The hotel is aimed at families including children: has a kitchenette where you can prepare meals for kids and also offers self-service Laundry. 800 metres away is the water Park. In the restaurant, meals were mostly cold to berly warm for breakfast, and eggs were under cooked bacon, which was small rashers, evening meal, there was very little variation, and we was charged 2 euros for a bottle of water the evening meal time was 16.30 - 21.30 as soon as the hotel became full of Spanish Pensioners things changed meal time became 19.00 - 22.00, meals were slightly warmer, bacon was now full rashers but no change in the eggs and now water was free as water coolers were installed and now wine became free
At the bar, I was next to be served no one else was waiting, but the lady walked the full length of the bar before returning to serve me same lady on Friday night at 22.50 she comes out and says the bar is closed but the young man told her he would serve me, after checking my information sheet it states the bar was open until 01.00. The other poor thing is the table. All I would say is a 4 star hotel with a 2 star restaurant the table and chairs would look better in a cafe or school canteen.

I stayed in the family suite of this hotel. Room was good however our stuff ( kids shirts , thermometer etc went missing from the room that we noticed after returning in the evening. I raised this with the front desk informing the missing bag also has medicines for my kid. I was told that to go to tmthe local pharmacy to get the medication.. Never had such an experience in any hotel :(

Following previous good stays,we decided to go back.
Nothing special.
No evening meals aloud on the last day,and the staff were no help to resolve the situation.we had to go out and pay for our meals.
No shower, washing or WC facilities for most of one of the days due to a technical situation flooded reception and foyer.
I understand that this was beyond their control,but to a paying customer there were no offers of recompense,i.e.an evening meal or something.
Very poor.

We stayed here for 2 weeks 20/08/2024-03/09/2924.
My opinion is the staff are very helpful and service overall extremely good. Location is good , pool is big but not very deep so adults can't dive in. Of course kid friendly but then what's the point of the 2 kids pools?
My opinion biggest problem with this hotel is the food quality. Cold beans and eggs for breakfast and evening meal many choices but either cold or under cooked. Needs sorting

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near the beach. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and what truly stood out was the staff's kindness, attentiveness, and promptness in addressing every need. The hotel offers a wide range of entertainment and activities for both children and adults, all organized by an amazing team who truly go above and beyond to ensure everyone has a great time. The restaurant was outstanding, with highly professional and incredibly friendly staff who contributed to a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, hospitality, and vibrant atmosphere.

We have stayed at Sol Guadalupe since Tuesday and it has been a pleasant stay. Nice pool never too crowded. The personale was nice and helpful. The rooms maybe a little outdated but it was not a big problem. The food was okay, but a kids menu would be nice. Great entertainment for both kids and adults. It was quite noisy, but the guards handled it. Sections for families with kids and sections for the young party people could be a thought to consider. But all in all a nice stay🌞

Stayed at hotel 10 times over the years but disappointingly this will be our last. The family friendly hotel we had really enjoyed is no longer. You are greeted by English yobs from start to finish. This isn’t just young people enjoying themselves, it is people who have been dragged up, destructive, rude, loud and threatening. Towels thrown into pool whilst you’re having lunch, parties and glasses being thrown from balconies at 4am. This hotel has lost its quality and shifted towards the wrong market. Very disappointing experience. 1-star is for the experience, the standard of hotel is insignificant when your experience is so poor.

Extremely disappointed to see how much this hotel has changed. Been coming here for years prior to covid. First time back this year and the word shocked is an understatement. I think this hotel needs to reconsider calling themselves family friendly as it is full of party goers. Prior to Covid we never had any issue with noise as the hotel was full of families however we had to complain nearly every night on our stay. We understand that Magaluf is a party place and that noise from the streets is out of our control but we weren’t expecting the amount of noise from people blasting music and shouting from 10-4am on their balconies. Although security responded asap, the noise would still continue. This hotel is now known to be the easiest hotel in Magaluf to be able to bring people back into the hotel after a night out. It’s blown up on tik tok and is recommended to young ones for this reason. This really put a dampener on our holiday due to the lack of sleep.

DO NOT stay at this hotel. My partner and i had the most horrific experience here and will never ever return. This hotel is full of young teenage party goers who have absolutely no respect for anyone else. My partner and i are a young couple who are absolutely disgusted in the behaviour of the other young guests. We were awoken multiple time throughout each night of our stay. We had them screaming throughout the hallways, having running races at 3am, banging on doors and walls, using megaphones, smoking and very clearly intoxicated by drugs and alcohol. The walls are incredibly thin, we could hear every single conversation from surrounding rooms and the hallway. On the last morning of our stay, we heard a big commotion outside of our room, plenty of screaming and crying. When we left our room we saw a massive puddle of blood covering the floor after a fight had broken out. There was no one cleaning it up or making sure we didn’t step in it. People were just standing around looking at it but no care in the world for the safety of their guests. I will never recommend anyone stay here. It was very traumatising

Been stopping at this hotel for the past 17yrs. Fab location, lovely & clean. Never had a problem....until now. Always stay half board as the food was lovely, always hot, always plenty of choice especially for my friend who is vegan. Definitely not this time. There's definitely been a change in the restaurant dept. It doesn't open now til 7pm, your starving by then! The food is COLD, my vegan friend had to warm her pasta & tom sauce in microwave as it was stone cold, something any guest shouldn't have to do. There's nowhere near the choices that they used to have. Always used to enjoy the cheeses after evening meal, they've now gone. Breakfast...Always had hash browns, now it's (cold) chips! Not sure if there's been a change of management or chefs but the restaurant has certainly gone down hill. There's a reason why there's a saying....if its not broke then don't fix it!! It wasn't broke before but it certainly is now!! I would have given this rating 5 stars but the restaurant needs sorting out. No one likes cold food!!!
