We have recently returned from a 1 week stay at the Magic Tropical Splash. We are a family of 6 (child ages 17, 13, 12 & 6) and stayed in a 3 bed apartment on an AI basis. Our room was on floor 19 in tower 1, and getting to and from the room was the worst part of the holiday. With only 2 lifts and 1 being out of order, it was a constant battle. Had the best week away in the sun. The hotel was perfect for us (family of 5). The pool was fab, with lots to do for all the kids, especially the slides. We have stayed at this hotel twice and just booked again for may 2026 Our granddaughter came with us both times and she loved everything at the hotel . Her mum, dad and younger sister are coming with us next may. Staff were very helpful. Entertainment was really good. The pool was cold but that was our only gripe. Incredible views, the best choice we made was to book at this hotel, I would always go back there.

The location is good, near the beach and a nice walk to old town. Quite nice activities especially in the pool area. The hotel is very crowded and noisy but still ok standard. Some of the staff are nice and polite whereas some are rude and not serviceminded at all. We loved this simple hotel very close to the beach and in a quite part of Benidorm. We visited it in June. Parking outside on the street was free and in the evening we could always find parking.

As first-time visitors to Benidorm, this was the perfect choice for our mini break. The location was ideal—just outside the hustle and bustle of the main resort, yet within easy walking distance of everything Benidorm has to offer. Excellent location. Rooms have everything you need if you like supporting local businesses. Therefore, there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room. There is a machine in reception but with a number of excellent cafe bars literally on the doorstep it's not an issue. Everything else you need is in the room, including a free safety deposit box.

Me and my partner spent 10 nights in the Montemar hotel Benidorm, staff here are absolutely fantastic nothing is too much trouble and they are very friendly and helpful. Except the pool on the roof, everything was very good, the food and cleanliness were phenomenal, I loved the foam party, the cleanliness was very good, the restaurant was very clean and varied, the views of the hotel are not very good. It only faced a narrow street but generally everything was fine, but they didn't give me the all-inclusive option and it's one of the things I always look for.

There's a need for multilingual receptionist, its not everyone that speaks Spanish. The communication problem has led to many unanswered request by clients who don't speak Spanish because the receptionists don't speak other languages than Spanish. The place was nice, but crowded, especially with children. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this isn't the place. Everything else was great.

This hotel was truly excellent. My only complaint is that there were no parking spaces available at the hotel; we had to go quite far to find one! I also want to mention that the breakfast was fabulous.

Hotel brilliant, rooms large with good sized balcony and immaculate all round. Breakfast OK and catered very much for the Spanish. We were on the 4th floor road side and found it very noisy both day and night (all night) not the hotels fault but the vicinity of the hotel which may put us off from returning. Staff brilliant.

Had a lovely stay at Hotel Colon. We both loved the sea view room and sitting out on balcony. Truly worth paying a bit more to wake up to each morning!! Hotel Mareny is situated near to the beach and the old town just a five minute walk to both. The hotel rooms were basic but spotless clean with free Aircon, and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was varied with plenty of choice. We got the family room and it was big enough for our family of four. Cleaned every day A great well run hotel close to all amenities and the food was superb always different varieties from the buffet and we all enjoyed every meal. A nicely located modernised hotel. Check-in was easy and quick. The toom, for two, was a little small but cosy. The shower room was very large by comparison to the room size. Ample pressure and hot water. The AC in the room was new and though it is slow to respond, it works very well. The buffet breakfast, had many choices but unfortunately all the hot choices...were cold.

The hotel was great, spacious room, with terrace + fridge and the shower pressure was great too. They had events in the night but you couldn’t hear it from the room, which it was nice.
