Location is perfect. Service is a dream: friendly, fast, competent. Room amenities are many and of superior quality. 4 stars because the stone floor of the bathroom / shower is dangerous. The water overflows from the shower to the rest of the bathroom, I slipped, hurt and twisted my knee. Stayed four nights. We were given an upgrade from a standard to a superior room upon arrival. The room was really comfortable with 2 balconies looking onto the street below. Adorable place to stay with a family. I stayed here for two weeks with my son and my mother. A room view was fantastic! Each and every member of the staff was extremely helpful, pleasant and nice. Food was delicious. Wonderful Isabel not only kept our beautiful room clean and tidy every day, but also left her smile in our hearts forever! Perfect family hotel!

Good hotel and service, nice and clean big rooms and bathrooms but there is nothing around if you like to go out at night. I like this hotel because it's 5 minutes away from the airport and I rest there 1 night before heading by car around Andalousia.

The entrance was very beautiful however the inside is a different story when we got to the room the table was not clean and it was noticeable the hotel definitely needs some TLC as some things were rusty and broken but overall good. Breakfast was from good quality and tasted amazing. Service was fantastic, they thought about everything there and tried their best to make the stay a great experience for us. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was a small water leak caused by the air conditioning. While it was a minor inconvenience, everything else was perfect. I would still highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

After checking in I was upgraded to suite with ocean view as gold member of Marriott. Room wasn’t ready till 4:pm. Staff were amazing. Location is 10/10. Roof were great it’s get super busy at sunset. Will be back there for a longer stay. Thank you

A beautiful surprise awaited us at Check in. Very nice and helpful staff. Staff arranged everything we wished. A beautiful room with nice view and still clean. Breakfast can be better, more fresh vegetables expected for 25Eur. Excellent hotel location: 5 min walking on the beach through a beautiful promenade.

Stayed here last week. Booked a super double room. The bathroom was dirty. The decor is in need of a makeover. The hotel lacks the calibre of 4 star status. Overpriced & disappointed.

Excellent Hotel. Very good quality throughout, in particular liked the breakfast and views from balcony and 12th Floor roof. On one side views of Port, Cathedral and Alcazabra ( stunningly lit up at night ) and on the other right into the Bullring..very different !

Great hotel and very close to the beach ( 2 minutes). Staff is quite friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi and saunas on the last floor don't work due to pandemic measures.

Nice hotel on a good location. It is fairly close to the city centre with shops and parking around. Lobby is pretty good and generally has good staff. 2 areas that require improvement though - 1. Mattresses are quite bad as you could feel the springs in them which doesn’t let you sleep well. 2. The swimming pool has 1 changing room for men and women. I find this quite inappropriate.

Stayed for the weekend, the adapted room is big and have enough space to manoeuvre with my powerchair. The wheel in show is big and plenty of space to manoeuvre. I have to say the sink should be bigger, at least so you can have space for your toiletries. As a whhelchair user the shower flexible should be flexible not rigid. Good breakfast. Nice outdoor seating. To be a great breakfast you would need: A few more juice choices, pancakes, waffles. Location was nice related to the bus station. Pool was in shadow which was great for really sunny days. A 15-20 min. walk to SoHo and the old town. Missing showers by the pool/spa area.

My wife and I stayed here for a week. The room was very well taken care of. The hotel stay were very helpful and friendly with us. Break was GREAT with a lot of options. I plan on coming back to Malaga again next year and will be staying here again.

the rooms were good size and nice, however we found hair in the bath tub and the cups were dirty. the breakfast was super good however food didn’t taste very pleasing. the ambience and location is top and it’s fair for the price.

Location is good, one of the girls who did check in was polate, parking is in front of the hotel but we did not have a place so they told us to go to public one, also near. I did not like room and it is noisy during the morning.
