Not enough socket outlets, a 1970's design thing that needs upgrading to cover our proliferating electronic devices. Same with lack of USB 3 OR C, sockets. Simple replacement of existing sockets would help here. Breakfast & Dinner buffets were excellent, reception and housekeeping first rate. All in all, I'd return.

Totally amazing hotel! Staff were great (especially Pepe) and the rooms were clean and spacious. There were also very fun programs throughout the day. I highly recommend coming here if you like having a great time!

I always come to this hotel for the summer holidays and for the Christmas in Spain. The location is fantastic, it is very to the main station of Malaga. Right next to the train station, easy to walk. There is a TAPAS restaurant with a high Google rating downstairs. I personally tested that the food was not cooked before it was served. I was speechless. The service attitude of the hotel waiters was quite good and enthusiastic.

It's close to the train station, but well connected to the city center through bus and metro. The room is small but neat and clean. The problem is that it isn’t very well soundproofed. You can the water running when someone next room uses the tap.

Stayed four nights. We were given an upgrade from a standard to a superior room upon arrival. The room was really comfortable with 2 balconies looking onto the street below. The pool area is nice although can get busy with decking sections quite narrow. Staff very friendly and happy to help in every way to make your stay enjoyable. Extremely well situated with the historical centre in 13 minutes walking distance. The pool was not overcrowded and the service was very good. The walls were rather thin so you could hear the noise from the square outside but the terrace area allowed for a nice experience. We stayed at Holiday Inn Málaga for a night, very good location, close to the airport. Clean hotel, peaceful and good options for breakfast. The guy in the front office was kind and helpful. Played Parador old course on our annual trip to Spain. Overall view was that the course is in serious need of improvement especially to the fairways, lots of large bare patches around the greens which were unplayable.

The room was extremely small. They claimed it was for environmental reasons, but they didn't provide water or toothbrushes; you had to fetch water from the hallway yourself, which was ridiculous. There was no parking; you had to park in a nearby parking garage. The breakfast was appalling. It was relatively new.

For a 4 star hotel, it needs a lot of improvement. There were many flaws in the room. Room 337 had the toilet flush button stuck, the hotel heating was off, and they told us it was not possible to turn it on because it was in summer mode. I went on March 1st. Went to this hotel for a short stay..a fantastic hotel..very clean the rooms were spacious and cleaned everyday with fresh towels..the pool upstairs is a little Pool for dipping in and out when you get alittle hot.not for swimming.the hotel staff were very helpful.this hotel is a short walk to the centre of malaga say 10 mins.thier you will find a fantastic busy centre full of restaurants and...

The hotel is located about 2-3 minutes walk from the historic city centre, so it is perfectly located out of the busy crowds but near enough to walk into the centre quickly. The hotel staff are dedicated to good service and very friendly. The reception staff were lovely, and the roof bar staff are efficient and so welcoming. The room was great. I think we had an upgrade as I asked for twin beds...
