We had a great time staying in the hotel. The rooms and pool area were very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions. Having the restaurant next-door was very convenient and the closing the day with a drink on the terrace made our holiday that much better. The hotel is located in a neighbourhood which is a bit sketchy/industrial but there is a closed of parking area so this wasn't an issue. This also made the hotel easy to reach and well connected to the nearby highways. Great for exploring the areas around Malaga!

This hotel is very far from the city center and there's nothing within a walking distance - no restaurants, supermarkets etc, so it only works if you have a car. Other than that, the room was comfortable, the staff was great, really helpful. You can hear everything that's going on in the hallway, though.

We went here after a horrible Airbnb reservation. The hotel received us friendly. Our daughter was sick and the hotel helped us with whatever they could. Thank you for the amazing service!!! Rooms were not our style but perfect for a night. Thanks again! 🙏

Superb value, authentic Spanish hotel with an interesting design and convenient for the airport. The same price as the Campanile or the Holiday Inn but with much more character, space and better facilities.

Old fashioned hotel in an industrial estate on the wrong side of the airport. Booked this because of a morning flight without realising that the taxi ride to the airport isn’t very cheap at all. Should have booked a hotel on the beach front instead. The garden is nice but the rooms are tired and the bathrooms look like they haven’t been touched since the 1980s. Weird tempura mattresses on the bed. Have to say the positive reviews are a complete mystery to me, would not recommend this to anyone at current room rates.

Hotel Plaza del Castillo - Good room, good bed, tasty food, very friendly staff, very nice and large garden, everything like in the photos. Close to Malaga Airport. This is a nice hotel, located in the business district with warehouses and some factories around.

The room was very clean and just what you expect, but there was a continuous noise from the ventilation, which made it difficult to fall asleep.
We could opt for a buffet breakfast. The choice was ok, but some of the food wasn't good.

The room was clean but much smaller than the photos and quite noisy (you can here if someone is passing or talking in the hallway).
The staff at the reception was not very nice but maybe the girls were having a bad day. Keep in mind that the room is not ready until 3 pm.
IMPORTANT: the hotel is quite far from the city center or the beach. It's a great option for people who travel by car (parking lots in front) but if not, it's quite expensive to go everyday to the city center (30euros).

Located in an industrial type area, but quite suprising once you get to the hotel. It looks like a castle. Interior looks mostly like a castle, with some mixed in themes such as some classic cars. The centre of the hotel is a beautiful garden with some mixed theme statues. Pool area is great. Rooms are clean and comfortable and great.
