I booked a room at Hotel Brisa for February 20th through the Booking platform, choosing the option of free cancellation with a refund within 7 to 12 days. I canceled my reservation on January 23rd, and today, after 45 days, I still haven't received my refund. Despite several follow-ups on my part, I have received no satisfactory response. This is very disappointing, as I expected to rely on their free cancellation policy. An unacceptable customer service experience and a frustrating ordeal.

We travelled for the first time to Benidorm in Feb 2025 for a short family holiday during the half term break. We opted for Hotel Brisa as it had a good location and the room we chose had a sea view. The cleanliness and general upkeep of the hotel was very good and if we had any issues they were resolved quickly. We chose full board as there wasn’t an option for all inclusive, this is why I haven’t given it 5 stars. You can only buy drinks in the restaurant when eating and not your own, we brought in a bottle of our own water and were told we weren’t allowed! Food is only allocated to be eaten in the restaurant, you couldn’t sit outside to eat which is a shame when it’s sunny and they have a lovely balcony and the food from the bar wasn’t included in the package. The food itself was excellent, Rocky, the chef was fantastic in accommodating my wife’s intolerances to gluten and dairy and we would go back just because of the great selection and his passion and helpfulness. He is a great asset to the establishment, thank you Rocky! Cocktails were great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Pool is not heated so wouldn’t recommend swimming in Feb!

Beware of the milk cartons in the restaurant. After having my morning muesli, I went with friends for a walk, when I returned I was seriously ill, I was vomiting and in a space of 4 hours loss conscious, I had diarrhea too. Out of my 4 day stay I was in bed for 3 of them with food poisoning. I did complain at the reception desk but, it seemed no notes were taken concerning this. On checking out I was charged an extra €6 I asked why, it's cos we had extra coffee pods? We were in a suite, only a coffee machine, with 2 pods on arrival, we presumed these got refilled daily, so when it wasn't refilled we went to reception and asked for 6 more for the 3 mornings we had left there. So request a kettle and buy your own tea & coffee. I've since sent an email and had no reply. The milk once open must be refrigerated, I'm guessing it was left out until the following morning as this milk is purchased off the shelf, not from a fridge. The housekeeper was very good she came cleared all my bedding, which was covered in vomit and remade the bed and left fresh towels, we obviously tipped her for dealing with the mess. Apart from that hotel was clean, quite noisy if they have entertainment on, which we could hear but, we were on the 1st floor. Just a shame my first visit to Benadorm and only got to spend one day enjoying the beach, shops and a visit to the old town. I'll never stay at this hotel with their couldn't careless attitude but, I will be back to Benadorm.

Just came back today from this hotel and it has its ups and downs. Firstly great location right on levante beach front, small hotel so no big groups or parties, food was nice and hotel was clean. I upgraded from city view to side sea view and we ended up with a small small balcony with limited sea view. If you look on the hotel website it shows bigger rooms with big balcony but from what we gathered all the Spanish people got that side of the hotel and the English got the smaller rooms on the other side. Seems weird inside looks like a hostel in the corridors and not a 4 star hotel. My wife was woke up most nights by the bin wagons at 2am which wasn’t good even though we were on the 5th floor. We stayed in other 4 star hotels in Benidorm and they put this one to shame for luxury. Don’t think I’ll be booking here again even though the location was ideal.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the front desk manager. A charming lady, who apologised for my room not being ready, even though I was two hours early. No problem. I decided to have a bocadillo and a beer on the terrace overlooking the sea. The waiter was very helpful and pleasant even though he’s was very busy. My room was spotless clean, with everything in good working order. Albeit there were signs of wear and tear, you would expect with such a popular hotel. The maid service was fantastic also, with my room immaculate every time I’d returned after being out visiting friends for the day. Breakfast, people have commented on here regarding the lack of British items 🙄🙄🙄 you’re in Spain eat like a local. I will say this, the food selection was vast and varied from European and British items. There was something for everyone to enjoy. It was all fresh and very well kept. The hotel is a fantastic location on the beachfront. Every member of staff I came into contact with was typical of the warm Spanish hospitality you can expect. Frankly there’s nothing not quite to like.

I've been to Benidorm a couple of times, walked past this hotel and thought it would be a nice place to stay! It's in a great location on Levante beach, it's a smaller hotel which I always prefer as it's easy to get around. The rooms aren't luxury as such but they are modern, have everything you would need and are really clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the side sea view on the balcony was lovely and relaxing. We had dinner bed and breakfast and we're really pleased we went for that option. The food was very tasty, I think there could have been a little bit more choice for salads and fruit such as more types of melon but that's just my own preference. All the staff including reception, housekeeping and restaurant/bar staff were friendly, helpful and are hard workers. They always said hello. Blanca on reception was great and very helpful and informative. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage before check in and after check out. Thank you for a great stay and we will hopefully be back again soon!

We booked this small hotel for an overnight stay to see family on holiday in Benidorm. Great location on the beach, huge room with two balcony’s. Good view over the beach with an adequate balcony at the front and a small balcony at the side. Excellent receptionist and staff. We had lunch here and could not fault it, the breakfast in the morning was good too. Parking was at the ****** carpark around the corner and was easy to find. A family run hotel since 1959, we even met the owner that has run the hotel since then and lives on the top floor. We have already booked to go back, recommended

This hotel is front line on Levante Beach, down by McDonalds and Burger King. Not a tower block like alot of the hotels in Benidorm. It was clean and modern. Checked in by a friendly and polite lady Room was smaller than what we've had in the past. The balcony was tiny with only enough room for 1 chair. Kettle and fridge in the room. A couple of tea bags and 2 sachets of sugar, no milk or coffee. Bathroom was clean and modern with a decent sized shower cubicle. Beds were super comfy, pillows not so. Air conditioning in the room so comfortable night. Got the side sea view I'd booked (room 201). Paid €153 euros including breakfast (choice of hot, pastries, fruit etc and help yourself to coffee etc from a machine. Only stayed for the 1 night as friends visiting from UK. Checked out by a friendly man on leaving.

My wife & I decided to stay here purely based on the location,which is first class.This hotel tends to be more expensive than some of the other hotels in Benidorm. Don't think that we would stay here again,unless we got a good deal on price........we have stayed at far better hotels in Benidorm that are not as expensive & have had far better food........back in January.....but not in the Brisa !

Just back from a 5 night stay in this hotel, to start with we booked 2 rooms next to each other with we didn't get, one of the rooms were so small and the balcony was so small it could only fit 1 chair to sit out on, this was an absolute joke and we also paid extra for side view of the beach. The hotel room was very clean but the reception staff where so rude and the food was the same every morning and night nothing to write home about, when we checked out there was no changing facilities and we just had to get a quick clean in the hotel toilet. Definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel and wouldn't stay in it if I got it for free
