I stayed in hotel Saratoga for a week and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a perfect location in the center of Palma, it is 5 min walk to the marina and major touristic areas.
The bedrooms are spacious, clean, and with comfortable beds and strong showers.
The staff is very friendly, their breakfast buffet is very diverse and they have some really good restaurants, one on a top floor with beautiful views of Palma and one tapas style in the lobby floor.
We really enjoyed their pool in the rooftop and the restaurant service up there! This hotel also does its best to be an eco friendly hotel.
I would highly recommend staying here!

Room 609 (suite): Not worth its price.
Leakage entire stay from bathroom ceiling, just above toilet.
This issue should have been reported by housekeeping staff before our arrival or during our stay and rectified (when paying about €400/night). Must pay more attention to details, be more progressive and service minded.
Housekeeping staff forgot its washcloths and forgot to leave fresh towels (used left on floor).
Good location and friendly staff. But can only give two stars.

We took my elderly parents here for their 50th anniversary. And we had an awesome time. Staff is super friendly and helpful, even during busy times in high season. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was abundant and tasty (try the local products!). The location is perfect for strolling around Palma and in walking distance to nice restaurants and tapas places. And finally the rooftop bar and pool. Killer feature of this hotel. Enjoy a swim with a view and some cava sangria! 😃

Superb modern hotel. Very good location. Very good rooms. Very helpful staff who look very smart in their uniforms.
This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and we would return without hesitation.
Very good food at the 1962 restaurant next to the hotel. Superb landscaped grounds with pools and shade.
Highly recommended.

Wonderful recent stay at Saratoga. View over city from rooftop bar amazing. Helpful courteous staff, special shout out to Alba in reception who kindly gave us a lift to airport.

Myself and two friends have just experienced 5 very enjoyable days at this hotel. Room excellent, great choice of foods at breakfast. Very central location. Staff couldn't do enough for us, which included a lovely female member of staff called Alba who when we were unable to get a taxi back to the airport due to bad weather, offered and gave us a lift in her own car so that we didn't miss our flight. We are so grateful. Would definitely pick this hotel again should we ever return to Palma.

Perfect location - walking distance to everything.
Quiet at night, that’s very important.
Pool spa area is lovely.
Rooms and balconies are wonderful. The staff is extremely lovely and helpful.

Great location. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room. Didn't eat at the hotel but noticed the restaurant seems popular; nice cocktails reasonably priced. Would recommend and would consider staying here again.

The place is not worth the price. The staff is super friendly and helpful and I want to mention it, but indeed there are some cheap matters considering that it is supposed to be a good quality hotel. First of all, soundproof is horrible. You can hear everything from the hallway. Also, the bathroom has a glass door, which has basically no sound isolation either, as if the bathroom was there in the open. The fact that it is a glass door also makes the light go through, so due to these reasons, I wouldn't recommend sharing a room like this with your partner, for example. On top of that, also having 2 tea cups and one tea bag as welcoming seemed pretty off to me. It's just tea, after all, and it could be more generous. Other things are also off, but I will not mention them. It's just not done in the right way for an optimal experience. The location is great, though.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They came to the rescue with milk and cookies for Santa for my daughter on Christmas Eve. Fantastic central courtyard - a real suntrap. Close to everything you need in Palma.
