The worst part was the pools! They were ridiculously deep without any kind of warning, there were slides which we assumed were for young children as they had little steps and a small chute, we witnessed a 6nywar old boy go down the slide and very nearly drown at the bottom as the water was about 6-7 foot deep at the bottom of the slide!! I was walking in one of the pools with my 2

Why is there no warning of how deep the water is!? The pool with the slides is about 6 foot deep all round and you’re not allowed to take rubber rings in there so my kids couldn’t use that pool at all!! The softplay isn’t even worth mentioning because it’s the most pathetic softplay I’ve ever seen

Not sure what this was but we all kept getting small glass splinters in our feet, hands and all stuck in our clothing! We had to buy tweezers from the on site shop because the kids had so many glass splinters in them that we were struggling to get them out! It made it really hard and uncomfortable and had to keep stopping when we were out to pull splinters out of the kids’ feet because they couldn...

Year old in our arms when suddenly the floor was gone from beneath my feet and the water went from waist height to about 7 foot deep! The lifeguard had to jump in and pull my son out while I swam to the edge! The lifeguard was the best part of the whole stay, he was so so lovely and we saw him teally save another 2 people from drowning doing the exact same with with baby in arms! He said that it happens...

We have just got back from a family holiday at The Magic Robin Hood Resort and it was the best holiday we have been on. There was 11 of us (5 adults and 6 kids aged 10,7,5,4,2 and 18 months)

A group of young boys caused havoc the whole time we were here! One stole my sons candyfloss off his stick as he ran past him and threw it down the toilet! The room looked nice but the wifi didn’t reach our lodge and the television had only one channel! The kids couldn’t even use their iPads and myself and my partner couldn’t use our phones while in the room

Traditional furniture doesn't bother us and it made a nice change from the clinical look you normally get in a hotel. We were bed and breakfast, it was superb, everything you could think of and Cava if you wanted it

Vending machines available in reception and rooftop. Live music, DJ and singers were performing during our stay. A bigger pool would be a great addition for a proper swim. The gym has singular, basic equipment

You can't get nicer staff than here at the Kaktus Hotel. We were badly let down on an apartment and we called in to see if they had any vacancies

A really friendly man on reception found us a fabulous room, with a fantastic sea view. The room was really large and although older furnishings as others have said, it was spotless

large spacious room with everything you exepct in a hotel with this star rating. Good choice of breakfast.

Our group of 15 cyclists enjoyed the service and the excellent staff. The food ranged from good to very good. The mattresses, in particular, are in dire need of replacing

The entertainment team is definitely the best part of the holiday, I came with my younger cousins and other family and even though me and one of my cousins are teenagers they still involved us in a lot

We stayed the week before halloween so there was some halloween theme entertainment which everyone loved especially the halloween show and the black party after it - Manel even got up and danced with us which we all found funny

The food wasn’t the best but it is worth what you pay - it can just get a bit old but I managed to find something i like still and I don’t mind having the same things at times

There wasn’t much entertainment in the day however, but every time Harrison was working the day there was always something going on

I’ve been on multiple all-inclusive holidays and some 5 star ones but this is still my favourite

Our favourites were Manel and Harrison for this reason

You could always find something for your taste. I liked the different dinner themes, one night it was seafood, one night it was Italian, etc. I really liked the outdoor entertainment, especially the karaoke

Reasonable value It was ok. No coffee maker in room and restaurant huge and very noisy. Industrial! The cocktails were pretty bad ! Excellent views Ana at reception really helpful

Even though almost everything was quite pleasant during my stay, there were a few things I didn't like. The beds were a little too firm, so it was hard laying in one position the whole night

Nice stay - bit pricey Overall it was good. Room could be a bit more clean. You have to pay for swimming towels which is a minus. Pool area is really nice and clean. Probably the nicest hotel in Albir

Bright, clean bedroom. Exceptional buffet at both breakfast and evening meal. Pool and outdoor facilities extremely clean and well maintained. Friendly and professional staff.

Second time staying here and it was wonderful again. Everything about the hotel is great. Staff are lovely, bed and pillows very comfy. Didn’t eat at the hotel as so many places close by.

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution

all the spaces in the hotel are very clean. hotel is close to restaurants and shops. the breakfast buffet is very nice with a lot of choice. the hotel has a cafetaria where you can get hot and cold drinks

The receptionists at the wellness area were just incredible at making any changes/ additions , a shout out to Teresa and David who were remarkable in their ability to make changes. The food was indescribably delicious

The cuisine and service in the restaurant was exquisite ( with a particular mention for Pablo who made our lunches and dinners even more enjoyable). The staff team is incredibly friendly and helpful

Above and beyond our expectations. Staff and facilities were First Class. All treatments were exceptional. Professional people giving excellent advice. It is expensive but worth every penny

The room was super clean,sorted every day, could have done with some uk tv programmes on the tv as i didn't go out much after dark, the food was excellent, loved the breakfast every morning

There are regular buses that run from Benidorm albir altier, but it is sadly lacking a stop outside the hotel, i think it would be a great advantage for it

The rooms are big and bathroom have a large and spacious as well. My wife loved our bed and pillows. Breakfast was amazing and everything had good presentation and delicious

Fantastic terace with nice view, small but nice pool

Very clean and well presented apartments. The only things missing in the kitchen were a plug for the sink and a baking tray, but just about everything else is available, from dishwasher to washing machine

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room. I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well

Nice, clean fairly decent. Has a restoran which is decent as well so you are covered for essential needs only it's a bit expensive.

This beautiful little hotel is the ultimate hidden gem!! Rooms are beautiful, staff and owners are humble, beautiful people that can’t do enough for you! The gardens are a peaceful hideaway of fruit trees full of bananas, oranges, lemons & avocados with peaceful hammocks to while away the hours 🍋 🍊🍌🥑 Homemade cakes baking in the oven every morning made from all the beautiful fruit!! Breakfast is delicious...

Absolutely fabulous place and staff exceptionally lovely In all of our years visiting spain this is our favourite. We completely chilled for the first time in years around the amazing pool and gardens

Traditional old school hotel located close to the heart of Altea. Do not be put off by the run down approach to the hotel. As a family with a disabled son we were greeted by warm friendly staff

Large spacious accessible room on the first floor , but the lift access was a little tight, just be aware if you have a larger type wheelchair. Breakfast a little limited but satisfactory

Every member of the hotel staff were particularly caring and went over and above to make us feel comfortable

Pros - as everyone has said, the location is perfect. 5 mins from old town and 5 mins from the beach. The pool area is lovely and relaxing - usually always enough beds to go around

We much enjoyed our stay in this charming boutique hotel which is very well placed for visiting the sights of this lovely old town. Our room - an Urban Independent - was spacious and well maintained

La Serena - beautiful hotel with amazing staff Excellent breakfast after a very comfortable night’s sleep. A wonderful boutique hotel in a perfect location. Everything about this hotel was just what we needed

We went to the hotel restaurant for an evening meal and we were most welcomed and waited on beautifully. Our starter and main meal were both delicious, accompanied by great wine choices too

amenities are slightly dated but well above required standard, heated pool and good size open pool area. Communal areas are always clean tidy and well presented

The staff were incredibly helpful 😊, and the hotel was spotless ✨. I loved that the pool 🏊‍♀️ was open from 10:00 to 20:00, and on my very first morning I saw the team cleaning it thoroughly before opening 🧹

Even better – there was never any rush for sunbeds 🌞. Our room 🛏️ (3304) had a lovely view of the green hills 🌿. We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis 🍳, and the food was delicious every morning 😋

No sun bed wars, plenty to go around the two pools, one roof top for adults only. Food is hit and miss but you can't please everyone. The hotel is designed well and only three stories high

Most of the staff in the restaurant were friendly, but one older gentleman was rude. He didn't provide us with glasses for our drinks. Overall, we rate this hotel highly

Never had to fight for a sunbed there were plenty. The Hotel is quite a walk away from the beach I’d say 20/30mins, when in the heat it can be exhausting

Only had breakfast but a nice good choice, drinks at bar cheap too and a lovely terrace/pool area. Nice atmosphere and not rowdy in the hotel areas would return again

Great Hotel This was my first time in this hotel and i have to say from the minute i came in to the minute i left i could not fault anything ,location perfect in a quite area 15/20 minutes easy walk to beach,3 minutes to bars restaurants and shops ,Hotel spotless ,food good selection entertainment good and all the staff where so friendly nothing a problem

This was the third year myself and a couple of friends have spent the weekend here. The hotel is lovely rooms are fine, the only suggestion I could make is that it would be nice if the bedrooms had a kettle in them

Helpful friendly staff in a safe comfortable and clean property. Food was good, fresh and well cooked. A little bit out of central benidorm which is what we wanted as it was a very family friendly hotel

Did not feel the need to eat out at a restaurant when this all inclusive food was that good! They had steak and kebabs on some of the days! Drinks are great with very generous alcohol pourings

We had an amazing stay on this campsite. The site itself is very well kept and all facilities are spotless. The reception staff were very helpful, and a special shout out to pavlo in the bar who was brilliant

The sun loungers at the room were great but would have been better if they were at the pool. Some people were lovely but they were outnumbered by rude people for us

We arrived to a lovely welcome at reception, very speedy and informative process. The site is well situated within walking distance to the centre of Benidorm, although we used our bikes a lot

The pool is set in a beautiful garden, that is very well maintained. We are returning again in Sept for 10 weeks. That’s how much we love this place

We stayed in a deluxe room in the 2nd block. The room was large and had everything we needed, the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. No problem with sunbeds.would happily stay again.

Pools were really nice, the bottom pool is shaded by the hotel next door at times but was significantly quieter! Room cleanliness was unparalleled

Me and my friend stayed here for 5 days. The staff was lovely, the hotel was lovely and clean. The cleaner was really nice. Overall stay was amazing. This was my second time at this hotel and i would go back again

Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us

The hotel was lovely, spacious rooms and great views from the balcony. The spa was also very relaxing. We upgraded to all-inclusive whilst whilst checking in, and the quality of food and drinks were worth it.

The pitches were well shaded with a tarpaulin over the top, which was a great relief as the Benidorm weather in July was HOT! two very small pools that seemed more geared up for kids to splash about in, so we didn't use them so cant comment

Booked our caravan in for a stay whilst touring around France and Spain for the summer. My daughter wanted to see Benidorm. This site was VERY reasonably priced, we had a plus pitch which had water and drainage on it

There is a burger bar which looked SO good (we didn't use it we were out more than in) but there were a lot of people there and they were taking deliveries too so clearly very popular

There was advertised free WiFi but I couldn't seem to get the password to work, I wasn't bothered we went out and about most of the time

It took 15 mins to walk to the Levante beach and like 10 mins to walk to the ***** in either direction

Had a fantastic family holiday. Our youngest really enjoyed the kids club then coming out to spend the day at the pool. The staff were amazing. Really friendly and great service.

Lifts can be a bit of a problem at peak times, although there are 6 they serve 25 floors and due to needing disability pushchair for child stairs were not an option

The location of the hotel is fantastic nearby shops, beach and market, the hotel itself is clean (apart from toilets in public areas there’s a constant smell), pool area is a fabulous size and we never struggled for a sunbed, good range of cocktails and drinks to be had

There is also the issue of staff at the pool bar (in hut) and the outside entertainment bar both always had a fairly big line of people waiting to be served and only 1-2 staff on

Sadly, no food plate but we were too exhausted anyway, so not worth a moan. Surroundings of pool and inside the hotel was so clean and the chilled music by the pool was relaxing

There is a Spa, but we didn’t use it, but will on our return. I’m not sure if it’s a ‘season’ thing but the food selection wasn’t massive. However, there was something for everyone both at breakfast and evening

We have stayed at this hotel a few times when we have been to Benidorm and we are very comfortable there the staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very nice we choose to have bed and breakfast and the food at breakfast is quality and a lovely selection for everyone for everyone we will definitely stay there again

This hotel was great and the staff were amazing, especially the restaurant staff, they do not stop! I had emailed some questions a few times and there was no delay in a reply which was much appreciated

Our flight was going to arrive after 10pm and they offered a plate of cold food left in our room as we had booked half board, unfortunately we ended up diverted and arrived much later and the receptionist on arrival (Mon 27th) was so lovely

It should be noted that we went in winter and the heated pool was a big part of the reason why we decided to go to that hotel, and the fact that it is not in optimal condition lowers our overall score a little

Just returned from Regente hotel. It wasn't that I expected from a 4* hotel, rooms not over big, cleanliness ok but bed sheets never changed all week only fresh towels and bins emptied, shower tray not vleaned regularly

Good reasonable prices 3* hotel. Provided us with champagne and chocolates for our welcome night free of charge. Good for kids, lots of activities. Nice size pool but a bit on the cold side

Thee location is far enough from the main strip so that it's not noisy and hectic, but close enough that its only a short walk to the craziness, lol Our only issue was that although the food was good quality, it seemed to be very similar for most meals

Most of the catering staff are lovely - always speak & smile, but a few always looked miserable as if they were in the wrong job/ didn't want to be there? Not people you really want to be around when you've paid good money & are on holiday

Partner went down & with in seconds of him being back in the door a guy came to fix it. Nice little vending machines near the stairs/lifts. In door pool you need a swimming cap but nowhere on site to buy one

Exceeded our expectations. Very friendly check in, comfortable room but the bathroom needs updating. Helpful bar staff . Only negative is poor internet connection in the room . Great value.

The pool itself was clean and spacious, despite there seeming to be a lot of rubbish poolside and in the surrounding areas which wasn’t overly pretty

The reception area immediately set a positive tone: clean, cool, and welcoming. Our room was spotless and well-maintained throughout the stay, with daily cleaning and fresh towels provided when needed

The balcony was nice, decent size and had a fantastic view of the surrounding area and above the pool (third floor)

The only minor downside was the air conditioning, which didn’t feel quite as cool as we’ve experienced in other hotels. That said, it wasn’t a dealbreaker and certainly wouldn’t stop us from staying here again

Our second time at Hotel Cap Negret and it only gets better and better. From checking in to checking out - everything. prefection! The staff always helpful and friendly. The buffet always fresh and delicious

I stayed there in December 2025. The rooms were very clean and the service was very friendly. It's an ideal starting point for cycling tours in the mountains. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the old town.

Amazing hotel great service well looked after, the gardens ,pool and inside were immaculate, great location for the town and catching a tram into Benidorm if required

Stayed at Cap Negret for a week at the end of October with 7 other family members. 25 degrees! Hotel was great and very clean. Food was very good and staff were friendly and helpful

A convenient 10 minute walk from Altea and a couple of minutes walk from the bus and tram stops. The tram was brilliant and cheap for travelling to Denia, Benidorm, Alicante etc

This hotel is very comfortable and clean. There's always lots to do. The staff are very polite and friendly, especially the waiters and bar staff. The food is beautiful and well presented. We would come here again.

Very clean and the rooms are most comfortable. Breakfast has an extensive choice. Dinner had a wide range of items. The food was the same as that of a four star hotel. I highly recommend this hotel

It was a bit noisy at night with people coming back after a night out but what do you expect, if you go away on holiday to sleep then wrong place! There was a good choice of food to suit all tastes even tripe

We actually stayed at the dynastic apartments but was using this hotel for the all inclusive options so can't comment on the rooms. The staff was great from start to finish and entertainers put the effort in

Food was brilliant for dinner and tea and snacks through the day but I like a full English for breakfast and the sausage and bacon wasn't great, there was plenty of choice though

Drinks are sound Amstel on tap with pint glasses. Plenty of top shelf and wine ect. We definitely got our moneys worth. Hotel it's self is nice and kept clean I would definitely book again

around the bottom floors there were pool tables and air hockey tables which i thought would be free of charge epically on an all inclusive package however you had to pay 2 euros to use the tables

The hotel is close to beach and shops. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff amazing very polite and kind. Girls played at the park and games inside

I think the Rialto is a little gem and I will certainly return

Very surprised at our stay here, The sleep quality was very good, The breakfast was superb,proper English bacon and corn flakes, Will definitely be returning

Also a day trip to Altea is recommended, the place is beautiful with little white washed buildings and cobbled streets, we got the number 10 bus there (30 - 35 minutes) and got the train back (10 - 15 minutes)

And I have got to say the Rialto is one of the best, the staff are lovely and so polite, it is spotlessly clean

Whenever I go away I always go out for meals and the food is usually repetitive and not warm, we didn’t”t even bother this time as the food was absolutely delicious, hot, cooked to order and not repetitive

I am currently at the airport waiting for our flight home and thought the Hotel Rialto deserved a review

Stayed here from 30th Dec for 3 nights, fab apartments, 5 min walk to the beach, the 2 gentlemen on Reception, Ruben and not sure of the man's name, but both very friendly and helpful, never heard any building work going on

Good value,clean.very comfy bed and the kitchen area is handy plus a kettle,micro/grill and fridge,also they supply shower gel .The location is ideal as you are close all the attractions and bars in benidorm

And a suggestion of putting families with younger children on the first floors, as them running around and playing above isnt ideal, i know children are here to have fun also, but just a suggestion

We had drinks in the downstairs bar, staff are very helpful. We spent most of our days over the road at the lavante club as we could use that hotel aswell Perfect for familys

Just returned from a week here, Great hotel, wonderful staff on the reception, lovely cleaning staff, Nice little bar next to reception and very cheap prices for drinks, lovely outdoor pool and an indoor pool area in their sister hotel across the road, my teens loved the pool table in the bar

Not forgetting the excellent service from the reception team. We are back there early January for a week and we definitely will be booking again

No problem with lifts and food OK. Enjoyed omelette fir breakfast. Entertainment very good and hotel spotless

It could have been hotter and the empty platters replenished more quickly! The sunbeds were very uncomfortable and have needed replacing for a long time! The rooms overlooking the pool were very good

Good service at Reception and we hired double mobility scooter some days which allowed us to visit the old Town. Hotel right opportunity Indoor Market which I popped in most days

The sunbed area is built up around it so had to keep moving when the sun went behind the other buildings. The food was good and had lots of options

We got one facing local apartments not the best and never had sun on it. The pool is quite small And not really in the sun so was freezing cold
