Hotel & SPA Dynastic

Hotel is poorly situated and is tired with the need of repairs especially in the toilets. Staff are very good and helpful THE HOTEL does not get the sun so your sat in shade after 1pm . The restaurant is ok and food is reasonable but the snack bar is possibly the worse one we have seen

It depends what type of holiday you are after. if it is a stay at the hotel and relax by the pool type of holiday then this hotel is NOT for you. the pool is tiny and you can probably fit about a maximum of 40 people in before it gets too crampt and you cannot move in there. there is a tiny splash pool for kids but is a little tame and boring. there are not many sunbeds around so grab them quick. from my understanding there were different levels of all inclusive. there were certain drinks and ice creams that we were not allowed on our level. to get a drink you must have your token on you. you ask for your drink and you give your token to them. then when your finished drinking you bring your cup back and they give you your token back. there was only one bar but never really felt as if i was waiting long for my drink. the bar staff were all very friendly and often joked with them. the drinks themselves were okay but they were lacking a lot of things to be something worth remembering. to entertainment was a bit tame and slow especially for English speaking people. most pf the entertainment weas in Spanish with a little portion of it in English however you could barely understand what they were saying. the shows that they did were often slow and a little boring. around the bottom floors there were pool tables and air hockey tables which i thought would be free of charge epically on an all inclusive package however you had to pay 2 euros to use the tables. the food is amazing. there was always something to eat every single night and it was always different. they also hade breads and fresh fruit out for breakfast lunch and dinner. cannot fault the food one bit. the rooms were very outdated and defiantly needed a spruce up. the aircon worked however wasn't great. the mattresses were hard and fairly uncomfortable and one of our beds was slightly broken and kept wobbling when i moved in bed. our toilet constantly smelt bad like rotten eggs which was not pleasant. also the maids are useless. they change over your towels and make the beds with the same bed sheets every day and do nothing else. one other thing to mention is our nan one afternoon slipped over on a wet patch on the floor and bruised her back on foot. this happened just down from reception where water and been leaking from the ceiling. the staff at the front desk did nothing to try and help us and just looked at us blankly when we were saying that the floor was wet and it was dangerous. it just seemed like they didn't really care much about their customers. if your looking for a hotel where you can enjoy a few drinks every night after being out all day then this is a fab hotel and serves just that. however if your looking for a hotel holiday then this is not the place top go. overall i would advise not going here and i certainly will not be returning. bonus was the sea is only a 10 minute walk and the indoor and outdoor markets are only a 5-10 minute walk away. also i will stress
