Magic Aqua Rock Gardens Hotel

We had a lovely stay in Hotel Magic Rock Gardens in Benidorm.
The rooms were cleaned every day, and no problem getting fresh towels.
We ate in the buffet restaurant most days and the food was very good at every meal, plenty of selection to suit everyone.
The staff in every section of the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
We would stay here again. The only downside was the steep climb up the hill to get to the hotel, but that was probably good for us

Magic Rock Hotel was such a fun stay! 😊 Great food with lots of variety, and the evening entertainment was a blast – karaoke, shows, games. The staff were lovely, and the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach (5 min.).
We'd happily come back! 🌴✨

At first, we were skeptical to book the hotel after reading bad reviews. Good thing we did go with our guts and booked it anyway. Our stay had been amazing especially for our children. We had a balcony with amazing view of the beach and skycrapers. The hotel was clean and all the staff were approachable and amazing. Hats off to the entertainment staff, to the kids zone Sandra and Evelyn and to the amazing kitchen/restaurant staff David and Jose David who always provide us our high chair every meal and for being so kind to us especially to our toddlers. Thank you all for making this trip a memorable one. ❤️
Although one thing, we hoped that the kids shows were moved earlier instead of 9pm onwards because it’s too late for them, and the sound system was way too loud. We can still hear it even if our room was at the front of the hotel.
We also felt bad for the magician for the magic show as he was amazing but some families had to leave middle of the show because it was already near midnight. Way too late for children and parents.
But all in all, it was an amazing experience! Thank you.

Just back from an 11 night stay. Hotel is very clean and tidy staff with friendly staff whom spoke good English. On arrival room was clean and well presented we new before hand of the lack of balcony and didn't bother us much as we thought it might. The entertainment team were absolutely fantastic the kids loved them hardly saw my 9 year old daughter as she was at the kids club nearly every day . Food was great, nice to try different food (one of the reasons we like travelling) but also had a touch of home. Drinks were branded and plentiful, and the coffee was great .The location of the hotel was good with sun from around 11 till 3 round by the pool , this was fine though as the beach was only a five minute stroll away with shops close by and the twice weekly outdoor market only a 20 minute walk away . Overall, it was a great hotel which we would happily stay at again .

We had the best time at the hotel. So much to do. They have a children's area where you can leave your kids and get some time to yourself. All for free. Sandra from the children's area was amazing. I left my daughter with her and could get some time in the spa to myself. It was a real vacation in that I got to relax. I highly recommend this place. Sooo much food all through the day. We had the all inclusive plus package and we didn't stop eating.

Points of improvement would be the bathroom and toilet seat had started peeling. They could use refreshing. That said, I'll very likely visit again.

One of the best holiday hotels I've stayed in to date!

I chose to have a father & son holiday this year and finding the right place to stay seemed a bit daunting to get right.

I wanted something with entertainment and water slides so we didn't have to visit other places, or be confined the beach everyday.
I'm so glad I made the right choice with Magic Rock.

From arrival, the staff were very helpful and friendly and everything was just perfect for us.
Clean rooms every single day, even when I wanted to give the cleaner a day off. She insisted she couldn't leave it with unmade beds bless her and they do a brilliant job with clean towels etc which shows good management.

The hotel had everything we needed and more. We only really used the slides, pool and arcades so can't comment on the restaurant, bar or entertainment as we went out each evening but it seemed to be popular with the other guests.

I couldn't have wished for a better stay for us and I would definitely return here for a safe, friendly and trustworthy hotel stay. Highly recommend! 💯

Been once but the whole family absolutely enjoyed every minute.
Family hotel with loads todo games room swimming pool water slides.
Great food we never had to eat out once.
Staff are super friendly.
Clean and tidy rooms had the option of a bath or shower which is lovely.
Not a far walk to the beach or shops.
Great entertainment/kids club.
Free wifi.
What more can I say we had a beautiful holiday.

Good food and alcohol drinks. Hotel location was ok but Benidorm not. Wouldn't recommend Benidorm for families with children.
Swimming pool a bit small. We never had any problems with sunbeds. Foam party was great.
Rooms were bit tight for family of 4. Nice and clean hotel.

Absolutely brilliant time!
Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday.
The only reason i put 4 stars on the room is because the toilet is to close to the sink cabinet so you can't sit straight. The toilet seat was loose because of this and it broke whilst we were here.
Otherwise, it was perfect.
Entertainment was fun and suitable for all ages.

Great Hotel in the right location near the beach. Reviews don't do this place justice. Great for families, loads of entertainment and good pools with slides. Food is good always fresh and plenty of choice. Entertainment team were really good and always getting people involved. Would definatley go back. Great atmosphere and all round Great place to stay. Rooms comfortable. Only down side was slow lifts throughout the hotel but if you like walking not an issue.
