Now to the restaurant which we found very cramped with the tables far to close, the food was nothing special but edible, but found breakfast a lot better with tasty back bacon on offer, the drinks are amazing value with 1ltr of sangria costing €6 and a pint of Estrella €1

6, and wine at around €6-10 a bottle, there is no service at the tables so you are expected to get you own! Entertainment in the hotel seems to be shared by the other hotels and bars this company owns so you get excellent tribute acts at the hotels Explorers bar

On to the balcony now, which was on the opposite side of road to John and Josephs, and not that far from the road, so knowing Beni didn't expect a quiet night, but for a people watching balcony you won't get better

I then realised I hadn't taken the option of the safe box, back down to reception sorted straight away, it's €4 per night or €20 per week, the safes are activated by your room key

Over all we had a very enjoyable 3 night break and didn't mind the noise from the strip outside, just a tip if you want a quieter night, ask for a room away from the road, although the back of the hotel ( non pool facing) isn't as nice

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is what you expect from buffet style, however, plenty of choice and eat what you will. Have stayed in the Ambassador 4 times now and have enjoyed myself each time

Not many (close to none) activities run in english but great pool area and games room for kids. Food is all you can eat and great quality. Gorgeous view from our 41st floor!

Our experience was magnificent, we were two couples looking forward to disconnect so we booked an afternoon in the Spa at their Wellness Beauty Center, Montse received us as we got out of the lift and after the Spa she offered us a glass of sparkling wine, there was a water fountain and tea in a little nook where we could sit and chat

A small great beach within a 10 minute walk with the long beach to the old town within 10 minutes. Great views overlooking the mountains. Better views if lucky enough to get a seafront view which we weren't

The room with the balcony was spacious and clean, great view on a night for the entertainment which was enjoyable. The room maids were very polite and very helpful regarding fresh linen etc

We also had a massage the next day which was absolutely relaxing, Ana the masseuse is a grand professional. Apart from this great experience the rooms were very clean and comfortable

The Mrs loved the aqua aerobics with the entertainment guy, very funny! Breakfast was beautifully presented and tasty. My only fault, "some" of the staff need to be more welcoming

Couldn't rate it high enough! Firstly pools are fab. Rooms are clean and so comfortable. Staff are friendly so attentive. Travelled with a three year old too play area kiddie shoe every night for half hour

Just came back from this hotel, and after reading some of the reviews, I was a bit hesitant on the holiday. But it's really good for a 3 star. Cleaned every day with fresh towels

Always seemed plenty of room round the pool and plenty of sunbeds

Food wasn't as bad as some of the reviews depending on what you like. The fresh fruit available was nice. The chef did his best to keep the food fresh, and if asked, he would accommodate where he could

My wife accidentally left her air pods in the room but only realized a couple of days later. The staff were really helpful and despite our fears they managed to locate them after a few days

The only fault I had were the lifts, very slow and sometimes I felt like Zebedee going up and down to different floors before reaching my floor on 11. All in all would definitely go back

Amazing for children. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The pool areas are clean. Can not fault anything. The bar, restaurant and reception staff are very friendly. Have 6 or more lifts. Will def come back.

The main pool is on the other side of the hotel wuth it's own veranda and snack bar

With a heavy load of the hotel in the restaurant for dinner, there were queues for hot dishes, since meat and fish began to be prepared with the opening of the restaurant, and not in advance

Nice room with pool view and excellent aircon. Staff very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast good in a busy restaurant but again staff always helpful and ensuring you got taken to a table

Top hotel with shuttle to the beach for free. Outside and inside swimming pool. Loved it, loved it. Would return tomorrow. Clean, fresh, friendly staff and just outstanding. Absolutely beautiful ❤️❤️.

Was slightly concerned about limited Parking limited so decided to arrive 3 hours early and arrange parking. Arranged parking (10 Euros a night) and immediately offered early check in at no extra cost😁

Hotel at top of a hill but it was an easy 15 min walk downhill to the Levante beach. Got taxi back as we are both in our 70s

If I have to criticise there was only one plug socket in the bedroom and none above the desk unit! Staircases and corridors could do with refurb. All in all a great stay and would certainly book again👍

It's a great value hotel and off the main road. There is a free mini bus to take you down into the town. The breakfast is really good and lots of choice at lunch and dinner. Rooms are clean and have everything you need.

A couple if small gyms, the hydro pool looked nice but did not use

There is one massive pool, and there smaller ones, including one that simulates a small beach. Pools are pretty nice and really the highlight of the hotel. There’s a well equipped gym that’s free of charge

In August, it was pretty crowded, and difficult to get a sun bed, as people just leave their towels since early in the morning (and there’s no one to enforce the policy of not doing that)

Stunning hotel and great location! You wouldn't know you were anywhere near Benidorm! We did have to change rooms, but that was only because we didn't have much of a view in our first room- the views are Stunning! Reception was brilliant and gave us a choice of rooms and allowed us to view them first before we made a decision! Highly recommended!

Breakfast were amazing in selection and quality. There were some surprises for children's around Xmas day (Santa gave children a little parcel) a nice touch. The hotel overall was quiet no many customers which I liked

The lock in my room broke just 2days before departure, I was moved to an upgraded room which I did not appreciate but I did not want to keep packing/unpacking for 2 days. The views in a previous room were better

Hope the hotel isn't clinical with no character once it has been fully refurb as this has a good lounge bar area, 'pop in bar ' that shows sports really nice atmosphere and hopefully they don't out price the customers that have been coming to this hotel for the past 20 -30 years

We had the most fabulous break here. Miguel on reception was so helpful. Jose so welcoming in the restaurant. can't fault the hotel for the price we paId. we will definitely be back 💖 highly recommend this hotel

Myself and my Wife Janet enjoyed our stay. We stayed full board our room was on the eleventh floor. Room was good, as was the entertainment and food. Staff are very helpful and friendly making our holiday very enjoyable.

so maybe carpets would be better or locks on the wheels 🤣😂 also lovely to have tea coffee and biscuits in the room. entertainment at night what's not to like 👍👍🥰🥰

we stayed in January weather warm in the day but chilly at night so wrap up The only downside are the beds as they move

Lol 😂 Alway able to get a sunbed as the doors only open at 9am so no 6am sunbed wars. The one thing I would say is that they should deal with towels that have been left for hours as this is just selfish

We are enjoying our week here. Read various reviews so thought I would add mine. Key question - Would I come back ? YES I would. The rooms are very much as per the online photos

The Shower is brilliant, hot and powerful. The food is good overall, there is a good choice. The Pork Belly Ribs were excellent. Not sure about the evening entertainment as we have gone out at night

Only downfall is the lifts they are extremely slow but overall we had a fantastic holiday and will definitely visit again

The lifts could take some time on occasion but that’s life. Tip - don’t wait at -1 for the lift. Go up one floor as they seemed to stop there more often. Great location and we will be revisiting next year

The Day Animation team are excellent and try to get people involved but will leave you alone if you wish. Lifts are a little slow, but these are 14 floors to deal with

Really nice hotel, professional and curtious staff. We can only rate the food as a B&B, but breakfast was plentiful with a good variety

The room was clean, comfortable well appointed and well worth the money with views out over the two pools and spacious gardens with loads of sunbeds

Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and definitely had the best looking pool in the surrounding area. Meal options were plentiful, something for everyone. I really have no complaints with our choice

The pools are set in a beautiful surrounding & the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the centre. Highly recommend this hotel for couples and family’s too

We had a lovely 1 week break here. Staff were attentive and friendly. Facilities were good, great swimming pools

Can’t comment on the swimming pool as it was too cold and didn’t bother with it. Can’t comment on the entertainment, as I’m younger and didn’t really attend any

We wanted to go to an authentic tapas bar and he recommended a great place to go where he usually eats himself. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again if we go back to benidorm

My new second home :) had the best 5 days on holiday here. Was on a solo holiday and had the time of my life

Had a great time the hotel was lovely and clean. Had a huge choice of good food. Our beds were made every day had fresh towels. Only draw back was the huge queues at the bar only had one member of staff serving

Rooms are spotless, the food is a hit and a miss, had some nice lunch but I’m a fussy eater, so wasn’t a fan any other time. The drinks were so strong & was never thirsty lol

The location of the hotel is fantastic nearby shops, beach and market, the hotel itself is clean (apart from toilets in public areas there’s a constant smell), pool area is a fabulous size and we never struggled for a sunbed, good range of cocktails and drinks to be had

My only gripe regarding the pool area would be more parasols that are firmly fixed in its base people need them especially in hot weather with little ones, I would have estimated no more than twenty for a very large area

The pool area was good with plenty of beds despite people queuing then stampeding at stupid o'clock for the best spots. We would watch them every morning from our balcony at how stupid they all looked

The room was clean and spacious , we were round the back of the hotel I requested a low floor and we were on the 6th floor which I was happy with having a young son , there were building works going on for the hospital extension which you wouldn’t know was going off The noise was non existent in my opinion I will be going back for definite The pool was massive and it was crowded at times but we went...

Excellent hotel. Modern clean rooms and great food in the restaurant. Bar area is good, smallish pool for size of hotel but nice all the same.

We recently stayed here in a penthouse suite, The room was amazing with an extra large calfornia king bed, freestanding bath near the large fully opening sliding glass doors with incredible views please see photos

The main pool itself doesn't get any sun to midday because of building shadow , but this is not a problem as there is a pool on the roof. The infinity Rooftop pool is a fantastic area to relax and take in the views

Small issues were no rubbish bin in the room and the water pressure sometimes unstable if you turned on the taps slowly they would fire water everywhere, quite funny unless you're dressed for the evening 😂 overall experience of the hotel was excellent

It's a great location and in a quiet area. The hotel is really clean with a good pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food at the bar was good overall. Pizzas weren't great but not a big issue

Excellent hotel. Head waiter is brilliant with everyone in the restaurant. We have known him for a long time top man. I would tell anyone who was going to book this hotel they should have a excellent holiday here.

The swimming pool is very nice and there is enough sunbeds for the guests, if a little crowded. All in all, a friendly hotel and would recommend for a short stay perhaps

Yeah it's a great place, perfectly located for all the attractions and entertainment. The food is very good and there is a good variety of dishes to choose from

Breakfast is served from 8am till 10pm which is a bit early for me (11am would have been better). The jet2 rep lita was also very good

Nicely placed close to the old town and the beach. Rooms nice size, beds extremely comfortable. However walls seem to be quite thin. Reception area has a lovely atmosphere so does the bar. Staff very friendly and helpful

We only ate breakfast there but it was spot-on with a good selection or cooked or cold food options. Location was perfect for us - very close to the old town. About 3 minutes stroll to the beach

I would certainly recommend and return but I'd come half board next time. The room was pool facing, I'd requested this prior to my arrival and appreciated my request being met

We didn't stay for any of the entertainment, we went out to see different acts but the location of the hotel was ideal for this, very close to bars and entertainment but far enough away to enjoy a quiet sleep at night

And we like the food in the restaurant and the staff are smart and very helpful and the food is better than a lot 4 ? that we have been in and the bar staff are definitely what you want always happy to help anytime of the day

I travelled as a single Mum with my 13 year old daughter. Your hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very secure, this made me feel safe in your hotel as a woman travelling on her own with her child

We were bed and breakfast only, the food was lovely, a great range to choose from. We loved chilling by the pool, plenty of space and very peaceful with the sun all day

Pools were really nice, the bottom pool is shaded by the hotel next door at times but was significantly quieter! Room cleanliness was unparalleled

Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us

Lovely hotel. Has everything you need. The only thing that would have made it would be a kettle. The breakfast was very nice and the drinks were good value. Comfy beds and powerful shower. Highly recommend

Beach is 10 minutes walk and the old town is just along the promenade. Staff are brilliant , and patient with my limited Spanish. We had a standard room and it was clean and tidied every day

Drinks at the bar were amazing, really varied options included in the All Inclusive, really happy with everything. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach too

You can easily be there within 10/15 min! The hotel has two nice pools (one for adults and one for children) and one indoor pool which I think it was closed as the weather was gorgeous so no need to stay indoors! The hotel serves food throughout the day (if you opt for the all inclusive package) and the lunch and dinner menu would vary

My kids loved her! Keep up the great work! Regarding the cleaning, this hotel is very neat and clean! I’m the worst when comes to this matter but wow, we could see all the common areas being cleaned on a regular basis, including the pool being properly cleaned in the early hours

The whole hotel was clean and tidy, the cleaning staff made the beds and changed the towels everyday (if needed) and the staff were seen cleaning throughout the day

The rooms were also tidied up everyday and the sheets and bath towels changed

There was also food available throughout the day with the snack bar (in the dining room) available outside meal times. The waitresses were brilliant with the children and kitchen staff were always refilling the food

There was also entertainment throughout the day however we never did any of these. The food was better than we had expected based on reviews and there was a theme (Mexican, Chinese, USA etc) every dinnertime

Hotel very clean, rooms clean, bit out dated but we wasn’t there to spend time in the room. X2 swimming pools, pool area clean. Can’t comment on the food as didn’t eat there. Lots of Spanish guests but all very polite

Hotel was great, although some rooms a bit on small side. Food was really good choice and for us it was great to have wine with our evening meal. We loved the pools both inside and out along with Jacuzzi's

I am just starting 2 months of treatment on leg now that I am home in UK, following an attack in waist high water by some type of piranha according to the reports, off Benidorm's main beach

I only had breakfast, and there was plenty of choice, but the bacon, sausages, beans etc were cold, not even lukewarm. Other than that the location is excellent. The pool looks nice, although I didn't venture into it

The room rate is very affordable and would suit a traveler on a budget. This hotel has a swimming pool

Lovely and so much to offer Fantastic room very spacious and clean Sonja was amazing in the restaurant so friendly and welcoming. Had an amazing massage from Maryanne would highly recommend one of the best

Hotel is well worth the four stars ! Had a lovely warm welcome and a glass of cava. Room wasn’t ready on check in for a few hours which was a pain as arrived at 1

Only negative was getting a sunbed was impossible even with signs saying towels would be removed the beds where still reserved early so went to the beach everyday

Room lovely but if you like privacy the toilet is pretty much in the bedroom. Shower room in a cubicle so there is no where to get dressed other than the bedroom. Not ideal for friends sharing

The pool area is absolutely the hotel's best feature but the sunbeds do get taken up very quickly from 9am so you have to get there quickly

We stayed in a standard double room with a balcony overlooking the pool and garden. The room size was fairly standard, not huge but certainly not cramped and was adequate for a relaxing stay

The rooms were kept very clean, the beds were changed regularly and there were fresh towels daily, the bed was very comfortable, the reception staff were very helpful, as were the bar and restaurant staff, everyone was so kind and helpful

Stayed here in October 24 for a week, the Hotel is within easy walking distance to the beach and night life venues. The room was clan and well presented, all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful

I think the food is much better in summer possibly because the poolside bar takes a bit of the strain off the main dining room

Shower flooded the bathroom just had to put towels down. Had coffee in the room first night, asked for it to be replenished and advised they do not put coffee in the rooms, reception was not very helpful (male)

The only negative is the entertainment, it’s not to our taste, but there is lots going on at the resort so it’s not an issue for us. We have stayed at the Port Benidorm several times will be back next year

My sister and I are just coming to the end of a week at this lovely hotel. Plenty of different choices of food. Bar well staffed and pleasant. We were on the 2nd floor so lifts not an issue
