Beautiful hotel. Staff were very nice. Lots is amenities. We upgraded our room and it was very nice but the view was not as great as described in the description when we selected the room.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unique hotel. Yes, it's pricey, but it's worth it. Our room was fantastic and very spacey. Staff were all friendly and cheerful. Housekeeping including turn down service were extraordinary. Breakfast gets busy but is never crowded and there's enough staff around to serve. Restaurant experience was great and portions at lunch huge. Location and building can't be...
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Gran Miramar for our wedding. and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the hotel’s fantastic location, which allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area while providing a serene oasis to retreat to after a day of adventures. The staff were nothing short of exceptional. A special shout-out to Maria, who...
We've just had a fabulous 5 day break. The hotel was wonderful - attentive and very friendly staff, breakfasts were amazing - so much choice, lovely pool and plenty of poolside loungers and perfect location as we could just walk across the road to the beach and into town in 10 mins. Rooms were spacious and very clean with daily housekeeping and an evening turn down service with chocolates! We've been...
Excellent hotel. Outstanding staff. Everyone is super professional and friendly. Everyone does their job with a smile on their face. Special mention to the housekeeping staff. They come twice a day to clean the room and are super thorough. We stayed on the fifth floor and had a minor issue with the shower. The ceiling in the shower stall seems to leak whenever the shower head is turned on. That with...
Wonderful hotel located at seaside. 3 minutes by walking to the beach. Excellent kitchen in the restaurant. Delicious! I love to sit on terrace, enjoying lunch and the view. Last Sunday I was again there: but terrace with wonderful view was closed. I could go inside or downstairs at the pool restaurant……please open terrace again, then I will give 5 stars!!

This hotel was absolutely amazing. From beginning to end. The setting, rooms, bar, and pool area were all beautiful. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The cocktails were amazing- such care and attention at great prices. We had breakfast once which was great lots of food on offer and a lovely setting with great views across the city. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location was...
Location is perfect. Service is a dream: friendly, fast, competent. Room amenities are many and of superior quality. 4 stars because the stone floor of the bathroom / shower is dangerous. The water overflows from the shower to the rest of the bathroom, I slipped, hurt and twisted my knee. Suggest the management to put a notice such as: caution slippery stone when wet, or better isolate the shower.
I absolutely loved this hotel! We came to Malaga for a surgery for my daughter from Toronto. The staff knew our reason for our visit and were so accommodating. They helped us all the time with the language barrier when it came to medical appointments , arranging car services and helpful when dealing with the baby providing activities and patience. Loved this hotel ! The front desk staff were amazing...
Came here for drinks on a very rainy day . Very sophisticated, chic bar. Staff friendly. Atmosphere classy. Definitely come here again . Would love to stop as everywhere looked spotless clean . They had gone the extra mile with layout of plants , art work , lights . The toilets even looked different with the sink outside the toilets for all to wash. Prices are reasonable and a great location. The harbour...
This hotel is superbly located, less than 2 mins from marina and across the road from town centre- you can’t get lost! We went to the bar downstairs for drinks it was a large arty of 11 - the staff are amazing and extremely attentive- we were celebrating the eve of a 40th birthday- our waiter was superb we all received our drinks together and we received a complimentary piece of cake to share from...
I recently stayed at Only YOU Hotel Málaga and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The standout feature for me was the stunning terrace, which offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city and the harbor. It's the perfect spot to relax with a cocktail from the bar, especially during sunset – truly a magical experience. The room was another highlight. Spacious, modern, and impeccably clean...

The positives first. Wonderful staff! Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful, and you're always greeted upon entering the lobby. Great location. I'd say it's the perfect spot if you're visiting Málaga for the first time as most well-known spots are within walking distance and there's a bus stop about 1 minute on foot that links the hotel with Málaga's main railway station. There are also lots...
We absolutely loved the hotel. From the minute we were greeted by Inma at reception, to the time that we checked out, every interaction with the staff was a pleasure. They were super helpful and made us feel very welcomed. The hotel is very modern, cool and comfortable. It's also in a great location to explore the old town. We loved this place and we would definitely return. We 100% highly recommend...
Stayed four nights. We were given an upgrade from a standard to a superior room upon arrival. The room was really comfortable with 2 balconies looking onto the street below. The pool area is nice although can get busy with decking sections quite narrow. Staff very friendly and happy to help in every way to make your stay enjoyable. The location is perfect for the old town, attractions and beach.
Such a wonderful hotel. Superb breakfast with so much choice. Wonderfully looked after. Amazing room service. Lots of little gestures to demonstrate how much they look after guests. We also had dinner in the hotel. So lovely - fabulous service with very attentive staff and lovely food. A gastronomic delight. Would highly recommend.
It felt like an absolute treat staying in this hotel. The service was fantastic, from the reception to room service and bar staff. The room was wonderful and a private balcony was a real bonus. We celebrated our first wedding anniversary this weekend and we're surprised with a small bottle of cava and a piece of cake when we walked in to our room. The outdoor pool was great even though it rained when...

A wonderful old hotel full of Iberian charm. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Manuel at reception is a true gentleman, most of the staff are very good. Quiet and peaceful it’s nice to be 5 minutes drive or 20 minute walk to the centre. Enjoy!
One of the best hotels we have ever been to. It is decorated with taste, has beautiful views, rooms are great, and service was amazing (some of the best service we have ever seen in a hotel). Overall great.
We would like to thank everyone at this hotel for making one of the most important days of our lives truly unforgettable. The efforts and gestures of people we had never met before, in a city we had never seen, to make this moment perfect, were simply incredible.
Amazingly beautiful hotel, feels like staying in an alcazar. Very big choice for breakfast and everything plentiful, very fresh and tasty. Very comfy beds. Stuff extremely nice and helpful. Great place to stay during low season.
This hotel made us fall in love with Malaga. Fantastic place. Extremely welcoming and warm staff. Will go back again....
Loved every minute of our 5 day stay. Perfect location on a little hill outside of Malaga, secluded and tranquil, yet still on walking distance from the beach, some shops and restaurants. The architecture and design of the rooms and garden are magnificent. Great hotel. We were very impressed with the efficiency of the staff, cleanliness of the room and the public areas, quality of the food and service at the breakfast. We highly recommend the Barcelo Málaga and look forward to staying there again.
Great Hotel, Friendly Staff and very Welcoming. Rooms are excellently presented and Clean. Fantastic Location next to the train station and can get a taxi into the City Center or Marina for 6 Euros. Only 20 minutes in a taxi from Airport. Prices at the bar and the City as a whole are very reasonable. Great City break. Will be returning and booking in at this Hotel.
We were given a room with a door in between ours and another room. It was locked but the other room happened to have really loud guests and the door was absolutely not soundproof like advertised. We could hear their exact words and it did not feel like we paid for a private room at all. The rooftop is made to seem much larger in the photos than in reality. I will admit we came during a very peak period...
Friendliest most accommodating staff of any hotel I’ve stayed at! They are so wonderful! Food was great and the pool is a nice extra. Beds are extremely comfortable! Strong shower pressure and clean rooms.
Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, spacious and have huge comfortable beds. The breakfast has a huge range of cooked food and cereals, along with an omelette station. We enjoyed staying at this hotel. All the facilities I needed were there. The rooms were of a good size; the bathroom was nice. From our balcony we could see the sea in the distance. If you’re considering staying at this hotel, you may find it less than ideal. It seems that the ownership group prioritizes profit maximization over guest comfort, as investment in resources and standard amenities, such as breakfast, appears to be quite limited. During breakfast, only two or three waitstaff manage upwards of 40 tables, which makes service quite stretched. Food trays are only replenished...
The room is very hot. Apparently, the A/C doesn't work during the winter season, have to open the window which is very inconvenience since it's noisy outside and sometimes rain. The soap pump dispensers are very annoying since it pumps out very little amount at a time. Found some mold in the shower grout. The hair dryer was gross and looks like it melted at the tip. The walls are thin, can hear people...
Near train stn. Room is ok even though it’s a bit old. Hotel only has heater in Dec. To cool the room, u need to open the window and u may hear the traffic nearby.
İts in the central area. Transportation is good, also walking distance to the locations to have fun. Most important thing is being close to beaches 🏖️ There are options for rooms such as with terrace. Breakfast was good as well, but, the coffees in the room was terrible, it was not low cost even. Jacuzzi was not working, and the water in the shower was running very low.thanks for your support and services
The staff was incredibly professional. The home suites were amazing. I almost thought we had the wrong room at first due to how great the room was (it was the right room). One super minor thing was that the knives definitely need sharpening (super small thing).
4 star based on room quality, location, and breakfast which is great. Service meh for hotel, and the hotel as a whole is not the nicest, and what happen to the shower and water pressure? This is what you expect and absolutely nothing more. Location great but this is barely worth the money otherwise.

Great friendly staff super breakfast have been very kind after our travel problems. Great location by the sea, great views. Bus ride to city centre.
My parents had an excellent stay here. They really appreciated Alejando's help every day. They do not speak Spanish nor English well. Despite the language barrier, they communicated with Alejandro, who is an awesome waiter :)
Great place and service, located in a privileged beach area, and also close to a parc infected with mosquitoes. No worries, ask for a mosquito repellent plug-in at the reception desk and all good from there

Warmth greetings since first step into the hotel. Quick device was good and clear information. Al staff super active to help whatever you want. Breakfast is variety and comfy space to sit and start first meal of the day.
It’s a petty the management wouldn’t put the central air condition on because the room feels warm in the evening when I sleep unless I open the window and most of the time it’s loud outside. I don’t understand why the central air condition is on heating setting where the weather outside is getting warmer and I doubt that any room would need the heating option. Very modern clean hotel that is only a few minutes walk from the old town. Breakfast buffet is really great and lunch/dinner are also decent. Lovely hotel, only stayed one night so far but in a good location. Short walk to the old town and clean, inviting environment. *Edit* During our stay it was my Mum’s birthday, the hotel was very kind and left a cake in the room. What I will oddly point out that we liked about this hotel was that besides how fantastic the rooms were, we arrived very early to our hotel because of a late flight(2:30am) and we were greeted warmly by the receptionist who was very kind and helpful. I’m glad they lock the front entrance at night which made us feel safe during our stay
Great location. 15-20 min walking to the beach. Very close to city center. Our view was so nice, across the apartments. Room was not too spacious however enough for 2 people. Inside the building is so quiet and calm and euphotic. The personnel at reception are so kind and helpful.
Awesome hotel in great location, close to the city center and city beaches, very friendly stuff. Beds and mattresses are very comfy, rooms nice and clean, big enough. We just visited the lovely terrace which has an excellent view. The teas and cakes were also good, but the experience was somewhat spoiled by a member of staff serving who didn't seem to want us there. Had lunch with friends in the 3rd floor restaurant. It’s good staple Andalucian food in a pleasant setting. Service could have been better but it was busy. Children’s menu was the best in Malaga - lots of options for starter and main courses.

Good hotel and service, nice and clean big rooms and bathrooms but there is nothing around if you like to go out at night. I like this hotel because it's 5 minutes away from the airport and I rest there 1 night before heading by car around Andalousia.
The entrance was very beautiful however the inside is a different story when we got to the room the table was not clean and it was noticeable the hotel definitely needs some TLC as some things were rusty and broken but overall good. The restaurant is very good offers a variety of foods the gym and spa is good but it has a fees the swimming is stunning with amazing water there’s also a heated one overall...

Breakfast was from good quality and tasted amazing. Service was fantastic, they thought about everything there and tried their best to make the stay a great experience for us. Rooms are older but the beds are very comfortable and the sea view was beautiful. The hotel is right at the centre of Malaga, the best spot to stay at for everyone who wants to make a trip to Malaga and the sights there. Beach...
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was a small water leak caused by the air conditioning. While it was a minor inconvenience, everything else was perfect. I would still highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.
After checking in I was upgraded to suite with ocean view as gold member of Marriott. Room wasn’t ready till 4:pm. Staff were amazing. Location is 10/10. Roof were great it’s get super busy at sunset. Will be back there for a longer stay. Thank you
A beautiful surprise awaited us at Check in. Very nice and helpful staff. Staff arranged everything we wished. A beautiful room with nice view and still clean. Breakfast can be better, more fresh vegetables expected for 25Eur. Excellent hotel location: 5 min walking on the beach through a beautiful promenade.
If you're planning a trip to Malaga, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It's ideally located within walking distance of most major attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. What stood out to me was their commitment to service, there's always someone to greet you at the door and assist with the elevator, which is a rare find these days. I want to extend...
If you want to feel hotel "Schick" from 90s this place is for you. On a serious note it delivers clean rooms and good location. Don't expect miracles.

Staff friendly and helpful, room 705 very clean, great shower, wonderful view from balcony. Excellent breakfast too! Location perfect, 2nd visit.
Stayed here last week. Booked a super double room. The bathroom was dirty. The decor is in need of a makeover. The hotel lacks the calibre of 4 star status. Overpriced & disappointed.
Excellent Hotel. Very good quality throughout, in particular liked the breakfast and views from balcony and 12th Floor roof. On one side views of Port, Cathedral and Alcazabra ( stunningly lit up at night ) and on the other right into the Bullring..very different !
Great hotel and very close to the beach ( 2 minutes). Staff is quite friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi and saunas on the last floor don't work due to pandemic measures.
Nice hotel with a good location. The breakfast is good and the star were extremely helpful. The minus points would be the gym which is very outdated and extremely warm
Very good standard hotel. Not ideal for someone looking to spend most of their time at the hotel, that being said the rooms are always clean, the staff is very helpful and the location is prime. Food is also very good.

Very mixed reviews about this hotel. Overall, we stayed in 4 hotels in Spain throughout our holiday, all 4 stars, and this one was by far the most expensive and the lowest quality of experience. Positives: A lovely lady checking us out, great breakfast, perfect location and one of the wider parking garages. Room is nicely decorated besides the bathroom. Negatives: - Air conditioning was not working...
Nice hotel on a good location. It is fairly close to the city centre with shops and parking around. Lobby is pretty good and generally has good staff. 2 areas that require improvement though - 1. Mattresses are quite bad as you could feel the springs in them which doesn’t let you sleep well. 2. The swimming pool has 1 changing room for men and women. I find this quite inappropriate.
Stayed for the weekend, the adapted room is big and have enough space to manoeuvre with my powerchair. The wheel in show is big and plenty of space to manoeuvre. I have to say the sink should be bigger, at least so you can have space for your toiletries. As a whhelchair user the shower flexible should be flexible not rigid. It was a little difficult for me and i have full grip just imagine others with...
Good breakfast. Nice outdoor seating. To be a great breakfast you would need: A few more juice choices, pancakes, waffles. Location was nice related to the bus station. Pool was in shadow which was great for really sunny days. A 15-20 min. walk to SoHo and the old town. Missing showers by the pool/spa area.
My wife and I stayed here for a week. The room was very well taken care of. The hotel stay were very helpful and friendly with us. Break was GREAT with a lot of options. I plan on coming back to Malaga again next year and will be staying here again.
the rooms were good size and nice, however we found hair in the bath tub and the cups were dirty. the breakfast was super good however food didn’t taste very pleasing. the ambience and location is top and it’s fair for the price.

Good place. It was clean. Good location. Close to everything one might need and want to visit, also close to a train station.
I lost my cow so i couldnt sleep in my house because the atmosphere was so heavy,so i booked this hostel and it was really beautifull hostel and nice service with amazing atmosphere and breakfast :)
Location is good, one of the girls who did check in was polate, parking is in front of the hotel but we did not have a place so they told us to go to public one, also near. I did not like room and it is noisy during the morning.
Great location for exploring the city. Hotel is ok, but not extra charming. With a name “boutique” I would imagine something different. To me it was just an average place to stay, no good view out of the apartment, average furnishing and service. I was a bit disappointed that receptionist could not take care of sending my stamped postcards. I paid 65 eur for one night and when I wanted extend one more...
Fine hotel, clean room, modern bathroom, delicious breakfast buffet, quiet environment, very close to the city center and busses. Very friendly personnell. Parking optional.
