We arrived but no-one helped with the bags, parked our car showed us to our room etc. the room is ok but quite dated and this is not a 5 star hotel. The restaurant was ok the food too and restaurant staff were really lovely.

This hotel is wonderful. We are still here and it is coming to the end of the season so very quiet but in a way that makes it more special. The staff are fabulous. Every individual we have spoken with has been friendly, helpful and courteous. The room we have is amazing. We have been coming to this beautiful hotel for 18 years, it never fails to deliver in five star service. The greeting from all the staff is friendly welcoming but not too nuch. The accommodation is luxurious and clean, the cleaning staff are always so courteous. The breakfast is excellent and so too is the “restaurant on top” Highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

What a wonderful hotel right on the sea! I am stunned to see any negative reviews. The room was fabulous, staff very helpful and the food was just delicious! Everything amazing except i regret being on the first floor as its the only balconies that are concrete and not glass so when sitting or lying down you dont get that lovely view. It's basic and is probably OK for one or two nights. The roof top pool is lovely but it closes at 8 o'clock in the evening so if you have been out for dinner and want a little dip before you retire then level 7 is shut completely. Staff helpful but probably wouldn't stay again

Just an ok hotell, but nothing more. Small rooms with lots of noises from other rooms and the hallway. Low water pressure in shower makes it hard to get rid of the shampoo. Pool at the roof, and with a view to the sea. The hotel is close to a traficcated street, so not possible to sleep with the window open. Short distance downhill to the beach and restaurants in the center of the city.

Great location close to the tram which makes it convenient for exploring. I visited El Campello, Benidorm and Alicante. You've got a Rooftop Jacuzzi, it's in the center of Villajoyosa and near the beach. Solarium was closed and breakfast not used by me. Pretty cool hotel, nice for a trip. Stayed here for a week in May 2025. I think I was the only English person staying which suited me just fine. I stayed b&b - there was always plenty to choose from and it was good quality. We loved this simple hotel very close to the beach and in a quite part of Benidorm. We visited it in June. Parking outside on the street was free and in the evening we could always find parking.

Had wonderful holiday here recently staff couldn't do enough. The transport service between villas and hotel to the bar staff. Costa Blanca is an amazing resort — modern, clean, and very friendly. The hotel has been recently refurbished and feels fresh and stylish. Great hotel and theme park Hotel was lovely, good size rooms and no issues getting beds around the pool. Theme park across the road is excellent and also the wildlife park which is about 20 minutes away. Decent selection for options for breakfast and evening meals.

Really enjoyed staying here. Staff were brilliant, helpful, polite and there 24/7. Location is perfect for us, away from the new town in a more Spanish area. Pool was a bonus, well maintained. Just returned from a weeks holiday at Terralta hotel with another family. 11 in our group in total, adults, teenagers & 7 year old. We had 2 x 2 bedroom apartments. Everyone had a fabulous stay. We have just returned from a long weekend, staying at Terralta. All the staff from reception to lifeguards were pleasant and helpful, check in was fast and our room was ready early. Just enjoyed a 2 week stay over Xmas and New Year. Usual high standards - spotlessly clean. Staff are very hard working and friendly. As usual David is on hand to try and make sure everyone has a good time. Christmas and New Year Gala Dinners were excellent. Drinks are reasonable with a 10% discount if charged to your room. This is a lovely hotel located just south of the Old Town and right on the seafront with access to the beach and promenade. A bright clean hotel. My bedroom/bathroom was large clean and comfy. There is a great rooftop pool and sunbathing area. Breakfast very good. Staff friendly and helpful.

As first-time visitors to Benidorm, this was the perfect choice for our mini break. The location was ideal—just outside the hustle and bustle of the main resort, yet within easy walking distance of everything Benidorm has to offer. It struck a great balance between convenience and a more relaxed atmosphere.

Having stayed at the Cabana several times now, I can find little fault. The location is good. The rooms would benefit from updating but are large with ample storage. The balconies are of a very generous size and private. They would however, benefit from improved furniture. There is a very high standard of cleanliness throughout. This place is great, took us in without notice when we had a problem with another accomodation, staff is kind and helpful, located in a very nice area with all kind of services around, room are spacious and sparkling clean with great A/C and the buffet breakfast is delicious and varied !!

arrived after a tiresome journey the owner came out to take our cases in,checkin was swift room with a balcony at front of hotel daughter in next room great the room was great beds wow and soft, all the staff wwere great food a ok bottle of wine on the table at meal times although the hotel was 90% full no waiting for a table staff were on the ball would I use this hotel again YES.
