The animation team, especially Will, Joseph, and the girls, deserve a huge shout-out. They are an incredible team that brings so much energy and fun to the experience. They made every day special for both adults and kids. The level of care and effort they put into their work really stands out.
A special mention also goes to Seve, who was so lovely and caring throughout our stay. He made sure everything was perfect for us, and his attention to detail was much appreciated.
But what really blew us away this time was the surprise the restaurant manager, Mettre, organized for our birthday boy, Olivier. It was unexpected and so thoughtful! The effort they put into making his birthday special left us speechless and really added to the magic of our holiday.
I’ve seen some negative reviews, and honestly, I don’t understand them. Sure, not everything will be 100% perfect, but if you’re expecting to be treated like royalty at every moment, then perhaps no place will meet those expectations. For us, Magic Robin Hood Resort delivers fun, relaxation, and great memories every single time.

The hotel itself is okay I did experience cold water in the shower for 7 days. There is 6 of us and 2 showers and both had cold water. To experience that wasn't great. I wasn't fan of the spa either.
Overall the location is beautiful there is so many things to see. I recommend to hire a car and drive around that is what we did because jet2 had limited options with there coach packages and it would waste a whole day.

A great please to stay for families, especially if your kids are primary school age and love being in the pool.
As we went end-of season it wasn't too busy, I'm not sure our kids would have coped if it was rammed in August.Our accommodation was good, though the shower pressure wasn't great.
The food was good, usual buffet affair, plenty of choice and our picky kids ate well enough.

Food very poor quality. No or very limited healthy options.
Drinks cheap and very poor quality.
Great pools for small kids and playground next to it was perfect. Our 4 year old son loved it.
Kids shows started at 10.30 p.m. it was too late for small kids. Our son fell asleep watching. I think should be 8pm the latest.
Lots to do for kids to keep them busy. It is probably nice to stay for max 3 days in this place for experience but not longer.
The main thing I liked was that we had space outside our lodge and jacuzzi that we used daily. Way better than hotel room with balcony. Other than that we wouldn't go back there as it didn't impress us at all. It is overpriced and overrated, far from what you pay for.
