or the all-inclusive options, as I only went half board

We have stayed here many times and have just come back from a short break having never been in August. The hotel was spotless, reception staff absolutely 1st class. Food was varied and something for everyone

Room was modern, clean and turned over daily with fresh towels, however bring your own towel for the pool area as these aren’t provided. Great shower facilities and air con in rooms

Hotel entertainment was fun with lots of activities to do throughout the day! The entertainment staff were energetic and made your experience personal by remembering names

Upon arrival we were very impressed with how clean the hotel and rooms are. The interior is modern and simply really nice. The food was the downfall… we had all inclusive, however didn’t spend much time eating their food

Nice hotel in the centre of Benidorm, breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Rooms were clean and adequate. I booked a late check out it cost £28 it was worth it as check out was 1800

Amid this awful covid-19 pandemic hotel was clean food always hot and well presented xmas dinner was amazing staff were helpful and friendly 😀 loved it 😀 I would go back x merry Xmas 😀 😋 ❤

We often kept falling down the middle of the bed and had to essentially sleep in separate beds - not nice. The mattress was also very hard and almost every morning I woke up with back pain

Every time we tried, we just couldn’t stomach much of the food apart from their salad bar and fresh fruit section. The service from hotel staff inside and outside the kitchen was great

If you want to eat at one of the themed restaurants you have to pay 15 EUR extra per person. Beverages are never included: 3,5 EUR for a bottle of water (1 liter) or 3,75/4 EUR for a bottled beer

Everything is biased towards domestic family tourism: plenty of activities for children (in spanish) and lots of Latin music. Only the buffet restaurant is included

There is one massive pool, and there smaller ones, including one that simulates a small beach. Pools are pretty nice and really the highlight of the hotel. There’s a well equipped gym that’s free of charge

In August, it was pretty crowded, and difficult to get a sun bed, as people just leave their towels since early in the morning (and there’s no one to enforce the policy of not doing that)

Plenty of free parking space outdoors, and smaller underground parking for 12 EUR per day

Food is average, plenty of options but quality not outstanding

We had the most fabulous break here. Miguel on reception was so helpful. Jose so welcoming in the restaurant. can't fault the hotel for the price we paId. we will definitely be back 💖 highly recommend this hotel

Had a lovely 2 weeks in Rio Park in November 2021. Food was good with plenty of choices for each meal and the deserts were marvellous. The COVID precautions were excellent and the staff very friendly

so maybe carpets would be better or locks on the wheels 🤣😂 also lovely to have tea coffee and biscuits in the room. entertainment at night what's not to like 👍👍🥰🥰

Excellent hotel. Modern clean rooms and great food in the restaurant. Bar area is good, smallish pool for size of hotel but nice all the same.

We recently stayed here in a penthouse suite, The room was amazing with an extra large calfornia king bed, freestanding bath near the large fully opening sliding glass doors with incredible views please see photos

Small issues were no rubbish bin in the room and the water pressure sometimes unstable if you turned on the taps slowly they would fire water everywhere, quite funny unless you're dressed for the evening 😂 overall experience of the hotel was excellent

There is a big drinks and food menu and the food is very tasty. The main pool area is a fantastic place with no issues getting a sunbed

Comfortable bed (180cm) and pillows - and I could never say that before about any other hotel I stayed. 5 min once you find the best route) and easy (even with a baby in a stroller) walk to the promenade and the beach

A surprise, hotel was clean, friendly staff, food was great at halfboard. But the location was the best 3 minute walk and you’re on the beach with some great bars close by, I would definitely stay again.

Food plenty of choice at meal times bit off everything Enjoyed stay very close to beach and nightlife and hotel quiet in the evenings. Pool area clean and nice to relax with cheap beer at bar

Good location, decent food, cheap drinks, lovely pool area, sea view. The room I stayed in was basic and in desperate need of renovation, but another room used by our party was fine

even the breakfast, which i was to lazy to get up for. I made up for it at evening meal though believe me. plates and dish,es went back to our room for munchies throughout the night

You really need to bring your own kettle with you (or be prepared to not get a decent cup of tea) I was shocked when we went down for dinner to find that they turn off ALL the drinks machines & then charge you 2

The all inclusive was open from I believe 8/9am - 11pm at night at which point it stops and drinks need to be paid for personally I feel this is a bit early to be stopping service

The location of the hotel is fantastic nearby shops, beach and market, the hotel itself is clean (apart from toilets in public areas there’s a constant smell), pool area is a fabulous size and we never struggled for a sunbed, good range of cocktails and drinks to be had

Staff overall are friendly particularly the restaurant staff however reception staff need to work on manners they are very direct and not helpful

The best meal of the day was by far breakfast no complaints there despite it being the same everyday there was loads of options to mix it up

The pool area was good with plenty of beds despite people queuing then stampeding at stupid o'clock for the best spots. We would watch them every morning from our balcony at how stupid they all looked

Our second visit to Med Player Flamingo Oasis. We had an amazing stay our room was exactly what we requested not too high or low sixth floor end room perfect. We slept well like we did Christmas 2023
