One of the best holiday hotels I've stayed in to date!
I chose to have a father & son holiday this year and finding the right place to stay seemed a bit daunting to get right.
I wanted something with entertainment and water slides so we didn't have to visit other places, or be confined the beach everyday.
I'm so glad I made the right choice with Magic Rock.
From arrival, the staff were very helpful and friendly and everything was just perfect for us.
Clean rooms every single day, even when I wanted to give the cleaner a day off. She insisted she couldn't leave it with unmade beds bless her and they do a brilliant job with clean towels etc which shows good management.
The hotel had everything we needed and more. We only really used the slides, pool and arcades so can't comment on the restaurant, bar or entertainment as we went out each evening but it seemed to be popular with the other guests.
I couldn't have wished for a better stay for us and I would definitely return here for a safe, friendly and trustworthy hotel stay. Highly recommend! 💯

Been once but the whole family absolutely enjoyed every minute.
Family hotel with loads todo games room swimming pool water slides.
Great food we never had to eat out once.
Staff are super friendly.
Clean and tidy rooms had the option of a bath or shower which is lovely.
Not a far walk to the beach or shops.
Great entertainment/kids club.
Free wifi.
What more can I say we had a beautiful holiday.

Good food and alcohol drinks. Hotel location was ok but Benidorm not. Wouldn't recommend Benidorm for families with children.
Swimming pool a bit small. We never had any problems with sunbeds. Foam party was great.
Rooms were bit tight for family of 4. Nice and clean hotel.

Absolutely brilliant time!
Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday.
The only reason i put 4 stars on the room is because the toilet is to close to the sink cabinet so you can't sit straight. The toilet seat was loose because of this and it broke whilst we were here.
Otherwise, it was perfect.
Entertainment was fun and suitable for all ages.

Great Hotel in the right location near the beach. Reviews don't do this place justice. Great for families, loads of entertainment and good pools with slides. Food is good always fresh and plenty of choice. Entertainment team were really good and always getting people involved. Would definatley go back. Great atmosphere and all round Great place to stay. Rooms comfortable. Only down side was slow lifts throughout the hotel but if you like walking not an issue.

Loved our week at the hotel in April. Cobal and the entertainment team are amazing and get everybody to join in. My son loved his first holiday abroad. Nice choice of food and drinks plenty to chose from. The evening shows can get a bit repetitive but found that happens in most hotels to be honest. Help, lovely staff. Nice clean rooms, didn't miss having a balcony at all as have plenty of places to sit inside and out. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Great place for family holidays. Family of 4 people enjoyed vacation in August 2024.
Food was fantastic, staff was very supportive and friendly. Walk to the beach takes only 5 mins.
Hotel is vary kids and family friendly. They have ramps and lifts everywhere

I wouldn't recommend this to English people. Who have children age 15. The staff make up rules, who can go to the all inclusive pool areas and the restaurant, if you are foreign like Spanish or other nationality you can use the ever where free. Which is a joke when we have pay a lot of money. Or you got the staff using there pass for them. Also on the roof 12 floor it said no children under the age of 16 from 17.00 until 23.00, but we went up at to see at 19.30 there was children under the age of 16 with green wrist band aloud. So one rules for some and not for others. Also you have to pay for things here, that doesn't tell you on there web page. I certainly wouldn't say it's a four star but at a push 3 star

Not long come back from here. I was worried about all the bad reviews but I can assure you all me and my boys had the best week. Everywhere was clean, the rooms were cleaned everyday. I’m very fussy with my food but I still managed to eat something. The pool is cold but you would moan if it was warm. The entertainment team, especially Cobal are amazing, it was my birthday and they made me feel special. The gaming room staff was great with the kids. I got to swim with dolphins, which was magical. The heel is very steep but you get use to it. We will be back 😁

Absolutely lovely place. Stayed 7 days. My 5 year old enjoyed every second. Rooms great, staff amazing, location supper, down the hill and you at the sea. Kids club and kids pool really great. We read previous negative reviews and can't understand what people expect...great hotel. Would we come back? 100%!!! Paella is my favourite. Meat chef I must say - 100%, top quality juicy bites ;). We went all inclusive, snacks in between meals was good too. Drink all you want :D .. had way too many. 100 % would recommend this hotel without doubt. Go for it .
Little tip if you have small children. The little beach near harbour is a gem. Clear waters where you can see some fish. No grass..no stones .. not too crowded. Perfect spot.
