Staff are extremely friendly especially one waiter named Jonathan. Food so far is nice too. No sea views or any view at all but it's a 2 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of shops.

Near the beach food was good lots of Spanish stay there I'm a lone traveller and felt welcome didn't go to Spain to stay at an all English hotel this was perfect

A good thing about it was a free safe and fridge room not too bad location is the best reason to stay Europe only two faults I could find there air conditioning was too far away from the bed in my opinion in a stupid place also when you put your card in to the light a outside light shows if you are in all out in my opinion a very bad idea

Great location near the beach and old town. The staff are polite and helpful with all questions. The downsides are problems with hot water in the shower and no kettle or tea in the room.

Great little hotel right on the beach front next to shopping street. Great views from the balcony overlooking the sea and palm trees. Was a great place to stay and good value. Had breakfast at cafes nearby as I prefer that than in the dining room indoors (doesn’t have outdoor seating) especially as it’s all so close or just sitting with my own food on the lovely sunny balcony.

Brilliant location so close to the beach and great place to stay in Benidorm rooms are clean only small down side is the tower blocks you stay in are can be load at night but if you have had a busy day and drunk 🥴 a few this is not a problem. Be careful if you book All Inclusive? I had to pay extra for a kettle an iron and the safe deposit box The hotel is great and the food was amazing tbh just felt like I was ripped off for a few euros! They also stop serving drinks at midnight which is a bit much for Benidorm..

Rooms were impeccable. Only reason they got a 5* for service was one receptionist who was amazing with the kids and put in so much effort with us. The one woman at the reception didn’t acknowledge issues with the pool and faeces being smudged all over the pool and walls. Did not care and acted as though it was completely normal. Location on the other hand, very accessible to places.

Stay in the apartments. Large apartments with self catering facilities. Balcony with view over area. 2 bedrooms and separate toilet/shower. Ideal for couples or groups. Also has a pull out bed/sofa. TV too. Hotel has reception with bar and out door pool and sun loungers. Nice spot. Bit of a walk to main strip but plenty amenities around the area including bars and restaurants.

Nice hotel in old town benidorm just a 2 mins walk from vincents.For the price we paid via booking .com in early may 22 i would defo stay again.very quiet round outside pool and to be honest the reason was that the pool needed cleaning not sure why this is overlooked because otherwise this hotel is fine.

An extraordinary hotel and its staff is the greatest value of all, friendly and with family treatment. Despite being an old building, it is kept in perfect condition. I can't find a single reason for complaint. Located on a pedestrian street, it allows you to rest at night and you are a few meters from the beach.

The room I had only had a tiny window no balcony. Last time I stayed there pre covid I could upgrade to full board for 6euro a day this time it was 10 euro a meal and definitely not worth it. The hotel was very clean and room cleaning was really good. The room cleaner was very friendly. I would definitely not stay here again

This was a great choice of hotel for the fourteen of us that stayed here, we really needed just a place to sleep. Went full board and food was generally pretty good always enough choice to find something that was tasty. Clean hotel just a short walk from old town. Would recommend this place, I would ask for a balcony room as these look over the pool.

The hotel quite, well located and value for money. When I was there (for four days) the guests were all Spanish which made for a nice experience.

If you book a 2 star rated hotel you should never expect much as you are doing a holiday on a low budget. Excellent location. Rooms have everything you need if you like supporting local businesses. Therefore, there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room. There is a machine in reception but with a number of excellent cafe bars literally on the doorstep it's not an issue. Everything else you need is in the room, including a free safety deposit box.

This is a lovely place to stay in the old town of Benidorm. It's very clean , central and the staff are lovely. John the manager is great and always remember s you and treats you well. The top floor rooms at the back are very quiet even though the walking street is right outside. The breakfast are fine but could be improved with fried eggs and better sausage. But for the money it's great .

Santa Faz was absolutely above what we expected! Ok the rooms are tired after 70 years but for a 2* rated hotel it was amazing. It’s located in the middle of old town and less than 200m from the beautiful beach. Breakfast is good and filling. The staff are brilliant and tend to your every need,always with a smile and we will definitely visit again in the future.

Basic but clean hotel with good staff. Food was a bit of a challenge lol. We managed to find something every meal. Go with open mind give it a chance. A few other guests had high expectations and were disappointed. But I think they missed out.

It was few days away with friends, so although not some flash 5 star hotel. It was located in a prime position, the staff were brilliant, couldn't be more helpful if they tried. It wasn't posh but the rooms were clean and had everything you would need for a couple of days. This is why I think it deserves five stars.

Intimate, chilled n friendly place. Feel comfortable here. Nothing is too much trouble for the manager and staff here. You are always greeted with a smile and a hello, unlike in larger hotels where you are invisible to those on reception.

If you’re looking for a cheap clean hotel then look no further. Free air con, free WiFi and daily housekeeping, my only complaint was there was no kettle to make a coffee or tea in the morning, however you can purchase one in the bar downstairs and take it to your room.
