terrible place, not worth buying all inclusive the food is terrible and the drinks in the hotel are some ready-made on a machine that just tastes like foam you end up buying drinks outside anyway, in addition the rooms are terrible and there are bedbugs in all the rooms.

My daughter was staying there with her friends. They’re only 18. One evening, while they were getting ready to go out—playing music quietly, taking photos, and chatting—there was suddenly loud banging on the door and someone shouting, “Let me in! Let me in!” They didn’t open the door, understandably, as we’ve all heard of incidents where strangers pretend to be hotel staff to try to get into rooms. When they went to reception, they were told it had been staff knocking because they believed there was fighting in the room. The girls explained that it wasn’t them and that the noise was actually coming from another apartment further along. The whole experience was very unsettling for them. The food was also mediocre, the drinks were weak, and they ended up eating out most of the time.

DO NOT STAY HERE- Unsafe, Disorganised and Deeply Concerning Experience!! I genuinely urge others to avoid this hotel at all costs. This has been the most unsafe and unprofessional experience I have ever had which travelling. From the very beginning things seemed off. To begin with we had to wait 5 hours to check in which was fine as we understood that check in wasn’t until 3pm. However we were told to leave our luggage in an unlocked room accessible to everyone. No wristbands are given unless you book all-inclusive meaning that anyone can freely walk in off the street. When questioned the hotel told us that security remembers everyone’s faces- this is a completely unrealistic claim given there is 1 security at the door and hundreds of guests staying at the hotel. When finally given a room, we were placed on a floor that was nearly impossible to find. We were given contradictory directions, and it turned out the only access was via a single elevator that no one else seemed to use. This elevator seemed to have faults as on one occasion it was making bizarre noises and shaking when going up then the lights had turned off and the door took atleast a minute to open onto our floor. The entire 2 days we did not see a single guest staying on the same floor as us, the room felt completely isolated from everyone else. Staff also confirmed there was no CCTV on this floor unlike other floors we passed which did have CCTV which raised further safety concerns. To make things worse when we finally found the room none of the 3 key cards given to us were working so we had to go all the way back to reception to get new ones. The first night seemed okay. On the other hand, the second night was when everything fell apart. Me and my 2 friends had left the hotel room around 10:30pm after locking personal belongings in our personal safe and ensuring our balcony was completely shut. One of my friends returned to the room around 2am for a change of clothes which is when he noticed one of the security and a staff member standing at the end of the hallway which seemed odd as it was a dead floor with no noise or even residents, they walked away as soon as they had seen my friend approaching. My friend had then come back to the clubs. Around 3am my friend then decided to go back to the hotel where he noticed the balcony slightly open and all 3 of our passports laying on the bed but he didn’t think anything of this and put it down to us rushing to leave and go to the event as we were taking money out of the personal safe before leaving the room so must have forgot to put the passports back in. Around half an hour later me and my friend returned to the room. When I walked in the room I noticed one of my outfits were on the floor which I found odd and asked my friend why but at first thought he was trying to get to the safe to put his leftover money back. But when I looked closer I seen that the safe had been smashed open and absolutely everything was gone including a neck

I stayed at this hotel with two friends and unfortunately had a deeply distressing experience that I feel obligated to share. On the 2nd night of our stay, we went out and returned around 4 AM only to find that our room had been broken into. Even more alarming, our personal metal safe box had been tampered with and forcibly opened. Inside, we had stored 900 euros, £100 in cash, jewelry and our passports. The cash and clothing were stolen along with my friends socks and our jewelry and a bag Strangely, the passports were removed from the safe and left placed on our beds raising serious questions about who had access to our room and how they were able to breach a locked safe. We immediately reported the incident to hotel staff, but the response was shockingly unhelpful and dismissive. There was no serious apology, no investigation on the spot, and no offer of support such as calling the police or assisting with next steps. It felt as though the hotel wanted to ignore the situation altogether. the balcony door, specifically the part attached to the wall, What was especially alarming is that hotel security immediately knew exactly how the door had been breached, suggesting this is a known issue and possibly not the first time it’s happened. We had to wait hours to finally speak to the manager and barely any apology. Instead, the manager gave us all-inclusive wristbands as a form of compensation which felt like a shallow gesture, given the seriousness of what happened. To make matters worse, the “all-inclusive” food was terrible, barely any options, poor quality, and overall disappointing. This did nothing to make up for the stress and loss we experienced. This experience completely ruined our trip. We felt violated, unsafe, and unsupported. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this hotel. If basic security and guest safety and If your room and valuables aren’t safe, no amount of free food or amenities can make up for that.

Not good food. Is a youth hotel according to websites but the food dit not match a youths preference. A huge birdnest right to our balcony with birds attacking our balcony, the personal dit not do anything about it. Cold water in the pool. Minimum space around the pool. Not English speaking personal. Cleaning lady came in even if we put the ”do not disturb” sign up. The personal was in general not so helpful. Nasty room that hade dirty all around it.
