I unfortunately wouldn’t revisit this place. To start, this is like a Spanish version of Butlins, the other non-English guests are extremely rude. A group of young boys caused havoc the whole time we were here! One stole my sons candyfloss off his stick as he ran past him and threw it down the toilet! The room looked nice but the wifi didn’t reach our lodge and the television had only one channel! The kids couldn’t even use their iPads and myself and my partner couldn’t use our phones while in the room. Not sure what this was but we all kept getting small glass splinters in our feet, hands and all stuck in our clothing! We had to buy tweezers from the on site shop because the kids had so many glass splinters in them that we were struggling to get them out! It made it really hard and uncomfortable and had to keep stopping when we were out to pull splinters out of the kids’ feet because they couldn’t walk, was a really strange experience!! The hot tub made the loudest, weirdest noise through the night which kept us up multiple nights! The beds were two singles pushed together and they kept slipping apart leaving a gap in the middle which was really uncomfortable and we kept falling between the beds. The worst part was the pools! They were ridiculously deep without any kind of warning, there were slides which we assumed were for young children as they had little steps and a small chute, we witnessed a 6nywar old boy go down the slide and very nearly drown at the bottom as the water was about 6-7 foot deep at the bottom of the slide!! I was walking in one of the pools with my 2. Year old in our arms when suddenly the floor was gone from beneath my feet and the water went from waist height to about 7 foot deep! The lifeguard had to jump in and pull my son out while I swam to the edge! The lifeguard was the best part of the whole stay, he was so so lovely and we saw him teally save another 2 people from drowning doing the exact same with with baby in arms! He said that it happens very often and he’s always on standby for this. Why is there no warning of how deep the water is!? The pool with the slides is about 6 foot deep all round and you’re not allowed to take rubber rings in there so my kids couldn’t use that pool at all!! The softplay isn’t even worth mentioning because it’s the most pathetic softplay I’ve ever seen. The food. WOW. Just awful! Cold, bland, the same every day, flies all over it and kids poking and prodding and picking things up and putting them back it was just gross. The best part was the ice creams and ice lollies as they were branded. There was no labels on the freshly cooked meat too so I couldn’t tell what was what and when myself and others were asking which meat was which the chef was rude in answering. The resteraunt is dark and dingy too. My sons had dried spaghetti the whole holiday because the food was just gross. The drinks were all zero sugar too which was annoying. We had to pay for ice cream from the ice cream

⭐️⭐️ Disappointing stay – poor cleanliness, unsafe lodge & no desire to return We stayed at Magic Robin Hood and overall it was a very disappointing experience. While the food was decent, even for picky eaters, that is honestly one of the only positives. The lodge was not acceptable from the start. On arrival, the spoons were dirty, the cups in the bathroom were unclean, and the kettle was filthy. The bathroom bin was rusty, which is unhygienic and off-putting. The microwave was installed far too high, making it difficult and unsafe to use. Even after the lodge was supposedly cleaned on the first day, the floor hadn’t been swept at all — there was a cigarette stub on the floor that was there when we arrived and still there after cleaning. On top of this, only one of the bunk beds was made, and the other bed in the bedroom wasn’t made at all, which is basic housekeeping and completely unacceptable. There were no plug sockets in the kitchen area, meaning we had to boil the kettle on the floor, which is dangerous with boiling water. There was also no signal inside the lodge and no Wi-Fi, so you are completely cut off while in your accommodation. The hot tub was a huge let-down. It took two full days to warm up, and even then it was only lukewarm, not hot, which defeats the entire purpose of booking a lodge with a hot tub. Another major issue was the lack of clear information. You are not properly told where you can eat, or what restaurants are included in All Inclusive versus Ultra All Inclusive, which causes constant confusion. We were also not clearly informed that irons are not allowed in the rooms, which is very inconvenient. To make things worse, there is a lack of things to do on site, so when the accommodation itself is poorly maintained and uncomfortable, there is very little to make up for it. Overall, this stay was so disappointing that we would not return at all, and we were seriously looking at flights to come home early. The food alone does not make up for the poor cleanliness, safety issues, lack of facilities, unclear communication, and limited activities. We wouldn’t recommend this resort unless major improvements are made.

We've booked this for the past 2 years, absolutely no issues with the resort. Always clean, themed restaurants are brilliant quality, the buffet restaurant is equally good. Although I would book the ultra all inclusive as you can skip the ques for the bars which can get busy.
Around the pool is always clean and the lifeguards are always on there best keeping everyone safe.

Absolutely shocking from start to finish. Paid for Ultra all inclusive, but restaurant was shut, separate que for bar was shut. Had a power cut with 4 children, wasn't given any torches or even checked if we was ok, was left on a corner with a 10 week old baby wrapped in my dressing gown till it was fixed, was offered separate accommodation but leave my other 3 children in a lodge on there own in the dark. Booked the spa and was insulted in front of other people to be asked was I pregnant, made a complaint manger rang and was laughing on the phone and repeated to ask me "well am I" I had a baby 10 weeks ago, completely rude. Was offered a food voucher for a package id already paid for, yet couldnt book as they was closed. There was no lighting outside my lodge going down the stairs and fell with the baby in my arms, complained about that then the lights suddenly came on. My son cut his finger open on a piece of metal under the unit where the bin is and needed stitches, screws was sticking out of the decking where the kids have no shoes on as they are coming out the hot tub, Hot tub is not exactly hot its more of a warm tub, it was dirty. Some staff was helpful especially Louisa from Jet2. I watched one lady in the buffet snatch a glass from a kids hand so he couldn't get a drink from the snack bar. Was suppose to have food trucks but they was closed from the Monday onwards. I was given a leaflet when I arrived on the Thursday which ran till Sunday then nothing after than, with all the changes on. Pizza service is a joke, the pizza was rock hard and absolutely freezing. Cabin was constantly full of flies, no matter how many you killed they kept coming back. Shower is main room was leaking. Had bites when sleeping aswell.

I stayed here with my partner and 4 children. Upon arrival staff seemed to be polite and friendly and check in was straight forward with Jet2 customers having there own reception area. The animation team/entertainment team try there hardest to please everyone, with a verity of activities throughout the day and into the evening, there are extra activities which are at an extra cost, which you can book on there website/app or at reception, the only activity I wouldn't recommend is the ice skating, as it's only plastic and un-skateable, so unfortunately a complete waste of money. Regardless of the ice skating a big thumbs up to the animation team 👍. There are also plenty of places and food trucks you can get food and drink , including water fountains throughout the resort. The location is not the best, but there is a number 10 bus that takes you into Benidorm or Albir.
ROOMS... Are a good size for up to 4 people and the cleaners do a good job of keeping the cabins clean and stocked up, the only negatives are there is no plug in the kitchen area to plug the kettle in , so you have to move the kettle to the floor to plug it in, I found that very bizarre. Also the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, so not a lot of peace and quiet if you have noisy neighbours.
FOOD/BUFFET RESTAURANT... First 2 days unfortunately the food wasn't that great, the restaurant was absolutely manic and like a massive school dinner hall, with barley any stuff to clean dirty tables and keep on top of the high demand for the amount of guests, you also have to queue from the live cooking station to get to the dishes that have already been prepared and cooked, even if you don't want anything from the live cooking station, this unfortunately caused massive waiting queues. You can get things like pasta, chips, rice etc from other stations, but then have to wait in a queue for the main dishes, so maybe a separate live cooking station could be the answer for the manic queues. You could see the staff were trying there hardest. On about the 3rd/4th day the food did get much better and there were plenty more stuff to cope with the high demand, so a massive difference compared to the beginning of the holiday. There is also a good verity of food and drinks
POOLS....There were a good selection of pools and slides for all ages. The pool areas were ok but could do with a couple of cleaners, as there were some dirty floors around the bar areas and people were dropping crisps everywhere.....
OVERALL.... our holiday was good and we a had good time, I would definitely say this resort is more like a 3* though, but that doesn't mean you still can't have a good time. As we stayed during Halloween the resort did go out of their way to provide extra treats and activities, which was nice for the children. We also had really nice weather, which is always a bonus.

The best thing about this place is the entertainment! We went ultra and had a premium lodge and it wa she best money I have spent! So glad I did. Entertainment team is so good especially Joseph who went the extra mile for us all. He made this holiday even more special. The rest of the team are lovely too. Most staff are nice at the bars and the premium restaurants are also fantastic especially in the lion heart.

Do not waste your money !!!

Came here with the family for 5 nights upgraded to lion heart when we arrived for 180 euros was worth the money for the extra room space but hot tubs are not clean wouldn’t put my young kids in there!

Beds are so uncomfortable meant to be a double bed but it’s 2 single beds slides against each other and the mattress is like a brick.

Food is absolutely awful wouldn’t even feed my dog the food and talking about dog the restaurant absolutely stunk of it. Everywere is dirty.

Only good thing here is the kids activities and the alcohol but everything else is a 1 star for me.

Needs a massive change the staff are rude and don’t like brits.

Stay away

We have just got back from a family holiday at The Magic Robin Hood Resort and it was the best holiday we have been on. There was 11 of us (5 adults and 6 kids aged 10,7,5,4,2 and 18 months). On arrival a staff member from Jet2 (english) met us and assisted with check in and explained everything about the hotel and what was included in the Ultra All Inclusive package (definitely recommend). Our rooms were ready and buggies were arranged to take us to our lodges, we had 3 which had been allocated next door to each other. I needed a travel cot which is an extra charge (8 euro per night) which was a little annoying but hey ho. The rooms were immaculate, plenty towels, toiletries, stocked mini bar including soft drinks, beer and sparkling wine. Kettle and microwave. Sitting area outside. One down fall is the doors dont lock on from the inside which was a pain with the kids but we made a make shift lock of our own which worked a treat. Day 1 - was a pool day, there is plenty sunbeds for everyone at the big pool, the pool is fantastic (water a little chilly but its to be expected in October, it didnt stop anyone getting in, we saw babies in too). Plenty choice, brilliant kids splash area, kids pool with slides, main pool with slides and main pool for swimming. Day 2 - we visited the zoo (entry included in UAI), we got taxis from outside the hotel which reception arrange however taxis come and go all day, you just stand and wait. It was a little bit difficult for us and we had to wait longer than smaller groups because we needed a 5 seater and a 6 seater but very reasonable prices and friendly drivers. The zoo is incredible, sooo much to do. Food isnt included but reasonable prices. Day 3 - water park day (entry included in UAI) it is fantastic, perfect for all ages, clean and staff all friendly. Food isnt included but reasonable price. Day 4 - pool day and at night we ate at the Italian restaurant, ill be honest the food wasnt great, quiet bland but not horrendous, it was a change from the buffet restaurant and also included in UAI so worth a try. We then went to the mini disco, the kids loved it. Day 5 - was a pool day and the foam party. This is brilliant, all kids can enjoy it. I was a little worried with our little ones but there was no need, they were safe and really enjoyed it too. At night we went to the medieval dinner show, highly recommend, so we'll organised, fantastic to watch, food isnt ideal for kids but we took them to the buffet before hand as the dinner show doesnt start till 8.30pm. They said we were not allowed buggies in but once we got in we realised a few families had got them in so we went back and got it which helped massively with our 18 month old. Day 6 - beach day, the best beach we have visited, lovely sandy beach, water was warm, lots of sunbeds (you pay 6euro per bed and 6 euro per umbrella). We booked lunch at the Magic Maui Beach club which is included in UAI the food was lovely and staff were friendly and he
14.10.2025
Wouldn’t recommend for families. First an last time coming to magic Robin Hood. Food was okayish edible cold food so had to heat up in microwave. Burgers still pink in the middle. Food trucks wasn’t open when they should have been. Weather hasn’t been great which isn’t the problem but nothing extra was put on for the children so was sat in lodge. The shows in the evening are really good if your kids can stay awake till 11pm
Some staff are very polite and helpful a love their job but others are just plain rude a miserable!
The spa is ridiculous you can only get treatments on certain days which you have to book separate to the spa an it doesn’t state on the app which isn’t clear about that.
Pools are very good for the kids when the weather is nice that’s the main thing about this holiday that is recommended.
Check out is 10am but your bands work till 12 so we are having to go 9 hours without food/drink with young kids which is ridiculous!!
07.10.2025
Don’t recommend this place! You are sold an “all inclusive “! It’s not its bed and breakfast more or less same food every day and mostly it was either over cooked or half cooked! We ended up eating out most nights ! An all inclusive package comes in various levels and unless you upgrade to ultra you are pretty restricted on what you can do so ℹ upgrade to the ultra package which was ok but overall not at all value for money! When we arrived at 0230 we wasn’t given any information and waited over an hr to get to our rooms ! (Hotel dispute this and say everyone is given a comprehensive induction and information we was not)!! With the ultra you get to go the zoo and water park for free however you have to make own way there and back and we waited 3 hrs in one taxi queue then 1 hrs later to come back as they don’t provide transportation!!There are some positives … the majority of the staff are very friendly and do try their best to accommodate you especially the cleaning crew! The medieval night was fun and the actors put in a fun performance and have the crowd cheering! The cabins are ok walls are like paper and you can hear everything but clean (lots of ants) on the balcony and the pool area slides are good fun for the kids! Sadly though overall not value for money ! In response to their reply .. you are either lying or grossly misinformed! We was NOT given anything when we arrived the receptionist gave us our key only and told us to wait outside for the buggy’s that took 1 hr! Also your receptionists give duff information my flight is evening so again have to pay extra to stay I. Room with you can sort of live with However I was told this €60 includes lunch just been and was told no that more money! Your food is disappointing at my politest as I would get blocked if i write what i really think of it! Your food isn’t worth 30ceny never mind €30
Per adult and €25 per child! This last insult to grab more money off you is a total
Joke you should be ashamed of yourselves! O rather starve than eat the rubbish you’re spewing out! Burnt or undercooked you have have a cheek to charge! ! There is no easyJet rep here and you can see why as everyone is complaining! 🤬! If anyone has booked get a refund and look elsewhere! AVOID AVOID ABOID
