Hotel Gold Arcos in Benidorm

What an amazing hotel. Every single staff member made it a memorable experience for us. It was our first time in Benidorm and we didn't know what to expect, but they made us feel at home the second we walked through the door. Although all the staff members including in the restaurant, the bars, the reception, and the cleaner were so polite and and helpful- we have to give a special shout out to Diego in the Arches Lounge. Apart from being such a friendly, calming presence, he made the nicest cocktails i ever had the pleasure of having and he made our night that extra special just with his wit and happiness- its contagious! You'd come to this hotel alone just for Diego and his cocktails!
Only complaint was one of the evenings we got dinner and unfortunately the burger was raw and after we asked the chef to redo it the same thing happened again, which was very unfortunate as we had the burger made by a different chef the day before and it was beautiful. We informed the lovely young waitress after the second round of undercooked burgers and she helped as much as she could but at this point we decided to eat dinner outside of the hotel.
The hotel is central in relation to the strip and only 5 minutes from the beach front so easy access to everything. The rooms are massive and cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast had a huge selection and was all quality food (including free champagne!)
We loved it so much we booked to come back in 4 weeks time!

Booked for a stag do. Made use of the roof top bar & pool. The shower was great and powerful with an extremely comfy bed with a balcony & coffee pod machine. One of the best breakfast selections on offer which even included champagne & chocolate fountain. The 2nd bar had a great singer on for the last night when you’ve over partied in the town but still don’t want to go to bed just yet. Its location and unique extior style made it easy to spot from strip and also the scencic cross viewpoint. Was a great play to stay with a complementary cocktail aswell.

What a Fantastic Hotel, clean, modern, fabulous breakfast and wonderful friendly staff. The bedrooms are huge and beautiful with a lovely balcony. Visited with friends who had a birthday complementary Cava was put in their room, such a lovely touch. Great location. Couldn’t fault the hotel, highly recommend.

Hotel is beautiful, staff are lovely. Rooms very spacious and big balcony. Fantastic location. Breakfast was fine but dinner poor, we ended up eating out. Pool area very small for size of hotel, imagine at the height of the season would be a problem with sunbeds. Security of hotel was good, guard at the door asking room number when going in late at night. Would definately return but bed and breakfast only.

This hotel was in the best location in the middle of all the main bars and clubs. Hotel staff were very professional and very polite. NICOLE who was running the top floor bar was extremely hardworking and could have not looked after our group any better.

The hotel rooms were very impressive and clean - 100% recommend!!!

We recently returned from the stay at this hotel and we genuinely have no complaints or any faults at all. The place was absolutely spotless and the check-in was easy. The food was also fantastic. I would like to make an honourable mention for Nicole from the sky bar who looked after us so so well on our stay. All of the staffs English was also very good.

Here right now, this hotel is beautiful, the rooms are amazing very spacious and beautifully set out with loads of room. The roof top bar, swim area on the top floor is superb. The lady called Nicole working on the roof top bar to say she only been here 3 nights is fantastic and so friendly. The lady whom works the reception during the day sorry name not known as amazing customer service. The only downfall to our experience is the food, not much variety and it's never hot, mostly Luke warm. I'd differently stay again but only Bed and breakfast.

Luxury rooms serviced everyday . Fantastic views. Large balcony.Large comfortable beds. Amazing roof top infinity pool and jacuzzi. pool towels available free. Nice roof top bar. lovely guy called Diego behind the bar and staff at breakfast Marilin y Lales were very pleasant. My daughter and i had an brilliant time x

We had a great experience starting with our amazing room that had the most comfortable beds, rituals bath products and a huge balcony. Breakfast was 10/10 and the pool/sky bar was also great. Everyone was friendly and helpful, there were taxis stationing in front of the hotel if we needed to go somewhere but since the hotel is located right at the strip it was easy to walk everwhere. Cannot recommend enough!

One of the best hotel if not the best in Benidorm. I was just having my best life in this place and the way they treats you from the first day till last day is unbelievable and amazing. I would recommend this for friends and anyone who wants a great experience place to stay.
Marilin and Lales treated everyone with love and amazing hospitality at the Restaurants.
