Better food. The vegetables were nearly all frozen and mostly inedible. A Christmas gala dinner with ONE sprout and a tiny piece of carrot. Far too much meat and almost no vegetables.

Our room was poor although customer service was good and some issues were resolved.

British people need vegetables, a Spanish meal with few vegetables is OK for one meal but not four days. Where were fresh parsnips (traditional at Christmas) or fresh sprouts or carrot or cauliflower. Frozen food is horrible.

Our stay could have been so much better, including if my offer to play traditional Christmas carols had been accepted. When so many people asked me if I was going to play all I could say was that I was not allowed. And yet there was a piano, I had my own stage equipment (piano) with me and for British people it would have been a real special treat. Even the Benidorm Palace (which we got free tickets for my booking direct) recognised the value of British Carols

In short we will not stay again. This is a shame as we enjoyed the experience of being with our friends (we were in a big party) but the details were too much of a negative to repeat the experience.
