Great price for location and the room. I loved the big closet space and the light switches that control all lights right beside the bed. But I want a big fan of the strong perfume in the hallways. Also, some rooms don't have access to a window to the outside sunlight, so if you are someone that needs that to wake up, make sure to check or ask before booking. I personally don't and was fine, but others...
Not far from the centre just 12 min. Quiet room. On the bad side now, another time the booking.com review doesn't match the expectations. Not a fabulous for sure. Just a very good hotel, not value for money though. Very small room especially for a couple with a toddler. Inside view, bit depressing and no amenities even to make a coffee.
The receptionist were super nice suggesting us where to eat. Location top 5 minutes from the center very modern room
Smallish rooms, 70-style furniture. But impeccably clean, central location, and nice staff. No one parking but alignment with nearby public parking - at ES-standard price per 24h. All in all, a good value.
Decent hotel, conveniently located in the city center and a short walk from the central train station. Rooms were a bit small and a little old but were exceptionally clean. Would definitely stay here again.
We visited Malaga and stayed overnight before catching our plane in the morning. Astoria is well located close to the train station and near the pier. The room was clean and the price really good. The staff was very helpful and promptly solved our problem with our booking which did appear in their agoda system. Wi-Fi connectivity was also good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It's perfect if you just need a place to stop by at night. You'll have everything you need. I stayed here for 3 nights (from the 29th Jan to the 1st of Feb) and enjoyed my trip to Malaga, Spain. Although, I do feel a sense of guilt for my inability to string a sentence together in Spanish because of the fact that I'm in Spain and it's their official/local language. One of the staff members, a young...
The air-conditioning could have worked better and the shower water was hit and miss throughout our showers, but apart from that an excellent stay. Comfortable bed and great service. Close to some shops and food. 5mins from the airport, gas station close by. Quiet. Parking
Stayed overnight as we had a early flight, everywhere was spotless ,staff brilliant and the deputy manager was excellent very helpful.
Very good food at a reasonable price. The waiting staff are helpful and friendly. There were good vegetarian options.
Great attentive service by the young lady the night of our visit,we really appreciated her kindness, helpfulness and professionalism.
Great location very close to the airport. The installations are fabulous and clean, no complain at all. The only but was the breakfast buffet, where there was no sign of any green like salad, cucumber, etc.

Fantastic service , very nice and helpful staff perfect location. No noise in the night. the room was clean and comfortable with good aircon.
Very good 🙂 just the eggs 🥚 could had been improved with some chorizo or something hehehe but if not perfect
Fabulous modern hotel. Needs the rapid closure of their doors to bedrooms and corridor to be adjusted and quietened, as the constant slamming shut, operated the door closure mechanism is too fast, and shuddering. Lovely staff, lovely old town location. Enjoyed our stay.
Exceeded expectations for a very nice hotel in the center of Malaga. The room was clean and comfortable, and the team working at the hotel is very hospitable and does a great job. There is some noise, as with any central hotel, to be mindful of if sensitive to that. Would definitely stay here again.
A lovely small hotel in the city centre, everything you'd like to see is a short walk away, the streets surrounding are very lively, so you'll feel very safe there- only downside to this is that it can be loud at night... but just wear your Earphones and it will be fine! also the staff were extremely helpful and attentive!
Very central and great hotel. Very clean and very friendly. Breakfast good but cheaper and more authentic right around the corner x

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff warm and friendly. Mare and Laura went the extra mile to see to our needs. Breakfast very good. Rooms clean and beds comfy. Good location. Will definitely stay there again.
Nice hotel, rooms are very spaceous and good. The city is a bit further away, but the bus station is right outaide the hotel and also the airport is near
Great hotel experience. The staff is very friendly the room was very clean, plenty of parking spaces and they also have a pool!
It's relatively cheap to stay here but it's a bit far from Málaga's city centre. The included breakfast is basic, not much choice here but it's OK. Rooms are average, not the best maintained. The fridges were all old and not working which is a bummer. The wifi is weak and breaks constantly.
Nice and very clean hotel. It is a bit far from Malaga Center but very easy to reach next to the highway. Working people speaks English well and very kind. Breakfast is not very rich but good enough. Green apples next to the reseption desk are very delicious. Rooms are not very big but very clean. Bathrooms are new and clean. Worth your money. Thanks.
3 stars hotel good service standard breakfast and dinner fresh.beds are like 3 stars hotels. The pillow could be better changed to singel not a sausage as it is.clean and a good point with transportation to the city 30 min buss travel.

For a 3 star hotel, fantastic! Big rooms, big balconies with sea views, outdoor pool & hot tub, etc! This hotel is right on the beach 🏖️ & only a 5min to the heart of city centre! We used the hotel bikes to fly around the city going for meals, activities, etc. Great value considering location & amenities :)
Pretty good location, We had the wrong side of the hotel facing the mountains. No sea view. The room had alot of noise not sure where it came from. Bed was good, location superb. Small fridge and coffee machine (you can use your own Nespresso cups -supermarket is around the corner.
The breakfast is really good, the pool area as well, only the fence around for safety looks displaced. The personal is nice, the room was OK, it's nice to be close to the beach, on the other hand, it was also very loud because of the main road in the back. The only issue that was not solved during our stay was the stench from the sewer. This was really an issue 😕
Myself and my daughter had a great stay at this hotel. We enjoyed the plentiful breakfast and found all of the hotel staff to be friendly, approachable and helpful. The pool area is small but it was never an issue if you wanted a sun bed, maybe different in peak season though. Pool bar is good, as were the mojitos :) Our room was made daily and found the hotel to be generally clean and well kept. The...
Reception are treating you like a perfect stranger, it’s very disappointing to have such experience of a bad attitude and lack of flexibility for any kind of demand. Rooms are very good. Breakfast is also very good. Localization is close to the beach. If these 3 points weren’t nice I would put a 1 star just for the bad client consideration.
Lovely hotel - great rooms and amenities. The breakfast is delicious, but the cooked breakfast isn't hot! Please keep it under heating lamps! The pastries / sweet selection is freshly made and delicious. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The reception area needs to be improved though - there are no sofas or comfy waiting areas immediately near to the entrance for when you're waiting for others...

Old style hotel, great location and does the trick. I booked this place quite last minute and didn't expect much. The place you can tell is very old school and facility was a bit old too. However, the check in is extremely simple and swift, the staff were helpful, and the location is great to go out for tapas n see the center of Malaga. It is a good value for money during the peak season for sure...
Very nice rooms. Peaceful at night. Excellent location and close to everything you need. Very friendly staff and impeccable service. Will be back.
Perfect place for a stay in Malaga. The location is so convenient that you can drop in between visiting museums enjoying a meal or just enjoying the city. The rooms are comfortable with all you need minus the frills. This is the first hotel I call when visiting Malaga.
Fantastic location close to the main attractions - Marina, beach, centre, Park, Castle etc. Refurbished old hotel, retaining much of the old, giving it a quaint retro look. Spacious room and bathroom, loved the firm mattress on our bed. Only gripe is that the soundproofing is not great and since the corridors are marble floors and the rooms wooden flooring sound tends to travel. It echoes when people...

The hotel is quite tricky to walk too, easier at night when there is less traffic. Approx 20 mins walk. Taxi ride takes 5 minutes but expensive at 16 Euros. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean and relatively quiet. The food in the restaurant area is quite limited and pretty poor in quality. I had a chicken Ceasar Salad (pictured), I couldn't eat it! Stayed here a couple of times after getting a late flight into Malaga airport. Perfectly located for picking up a hire car in the morning. Staff have always been very friendly, no matter what time of day or night. Rooms are exceptionally clean with no noise of traffic/airport. The hotel bar is open until 01:30 :)
Easy access to the airport using the bus, about 3 stops. Hotel is typical of the chain. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and quiet. A bonus being able to eat simply after a late arrival. Breakfast had plenty of food and a good variety.
This is a great option for a hotel near the airport. The ride there is expensive for a short drive ($20 euros), but it's the only way to get to the hotel. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had nice options and we were glad to have it there as right after it, we went to the airport to catch our flight. The staff was friendly and helpful. For what it is (a chain hotel...
We were waiting for a flight from UK to pick up family and stopped for a meal. I regret to say it was completely inedible, my wife's pasta was cold, so they put it in a microwave to warm it up, it just dried it out. In general, a very nice hotel: well decorated, comfortable and silent. Minor thing was not having a dedicated table to do work.
Reception in the afternoon is not helpful, when I asked her for help to call my tour operator, because I can't speak Spanish, she said she is busy, dial the number and give me the phone. Great location. The staff is very nice, helpfull and friendly. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. We had a very pleasent stay, so I recommend this hotel to everybody.
This hotel is centrally located and a great jumping off point for the city centre. Be careful of the room selection however, we are in room 205 and the windows in the room face into the centre stairwell, the rest of the room was as expected and perfectly adequate, the breakfast was perfect.
As on my previous stays at the Atarazanas hotel Malaga the hotel is spotless and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing (the castle, cafes, beach and shops). The only downside on this stay was the breakfast. All hot dishes were lukewarm or just cold and the bread was dry and tasteless, hopefully a one off!.
The rooms are very beautiful and very well organized, also the view of the main street is so nice. The reception is also very friendly and helpful. I will for sure come here again!
Right "by the book"! If You're ever going to Malaga, this is the spot to check into. Right in the center of Malaga City, and everything within walking distance :-)
Excellent medium size hotel. Friendly staff. Very central ideal base for tourism and weekend city visit. Buffet breakfast available but many alternatives close by. Recommended!

This place was great value for location. Right behind the Bull ring and a short stroll to the port and the old town. The room was lovely and bright and spacious we had a little balcony but there is a lovely roof top terrace with a pool and sun loungers, it also had onsite parking for €15 a day. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Nice and simple hotel, very friendly staff. The hotel pool is minimal but really does the job. We were also allowed to stay at the pool after check out, which was really great.
A basic hotel. But very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location perfect near to beach and port
I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Eliseos. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is great and the rooftop view of the city is amazing.
Basic rooms at a low cost. Clean and well equipped , good shower, including fridge. Desk staff very helpful. Walking distance to many attractions. Parking in parking garage available for 15 EU.
The receptionist was so polite and helpful in booking in and parking the car. We also enjoyed the self service breakfast with plenty of choice, will definitely return.

Great hotel, we enjoyed staying there! Big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathroom was comfortable as well. It was quite quiet, Malaga center is perfectly in walking distance, there's a supermarket right in this building, cafes and a coworking space in super close proximity. Would recommend it!
Staff on reception are very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is Very well located to the central train station 150m away with a straight road into town. 10-15 mins walking to the harbour. No kettles in rooms Hot drinks available at reception @ 2€ Nice cafe bar 50m from hotel which is cheap and does nice food. Overall a very good place to stay close to town centre and reasonably priced.
Nice quiet hotel about 10 to 15 minutes from the historical center. It was pretty colorful and beach themed which we thought was nice. The room itself was very spacious and quiet as well. Really do not have anything negative to say about the hotel, we would recommend it!
staff are welcoming, we had a nice time staying at the hotel except 1 that the hotel may need to improve. we booked the room including breakfast but during our stay, we get the same menus every single breakfast. location of the hotel is close to the city centre, just few minutes walk to the tourist areas and to get the train to the airport.
Clean rooms, bright beach themed hotel. The staff is very kind. Well priced and walking distance from the town center. Irene (welcomed us back at 2 AM!) was very helpful and helped us with some complications with our reservation.

Fantastic hotel on edge of Malaga. Perfect location for the beach and port 2 minutes walk from the beach. 20 minutes walk from the port. 35 minutes walk from train station. It offered everything I wanted from a hotel. Great staff. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Clean bedrooms. Great value. Other guests were a little loud until midnight, but then quietened down.
I wanted something close to the beach and this is a walk away. The lobby and the small terrace at the entrance area are kind of cute, and very comfortable. I don't give it 5 because it doesn't have swimming pool... But who needs it if you have the beach close by!
Okay, this is a cute hotel with super friendly staff, very clean and cozy. I did find it however to be very noisy, especially once breakfast kicked off in the morning, it sounded like the kitchen was two meters from my pillow and plates were being tossed around non stop. I would imagine rooms above the ground floor would have to be quieter than ground floor, so when booking, seek a higher level floor
Superior price value, clean, and great staff. Breakfast crew fantastic. Hope to stay again soon. Highly recommended and a nice walking or convenient low cost bus ride to museums and high end restaurants. A must when in Malaga.

A well priced hotel right beside the old city. The old city provides a great example of European urban living.
Perfect hotel if you need a comfortable night and the best location with no need for a oceanview. (Because that would be a stone wall 50 cm away) Medium to good quality of the interior, big and comfortable bath. Best suited for one or two night visits.
Nice size room and clean + well situated. Could do with more info on the room though. Breakfast experience isn't the best as they take a long time to replenish and it isn't easy to get waitress attention.
Nice rooms but lacking in facilities. No information folders in rooms. No tea/coffee making facilities. Central for exploring Malaga. Reasonable prices

Nice hotel room, however the room constantly and even sometimes outside, just smells like sewage. The lowest the AC would go for was 19C. Hot tub is closed, one of the reasons why we came and we were not informed. The buffet breakfast is nice for its price €10pp, the rest not as much. Lastly, the location of the hotel is bad, besides a strip club, industrial zone kind of. The bus stop is a 6/8 minute...
The Pool was extremely dirty. No one takes care of it. Housekeeping is very loud at 9am. Barely no one speaks English. The casino bar is not as good as it looks. A big disappointment. Thank you to the young guy at reception for the late checkout. The restaurant is very expensive and the food is not so good. I would definitely not come back
Really great breakfast. Comfortable beds and clean rooms - not huge rooms but big enough. Loads of parking in and out. Close to airport in industrial area so not great for walking anywhere but loads of hookers round the back is that's your thing - don't know rates? No light switch beside the bed - it's the little things? Would stay here again.
A great hotel with modern rooms and fittings. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice with a good mix of hot and cold food with nice coffee. The room was clean and very modern with a large walk in shower. My only quibble is there are no bedside lights or switches/dimmers so it's either very bright or no lights and you have to get out of bed to turnoff the lights
The Hotel was fine for an overnight stay, clean and tidy, but one of the bed had a mattress that was leaning to one side, not a good nights sleep. I didn’t have any meals so can’t review them. Although not the hotels fault I felt it was noisy all night, I was in a front room and the traffic never stopped all night.
The hotel and the rooms are very nice, clean and modern. The person at the reception was very friendly. The hotel is located near the airport. If you want to visit the city a car is needed.

Great view from the room, it’s very quiet as it’s quite far from the city. Going up the hill to reach the Hotel is an experience :)
We stayed at the hotel from 1st to 6th October 2023. What a relaxing time. It felt like home away from home, the rooms were clean and comfortable totally loved the extra loft room in our room. For what we paid it was good value for money. The food was phenomenal and the staff very friendly. The location is at the top of a hill so definitely need a car but the views were so amazing especially at night
Booked a double bed room here in April. It is a very quiet neighbourhood with onsite parking space. The view from the room may not look exactly like what the booking websites show show you (those with a terrace). The room is generally slightly dated and if you are a shallow sleeper you may be able to hear people walking in the corridor or the water flush sound from room next door.
