Hotel Mediterraneo

We LOVED this hotel! We are a family of 4 with 2 children aged 8 and 12. The hotel was extremely clean, our family room was spacious, we had 2 separate singles for the kids rather than a double sofa bed which was great. Hairdryer in room, shampoo and shower gel. No kettle though. Most of the staff , especially the bar staff were really lovely. The hotel was busy as expected but didn’t feel crowded , we could always get sunbeds( could possibly do with more parasols around pool but were areas of shade) . So nice it wasn’t a high rise like many hotels in Benidorm. The food was really lovely and so much choice. Drink measures were very generous so not watered down. Cooked breakfast as well as continental. You can get pool towels but need to put down a €40 deposit that you get back at the end of your stay. The indoor pool has to be booked but is never busy , and you have to wear swim hats. Outside pool is really big , inflatable slide is on a Tuesday and foam party a Friday. Pool area is really clean and tidy, not dated. The water park is a 10 min walk but really a great day out. 10/15 min walk to the beach , if you have kids be aware the shops nearer the beach have rude slogan merch on show! Lots of activities through the day. Evening entertainment is usually a mini disco followed by a singer/ dancer/ karaoke. No noisy guests or any problems , we would definitely return! Have been to this hotel around 7 consecutive years when the children were young and have recently returned. The majority of the same staff are still there, which, in my book, means that they must be well treated and or well paid ! Many of the holiday makers have been many times before too. The food and choice is still good. The hotel is clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. The evening entertainment is mainly centred around the children, and the children absolutely love it and the entertainment team alike. The hotel is just enough out of the way from the main ***** to be quiet. But near enough to walk to if you want a night out. Will continue to return to this hotel , it holds fond memories for us.

We stayed for a few nights and overall it was a lovely experience. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were nice. However there were a few things that could have been better. There were no disabled toilets anywhere in the building so had to go back to the room to use the toilet for someone who needs assistance when going . You need to bring your own towels unless you want to pay a deposit (which i think is refundable) or buy them, which is fine we just weren't prepared. No kettle either so bring one if you want a hot drink in the morning or evening in your room. There is a gym however when we tired to access it our keycards did not unlock it, so not sure. The indoor pool needs to be booked for use, and the entertainment is good for kids but not the best for teens and adults. Food was hit or miss, some days were good others weren't. Location wise it is close to the water park but is a bit of a walk away from the ***** and the coast. Overall it was a good experience but very much more catered to family's with younger children.

Honest review of this hotel rooms nice and clean staff are friendly entertainment at night is a bit it and miss daytime entertainment is good with foam parties and water slides etc selected days food is a bit hit and miss .the breakfast is about the best we at a great time here

Love this hotel, we go every year and have done for the past 6 years! Staff are wonderful and friendly they make you feel so welcome. The choices for food are great and different every day. Would definitely recommend this hotel! will be back in September✨

Hotel Mediterráneo consistently delivers an amazing experience. I visit twice a year and am never disappointed. What I like best are the spacious rooms.snd friendly staff.
