- The rooms are noisy. the walls are thin. i advise the hotel to take doors with soft close.

If the rooms had soft close doors we would
come back.

The staff are amazing and really helpful, the location is great for the old town and the new town. The facilities are of a very high standard, with great views from the rooms, very child friendly with lots to do for the children and a children's nursery for up to 11s in the evening. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely stay again 5⭐s from me

This is a perfect hotel 10/10 super clean great food and choice staff excellent. Highly recommend beaches are super clean. The old town is great for a traditional Spanish holiday. Or the strip for much more lively holiday. You must go don't be put off by past ratings of benidorm it's beautiful.

Just spent a week here and loved it. We were silver level all inclusive and the quality of the drinks and food was excellent.

The staff were very efficient and friendly and the hotel was always clean and tidy.

We'd definitely stay again.

First time here with the wife and must say it was a lovely time. I would recommend to anybody to stay at this hotel as you're not too far from the strip and the old town. The food was hot and plentiful and all tastes for everyone so a plus there. The staff couldn't do enough and were first class and were very friendly and good at their jobs. We stayed for a week and it flew by the weather was a bit hit and miss but in Benidorm you have a great time whatever the weather. So the Princesa is a thumbs up for me and the wife and we will come back again 👍

Having spent a week with my family, I would like to note the good attention of the hotel staff. Highlight Carlos in the dining room, excellent professional, attentive and very friendly. In the kitchen, Oscar is always attentive and smiling. And in the cafeteria the boys are very good with children. The family rooms are very nice, the buffet is good and the location of the hotel is good, you can walk straight to the beach. Those who want to repeat 😊

This summer I spent a few days and I liked it. 100% recommend to go with family. Very good atmosphere, very helpful and attentive staff. Covid measures were 1000% followed. I was just looking for New Year's Eve, but how is everything ... Next year we will repeat for sure.

Nice hotel, very clean, great staff. With a heavy load of the hotel in the restaurant for dinner, there were queues for hot dishes, since meat and fish began to be prepared with the opening of the restaurant, and not in advance. But in general, everything is fine, I really liked it.
