I don’t know what makes this place a 4 star.
We’ve stopped in many 4 star hotels in the past, and this doesn’t match anything like them.
I would and as above given it a 3.
The rooms are no way near a 4 * grade
The toilets in the bar area was really bad, and I’m told the ladies wasn’t any better.
I approached the staff at the time, but nothing was done.
I would like to add.
We did have a great time there, and made some new friends.
And yes.
We would stop there again. ( if we couldn’t get anything closer to the beach ).
But yes. We did enjoy ourselves there.

Great hotel,very well run,good big rooms. Cleaned every day,food great,staff lovely and helpful. Cannot fault it,will definitely return

Went first week December. I was a bit
concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent.
Nothing could be further from the truth
Chef and catering staff were excellent in
supplying fantastic meals.
Animation Team were very good. The
weather was absolutely fabulous
(for December)
(I just called 📞 to say I love you)

Nice hotel in a good location, 5 minute walk to the beach.
Food was nice, standard buffet type deal but everything fresh and hot.
Entertainment is very good, especially for children. Charlie is in charge of entertainment and was top notch!

This hotel isn't at all a 4 star which you can see from going along the strip and seeing any other 4 star hotel here. I'll start with the positives, the breakfast is very nice and there's a large variety of options. The room is large and spacious but one of our beds was slightly damaged.
The bar isn't good, there's a lack of adult entertainment, and the pool is small.
The bar is very expensive and there's is little to no atmosphere at all.
There isn't really any entertainment available. There's an arcade like section with a pool table, air hockey table, and video games which suits kids even if it's 1€ for 10 minutes. But otherwise there isn't much for adults.
The outdoor area is ok, but the pool is very small and the kids pool is just things spraying everywhere. The sun doesn't hit the pool during the afternoon so it's very cold.
Definitely better options for the price paid.

Extremely disappointed. Had requested a disabled room or at least walk in shower and close to lifts at time of booking. However on arrival had to pay extra for room with walk in shower to be told although disabled room booked the hotel doesn't promise. Also one room hadn't been booked at all. We had to ring England to our tour operator ourselves who apparently hadn't transferred payment. But no help what so ever from hotel staff. Think I'll be looking elsewhere in Benidorm in future but I'll certainly be going again.

This hotel is no better than ok.
Our superior room was large and clean but the sofa bed was unusable as a sofa as the cushions didn't fit and you ended up sitting on the bed beneath.
The spa is good but its €10 a day if you not all inclusive.
The food looked like its description but in most cases had little flavour.
We we're half board and had to pay extra for a glass of water with the evening meal!.
In summary, if you like a 'good hotel'
look elsewhere.

We had a fantastic time Christmas and new year, our room 1006 was clean, large and what we expected. The beds gave a very good night's sleep. Lifts worked well and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The dining room was great, good choice of food at all times and was always clean, the staff were friendly and worked very hard. We stayed on a all incucive basis, the bar staff were friendly and efficient with a good choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The one down side to the stay was the €9 charge to use the indoor swimming pool, when we booked we thought our booking included the use of the pool, but it did not, the Dynastic Web page and literature in the hotel is also misleading when it says guest in superior rooms can use the indoor pool, if fails to say at an extra charge. Also the WiFi is quiet expensive to use at the hotel.
