Magic Robin Hood Hotel

We were very excited for this holiday. The accommodation wasn't what we thought we had paid for there's several levels at this hotel of inclusivity.. and this only becomes clear when you arrive. The cabins are ok very very small for the bunk beds we are a family of 5, so limited space in our cabin like you've about two feet extra room other than beds in the kids room. Ants are a problem we also had a mouse and very mouldy curtains. The restaurants other than main buffet are really really poor the Italian was by far the worst, microwave dinner with something out of a carton that was supposed to be carbonara and soggy pasta that was clearly reheated it was gross! The buffet was fine no complaints, deserts not wonderful but ok. The spa is a joke and there's no staff so no there for treatments this to me was very very disapoinying as main reason I booked was there was something for everyone in the family and this bit was for me! There was also no staff for escape rooms, so these two things we couldn't do! The worst was the kids club my son has scensory issues and I asked to go in a settle him, glad I did. Small kids were seated around tables doing nothing, disinterested staff on their phones not engaging with the kids! Kids were banging on tables jesting towards an older kid saying, again, again and this kid was VAPING yes VAPING in the KIDS ClUB, Blowing halos like they were bubbles!! I brought it to the attention of the two zoned out staff and they told me ohhh 'we will tell him to do that outside'!! Outside is part of the kids club with climbing frames slides etc.. I brought it to what appeared to be the more senior staff members attention and well anytime I passed after that I got dirty looks from her. I wasn't letting it go I reported to reception and was told I'd get a call I didn't, I'd to go back re the mould and mouse raised it again and nothing, third time they said they called they hadn't I'd spoke with I think a Scottish lady she seemed shocked and took it seriously said they'd been given a warning letter... my issue wasn't the kid as such it was the staff and their lack of action on what to me was serious!! I do t know any parent who would want their kid witnessing that like it's a party trick! We paid an extra €450 to upgrade to ultra premium every time we tried to use it we were questioned by staff as our cabin wasn't premium despite the seriously premium price we paid. This place tries to upgrade everyone and as a result there's issues with the Premium services as they are all over booked! We did avail of services in sister hotels Aqua Natura and that was wonderful, also had lunch in star cafe at the beach (the staff were exceptional) but when we tried to book anything else it was full. Overall the place is fine abit tired in places we found the main entertainment area very dark and dingy. Bar staff were pleasent there. The main show was good for the second half, it was so so slow to start and honastly boring! All in Spanish. Wo
