We were given a room with a door in between ours and another room. It was locked but the other room happened to have really loud guests and the door was absolutely not soundproof like advertised. The hotel is a little far from the city center, but the beach is just downstairs and across the road, and you can see the sea from the hotel window. It takes less than ten minutes to get to the airport by taxi. The room is clean and tidy, but a little small.

The stay has been very good and pleasant, the rooms facing Pacific street are quite noisy due to traffic.

The hotel is close to the sea, but it is separated by a road, so there is no invincible sea view, and there are no shops around. Basically, you can only use the restaurant attached to the hotel. The room is ok, but the traffic is very inconvenient, so you must use a taxi.

I always come to this hotel for the summer holidays and for the Christmas in Spain. The location is fantastic, it is very to the main station of Malaga. Right next to the train station, easy to walk. There is a TAPAS restaurant with a high Google rating downstairs. I personally tested that the food was not cooked before it was served. I was speechless. The service attitude of the hotel waiters was quite good and enthusiastic.

It's close to the train station, but well connected to the city center through bus and metro. The room is small but neat and clean. The problem is that it isn’t very well soundproofed. You can the water running when someone next room uses the tap.

It’s a petty the management wouldn’t put the central air condition on because the room feels warm in the evening when I sleep unless I open the window and most of the time it’s loud outside. What I will oddly point out that we liked about this hotel was that besides how fantastic the rooms were, we arrived very early to our hotel because of a late flight(2:30am) and we were greeted warmly by the receptionist who was very kind and helpful. I’m glad they lock the front entrance at night which made us feel safe during our stay

Had an good stay with my mom. The room was clean, spacious enough for two people, and very nicely decorated. It had small balconies if you need fresh air. Perfect location. Very close to the beach and there's a number of good restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. There's also a supermarket very close to the hotel. You can also use the very efficient and cheap (1.30 EUR) from the bus stop that's right outside the hotel into the centre of Malaga and the marina. We were allocated a ground floor room overlooking the pool. It was spacious and well maintained with what looked like a recently installed wet room. I wanted something close to the beach and this is a walk away. The lobby and the small terrace at the entrance area are kind of cute, and very comfortable. I don't give it 5 because it doesn't have swimming pool... But who needs it if you have the beach close by!

Okay, this is a cute hotel with super friendly staff, very clean and cozy. I did find it however to be very noisy, especially once breakfast kicked off in the morning, it sounded like the kitchen was two meters from my pillow and plates were being tossed around non stop. Location is perfect. Service is a dream: friendly, fast, competent. Room amenities are many and of superior quality. 4 stars because the stone floor of the bathroom / shower is dangerous. The water overflows from the shower to the rest of the bathroom, I slipped, hurt and twisted my knee. Suggest the management to put a notice such as: caution slippery stone when wet, or better isolate the shower.

I absolutely loved this hotel! We came to Malaga for a surgery for my daughter from Toronto. The staff knew our reason for our visit and were so accommodating. The hotel is very easy to reach from the airport by bus (bus going to malaga city is 0nly 5 mins journey to hotel stop then 6 min walk over walk bridge) to reach hotel if coming from airport...if stopping on way to airport from Malaga City, it is 2mins walk) taxi or Car would also be easy. There is only Burger King in vacinity other than hotel for something to eat but huge Carrefour and shopping centre...

Excellent hotel in a great location. The rooms are spotless, with nice big bedrooms that are tastefully decorated. The beds are very comfortable, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Great hotel, near all must see places in Málaga, great service, staff and excellent food as well. The room was comfortable and the super king bed was awesome!!! The Best all round hotel for location, atmosphere, staff, service

My family stayed here February 2022 on a B&B basis. The hotel is in a decent location 15 minutes walked to the town centre and close to the beach. Rooms were spot on and the quality of the breakfast was good. We would return to this hotel if we re-visit Malaga.

Nice hotel with a great location close to the old town and close to the harbour area. Spacy clean rooms and the staff is all very kind and helpful. Breakfast is served at the in-house cafe Julieta that offer a selection of freshly made and tasteful menus.
