A great stay in Mallorca. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. 10/10 and I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. Made the trip unforgettable!
They have three different pools but we didn't get to try them. They also offer a wonderful buffet breakfast for a price but it was worth it. There's also parking but you would need to contact them to ensure you secure a spot. The parking can be a bit difficult to park in but expect that in these parts of the world.
The hotel is located close to the center but far enough in a quiet area of the town, allowing u to unwind.
I would 100 percent book here again if I go back.

Easy walking distance to some sights and bicycle routes. Breakfast is great in the morning. Gym is basic. Sauna nice and clean. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Staff is amazing and easy to communicate with. Definitely will stay again

Great hotel, friendly staff. Impeccable room. Breakfast was fantastic and an ideal location to explore the old city. Parking is expensive even for staying guests at 16.50 euros a day

Nice rooms. Wonderful service. Great location. Breakfast is offered. Parking spots are available but limited. The rooms temperature is a bit warmer than preferred but understandable. Would definitely stay here again.

We have been to the hotel a few times and also had our welcome drink at this hotel the day before our wedding last year.
This year we visited the hotel again with our baby. The hotel actively contacted us and asked us if we wanted a baby bed. What a great service! The staff is very attentive, helpful and friendly.
The location of the hotel is very good, old town is very easy to reach on foot. The view from the Sky Bar is fantastic!
The breakfast buffet offers a large selection and is very tasty. The pool area is nice and clean.
We will be back again :-)

I stayed in hotel Saratoga for a week and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a perfect location in the center of Palma, it is 5 min walk to the marina and major touristic areas.
The bedrooms are spacious, clean, and with comfortable beds and strong showers.
The staff is very friendly, their breakfast buffet is very diverse and they have some really good restaurants, one on a top floor with beautiful views of Palma and one tapas style in the lobby floor.
We really enjoyed their pool in the rooftop and the restaurant service up there! This hotel also does its best to be an eco friendly hotel.
I would highly recommend staying here!

Room 609 (suite): Not worth its price.
Leakage entire stay from bathroom ceiling, just above toilet.
This issue should have been reported by housekeeping staff before our arrival or during our stay and rectified (when paying about €400/night). Must pay more attention to details, be more progressive and service minded.
Housekeeping staff forgot its washcloths and forgot to leave fresh towels (used left on floor).
Good location and friendly staff. But can only give two stars.

We took my elderly parents here for their 50th anniversary. And we had an awesome time. Staff is super friendly and helpful, even during busy times in high season. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was abundant and tasty (try the local products!). The location is perfect for strolling around Palma and in walking distance to nice restaurants and tapas places. And finally the rooftop bar and pool. Killer feature of this hotel. Enjoy a swim with a view and some cava sangria! 😃

Superb modern hotel. Very good location. Very good rooms. Very helpful staff who look very smart in their uniforms.
This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and we would return without hesitation.
Very good food at the 1962 restaurant next to the hotel. Superb landscaped grounds with pools and shade.

Wonderful recent stay at Saratoga. View over city from rooftop bar amazing. Helpful courteous staff, special shout out to Alba in reception who kindly gave us a lift to airport.
