Visited with my mum in April it's was beautiful. The hotel was great situated right opposite the beach, short walk along the revetment and to town and to the chocolate factory, staff great especially Philip really helpful and so friendly. Will visit again. Plus the smell of chocolate at night was beautiful 😍

What a hotel, in a beautiful part of Spain. Stayed here for long weekend 2-5 may2024. Hotel and staff cannot be faulted. Excellent hotel in a beautiful location right on the beach. Our room was perfectly clean and will maintained. The only complaint would be the lack of plug sockets. No one travels without devices to be recharged and there was only one plug on the desk to share. Stay on reception very friendly. We only had breakfast so can’t really comment on the restaurant. Loved the place and the location.

The Hotel Montiboli was lovely. The views spectacular. Carlos at the front desk was extremely helpful & professional (he's a great employee!). The food was under whelming both at lunch & dinner. For a 5 star property, the food should be inventive, properly seasoned (everything that we tasted lacked flavor from fish to meat to salads to starters). You've got a Rooftop Jacuzzi, it's in the center of Villajoyosa and near the beach. Solarium was closed and breakfast not used by me. Pretty cool hotel, nice for a trip. Our Superhostess Isobel was amazing , from reservations to concierge services, could not have been more friendly,helpful or accomodating. Pros...great food variety, lovely view from our apartment. Friendly staff and all inclusive food and drinks. 10 mins walk from main beach. Great little alcove areas to chill out with a drink or 4 :-) . Cons....some food can be a little cold after a while, kids near our block pressing the lift buttons sometimes taking an age to get a lift. Can be a bit confusing where smoking areas are during the evening...

Had 4 nights away with the girls and we all said this hotel is far better than we expected. The photos do not do it justice. The rooms and corridors must of recently been done up and are very modern and spotlessly clean. The pool area and restaurant also much nicer than expected with a very nice shaded chill out area that looks new. All staff are lovely and perfect location, just few minutes to lovely...

Would have given it 5 out of 5 but we weren't allowed in the pool as it was out of season.... it's an all round Spanish orientated hotel...staff speak miminal English but all have been extremely lovely and friendly...the rooms are so clean.. beds comfy..clean towels on a daily which is nice....the food is good it is Spanish based again but we never went hungry and we were a party of 6 with 5 fussy...

Spent a week Half Board here in Feb/Mar this year. Fantastic room on the 14th floor. Nice variation of food on offer. Amazing views and down the quieter end of Benidorm which we absolutely loved. Will definately return to this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now. Once last year and recently this year. They have two pools and both good sizes and enough sun beds and umbrellas near the pool area and also showers. They have people check the pools as well and the chlorine is spot on in my opinion. In the smaller pool area there is also more shade with some trees. Excellent value, we paid a premium for a sea view room and was treated to one of the best views in Benidorm. We chose the half board option and the food at both breakfast and dinner was good and plentiful. Staff are friendly and the property is kept very clean. We stayed at The Marconi between the 3rd and 8th of March. It's a lovely small hotel directly opposite Poniente beach at the quieter end of town, which suited us fine. Immaculately clean with helpful staff, for a short stay we couldn't fault it. Highly recommended.

I had a good week, the food was delicious, the service was pleasant. The only thing I didn't like was that they told us we could visit the facilities of the Hotel Gran Bali since we were in the same group. But when we got there, the security guard told us he didn't know if someone from another hotel in the chain could come in, so he asked at reception. I loved the hotel. Didn't eat here but wanted to get out and about so it was just really to sleep and chill by the pool. The hotel is a little dated but was very clean and the reception staff were fantastic. It is on a hill but it's only £8 to get back from town. The pool is lovely and not over crowded with sunbeds which was good. I would stay here again if I could have a balcony as we did book one...

I have been eating at the buffet a couple of times, it has been very good, but I like to highlight details that others do not highlight, such as how tasty the fresh fruit was (everyone only sees the sweets), or the peas that, unlike from other places, they really tasted like peas. Furthermore, they really want to provide good service. I hope to return this summer.

This place is great, took us in without notice when we had a problem with another accomodation, staff is kind and helpful, located in a very nice area with all kind of services around, room are spacious and sparkling clean with great A/C and the buffet breakfast is delicious and varied !!

2nd visit to the golden .lovely comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff .handy for shops. taxis and buses. Food was great.covid restrictions all in place .all in all nothing to complain about .will be going back again soon i hope .

The hotel was nice in the reception and food areas and located on a quiet street just 5 mins from the beach. Carpets in communal areas were stained and old. I was on floor 6 and they were terrible. Room lovely but if you like privacy the toilet is pretty much in the bedroom. Shower room in a cubicle so there is no where to get dressed other than the bedroom. Not ideal for friends sharing. My husband and I had a lovely time at this hotel. It was extremely clean and tidy. All the staff were very approachable and friendly. The pool area was clean and plenty of availability beds. The staff at the pool bar were very friendly and cheerful especially Alberto. He was always professional and friendly.

The overall decor of this hotel is brilliant. All the areas were clean and fresh. The rooms are a good size and well decorated. The food could do with some improvements as it was a little basic with limited choice from the buffet (half-board) aspect. Really great location, in the middle of everything and in between new and old town. Hotel is stunning but please note it's not too child friendly we took a 1.5 year old with us. However some of the staff were lovely towards her it's just that the pool and hotel in general/ food is very much catered towards adults.
