Just returned from a week here and Would have given a better rating if we had had more than 2 of our 7 nights of full sleep. The hotel itself is great and the food was lovely..all staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately as it's an all inclusive hotel and they allow hen and stag groups you need to go prepared for noisy nights by disrespectful youngsters who think it's ok to bang on each others...

Looking forward to a return visit this year, hotel being refurbished so looking forward to seeing the results, excellent staff, great rooms and food is excellent

Yeah it's a great place, perfectly located for all the attractions and entertainment. The food is very good and there is a good variety of dishes to choose from. Breakfast is served from 8am till 10pm which is a bit early for me (11am would have been better). The jet2 rep lita was also very good.

Excellent hotel. Head waiter is brilliant with everyone in the restaurant. We have known him for a long time top man. I would tell anyone who was going to book this hotel they should have a excellent holiday here.

This hotel is ideally situated for the surrounding entertainment in the evening and for the beach during the day. The food is of an acceptable standard and the rooms are quite comfortable albeit a little basic. The swimming pool is very nice and there is enough sunbeds for the guests, if a little crowded. All in all, a friendly hotel and would recommend for a short stay perhaps.

Just had 10 days here, and judging on price not stars, it is kept spotlessly clean on a regular day to day basis, no balcony but one knows by the visuals of hotel, aircon worked, room cleaned daily, v/ clean beds & towels, shower room real nice and clean, hot water perfect any time !. breakfast, varied choice excellent staff, as were all staff.. pool was nice area, all day sun, not keen on music drum...

Decent functional hotel, good buffet breakfast. Good swimming pool (pity about the poolside music though). On the outer edge of town, so a 25 minutes walk to the beach, or use a cheap taxi. Overall, perfectly fine for our two night stay.

I booked throught Booking and the cancelation was not available. After contacting the Hotel, they allowed me to be 100% refund ( i had some medical issues). The process was fast and friendly, i really appreciate it!

Nice clean hotel although could do with a bit of updated. Staff friendly and helpful. For those liking a hot breakfast this is not for you. You need to heat up your breakfast in the micro wave. Continental breakfast good choice. Outdoor pool clean overlooking city. The hotel has very little around it as far as bars and shops. Bus stop near by to take you to Benidorm.

Stayed only for one night here. Cozy room with bath tub, the hotel has the pool and sun beds. So if the weather good and you want to sunbathing with peace here is the good place. Sauna is a plus too. The service from the staffs is top! Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

Everything is clean and tidy. So far, good value for the price. My only complaint, is when I got to the room it was 27°, so I put the 'air conditioning' on. 10 mins later, it was 28°. I was informed that the A/C wasn't active in March. The staff were very kind and friendly!

2nd stay in 2 years. We recommend this hotel which is a gem of architecture. We did not have time to get bored in 15 days (different restaurants, several pools, different shows for adults and children, ...). Cool place, silence beautiful view super!

Despite the hotel was full, it was very quiet. Only some of the restaurants are so crowded that you have to book it one day at least before. The spa and the gym are good, and you can't miss the heated pool. Rooms are incredibly large and clean, and service very polite and helpful, however it would be better if they clean the room at morning.

A lovely peaceful hotel away from the beaches in a largely residential area. Recently the bar and restaurant have been remodelled, since we were here three years ago ( COVID caused us to postpone our visit here last year!) I came with a group of 24. Hotel was great, although some rooms a bit on small side. Food was really good choice and for us it was great to have wine with our evening meal. Just stayed a week bed an breakfast on a golfing holiday. Nice hotel mainly based at older Spanish guests. Youngsters may find it one to avoid, having said that it is handily placed for the strip and dozens of good restaurants.

The hotel is in good location close to The Strip. It’s also a short walk of several minutes to go to the beach. There are restaurants and bars near the hotel. The rooms are average but clean. A very good budget hotel located in the old town. Good choice for breakfast- catering for continental tastes and English breakfast. I did like this hotel. The only small issue was consistency around pool rules - sometimes you could play with water toys, sometimes not. It did look like a person working at the pool on the day was making rules instead of rules being enforced by hotel policies... Nice hotel in the centre of Benidorm, breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Rooms were clean and adequate. I booked a late check out it cost £28 it was worth it as check out was 1800. So I spent the day by the pool.

Everything is biased towards domestic family tourism: plenty of activities for children (in spanish) and lots of Latin music. Had a full board booking. Only the buffet restaurant is included. If you want to eat at one of the themed restaurants you have to pay 15 EUR extra per person. Beverages are never included: 3,5 EUR for a bottle of water (1 liter) or 3,75/4 EUR for a bottled beer. Lovely hotel. Rooms were lovely. The lock in my room broke just 2days before departure, I was moved to an upgraded room which I did not appreciate but I did not want to keep packing/unpacking for 2 days.The views in a previous room were better. Stunning hotel and great location! You wouldn't know you were anywhere near Benidorm! We did have to change rooms, but that was only because we didn't have much of a view in our first room- the views are Stunning! Good all round service by all staff in these straight times. Food was good under restrictions. Always continued to keep a very good cleansing service throughout my stay. Entertainment was good. Had a lovely 2 weeks in Rio Park in November 2021. Food was good with plenty of choices for each meal and the deserts were marvellous. The COVID precautions were excellent and the staff very friendly. The cleaning staff were good in particular the girl who did our room. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

We recently stayed here in a penthouse suite, The room was amazing with an extra large calfornia king bed, freestanding bath near the large fully opening sliding glass doors with incredible views please see photos. Small issues were no rubbish bin in the room and the water pressure sometimes unstable if you turned on the taps slowly they would fire water everywhere, quite funny unless you're dressed...

Much better than expected. Good location, decent food, cheap drinks, lovely pool area, sea view. The room I stayed in was basic and in desperate need of renovation, but another room used by our party was fine. Not much entertainment in the hotel, but that was good as it meant less noise at night. All in all, a great hotel for the price and would definitely recommend.

Great hotel very helpful staff. Good range of food and activities. Good for families. Lifts can be a bit of a problem at peak times, although there are 6 they serve 25 floors and due to needing disability pushchair for child stairs were not an option.

Love this hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful especially bar staff. ALL very courteous ,Carlos Javier could not do enough for us . Have been coming here on/off since 2007.

I adore this hotel, it's very clean, welcoming and friendly. The food is very good also with lots of assorted choices every day. First visited this hotel in December 19 then returned June 24. Will definitely visit again in the future! Highly recommend this hotel 💙💙
