Totally amazing hotel! Staff were great (especially Pepe) and the rooms were clean and spacious. There were also very fun programs throughout the day. I highly recommend coming here if you like having a great time!
The room doors, however, are a disaster because they have large gaps and there's no handle to open from the outside, so you can only close the door loudly. The pool doesn't open for swimming until 11:00 a
Not enough socket outlets, a 1970's design thing that needs upgrading to cover our proliferating electronic devices. Same with lack of USB 3 OR C, sockets. Simple replacement of existing sockets would help here
Easily the worst beds we've ever slept in at a hotel. The mattresses were so hard, the pillows flat and stiff. The pool was huge and nice enough. Can be hard to find seating and it gets really crowded
, making it impossible to swim before breakfast. Sunbeds, beach towels, and umbrellas are free and in good condition. There's a discreet sports program, a table tennis table, and a tennis and soccer field
The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent throughout. One of the best parts of the hotel is its great pool area and the range of activities available throughout the day

The on-site restaurant provided an array of delicious dining options, and we especially enjoyed the rooftop. The views were breathtaking, and the ambiance was perfect for celebrating our special occasion
The hotel had a stunning and impressive exterior, incredibly friendly staff, beautiful interiors, a warm welcome service, and a spacious, comfortable room. Everything about this hotel was excellent
The rooftop terrace provides breathtaking views of the Mediterranean coastline and the surrounding mountains. The spa facilities are world-class and the fine dining restaurant serves exceptional Mediterranean cuisine
Enjoying breakfast in a bright, sun-filled space made the experience even better
Excellent 4-night stay recently. Everything was dialed in so nicely. Location allows for a short walk to wonderful cafes and food. Views of the sea are incredible. Staff were exceptionally helpful
The moment you step through the grand entrance, you are transported to an era of unparalleled elegance with soaring marble columns, crystal chandeliers, and exquisite period furnishings

Nice hotel on harbour of Malaga. Close to everything. Great staff. No problems - only solutions. Pool/bar on topdeck with spectacular view.
I stayed at the AC Hotel Malaga Palacio and, overall, the experience was pleasant. The rooms are clean and well-organized, and the service provided by the staff was always courteous and attentive
Facilities: Very good, large room, complete facilities Hygiene: Cleaned every day Environment: Very good, the top floor restaurant has a great view, it is a good place to watch the sunset (as shown in the picture) Service: Very good A 100 euro deposit is required by credit card when checking in, which will be refunded after check-out
A particularly positive note is the breakfast served on the second floor: excellent quality, a wide selection, and a truly pleasant atmosphere. However, in my opinion, the hotel is in need of a general renovation
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The service was exceptional—staff members were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any request
It's right next to the church. The port is just across the road. The restaurant on the top floor has an unbeatable view. There are too few varieties for breakfast. The price-performance ratio is not high

I would like to say Thank you so much for the kind receptionists of Eurostars, especially for Mr. Mose helped us l lot since we coupd not speak Spanish at all. He was the greatest receptionist ever we met
I always come to this hotel for the summer holidays and for the Christmas in Spain. The location is fantastic, it is very to the main station of Malaga
However, towels were provided sparingly, almost as if they were being rationed. Perhaps my expectations were too high for a hotel in this category, but I personally would not choose to stay here again
I spent three perfect days in this hotel in Málaga. The staff is welcoming, attentive, A special thank you to Moises for his professionalism and kindness, which made my stay even more enjoyable
Stayed here for one night to catch up an early train departing from Malaga Maria Zambrano station. This hotel is great for that purpose as it only takes 2 mins walk if you could find the right exit (near platform 11)
It's close to the train station, but well connected to the city center through bus and metro. The room is small but neat and clean. The problem is that it isn’t very well soundproofed

The hotel is conveniently located to any tourist attraction. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The hotel staff are friendly and polite. The breakfast is rich with local flavors
The pool area is nice although can get busy with decking sections quite narrow. Staff very friendly and happy to help in every way to make your stay enjoyable
The shopping mall and Picasso Museum are very close, and there is also a Chinese restaurant
The hotel restaurant is also very good, with excellent food and service
I'd say it's the perfect spot if you're visiting Málaga for the first time as most well-known spots are within walking distance and there's a bus stop about 1 minute on foot that links the hotel with Málaga's main railway station
However, we booked a room with a balcony that was facing the backstreets and due to it being on the second floor, it was rather dark inside, which wouldn't be too much of an issue were there more lights

Warmth greetings since first step into the hotel. Quick device was good and clear information. Al staff super active to help whatever you want. Breakfast is variety and comfy space to sit and start first meal of the day.
I had a wonderful stay at NH Hotel Málaga. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located within walking distance of the harbor, shopping streets, and all the main attractions
Alex on reception greeted us with a very warm welcome and was super helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The chamber staff, bar staff and all staff throughout the hotel were faultless and we will return
Juan, Guest Relations was very helpful and managed to navigate the site for the theatre on our behalf and book us the tickets we wanted for the jazz concert. He was efficient, so helpful and friendly
His knowledge and hospitality really stood out and made a big difference in our trip. Highly recommend this hotel and if you stay here, definitely speak to Alex for the best tips about the city!
Alex in reception has given exceptional service. We arrived as my husband had just left hospital and Alex was so helpful and understanding of the issues we were having

We had bed and breakfast at the hotel, when we arrived we were given a welcome drink. Hotel is very modern and breakfast was lovely. The roof top pool and bar with a view was breathtaking - would definitely recommend!
An after-dinner stroll through the area offers both a dazzling night view of the city and an immersive experience of the local culture
We booked directly through the hotel which according to the website should come with certain benefits, however we didn't seem to receive any of these like a welcome drink, although we were able to check in early which we were grateful for
We didn't get any advice from the reception staff about the local area or a map (which we asked for later), there wasn't anything wrong with this, other than on all of our recent trips we have been welcomed with more information
Then, when we drove back to get our luggage, the waiter said we could park, but the police said we couldn't. Also, when I opened the door to my room, a large suitcase suddenly appeared inside, so I quickly changed rooms
Modern hotel with comfortable & very well equipped rooms. Every key area from a touristic point of view is within walking distance. Effective price range is around €280~320 per night. Will always be our first choice

The breakfast is good and the room is comfortable. However, the towels for the swimming pool on the 8th floor need to be picked up in the basement
I will admit we came during a very peak period however the pool was very small and there were a lot of children, allowing no room to swim
The hotel is very close to Malaga train station, right next door! Convenient transportation! There are electric kettles, disposable slippers, and long bathrobes! The facilities are very good! It's just that the front desk is crowded, there are many tourists, and the check-in is slow
Great Hotel, Friendly Staff and very Welcoming. Rooms are excellently presented and Clean. Fantastic Location next to the train station and can get a taxi into the City Center or Marina for 6 Euros
We were very impressed with the efficiency of the staff, cleanliness of the room and the public areas, quality of the food and service at the breakfast
Only 20 minutes in a taxi from Airport. Prices at the bar and the City as a whole are very reasonable. Will be returning and booking in at this Hotel

Airport hotel about a 30min walk from the main terminal - route not great on foot but would be fine in a taxi. Hotel well placed for off airport car hire places.
Nice hotel very close to the airport. Breakfast is included and it has enough quality. Croissants are awesome!
Great for a short airport stay
Good hotel but no shuttle from/to airport. Taxis are Very expensive for 5 mns drive. This is not acceptable. We will not stay there again
The customer service was outstanding—everyone was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the breakfast, which didn’t have many options. Other than that, everything was perfect. I can’t wait to come back again!

Also, in the restaurant you can find whatever you want, all kind of meals with very fresh food. If you want, you can play golf in a large field in a great conditions. It's close to center of Malaga (12-15 minutes by car)
Nice informal bar ( food and drinks) and great ( more formal ) restaurant. Parador del golf is the secret I’m Afraid to share - it’s that wonderful. Low key - beautiful - and accessible to so much
We booked the Parador for a week mid- September. Paradores are known for their understated luxury, spanish cuisine and exceptional service. Malaga Golf did not disappoint
With lots going on in the substantial courtyard garden which includes a fantastic circular swimming pool, you can sit and watch life passing by all day long
I love that so many guests are Spanish and we feel privileged to share something that’s not just ‘tourist’ even though we are tourists ourselves. It is in the airport flight path - but they didn’t bother us at all

Nice hotel, rooms are very spaceous and good. The city is a bit further away, but the bus station is right outaide the hotel and also the airport is near
Nice room, food, and service. Located 10 minutes from the city center, in a quiet area.
Great location near main highway exit and perfect for arr and dep. 24/7 checkin

My back pain relapsed and I told the front desk that they immediately helped to remove the soft mattress. Today we are going to take the train to Barcelona, and the medicine I brought needs to be refrigerated
Great hotel well located nice pool and spa facilities nice bar and restaurant in hotel friendly helpful staff
Nice facilities, close to the center and to the main long distance train station.
Very good hotel, 7-8 minutes walk from the train station and bus terminal, and there are many supermarkets around, about 500 meters walk. All the staff are very enthusiastic
There is a restaurant in the hotel which serves limited number of items. The buffet breakfast had a lot of options but they served the same items everyday
When I asked the waiter for breakfast, he brought it immediately

This a an absolute gem of a hotel. Very central to everything. 5 mins walk to see the Christmas lights, the centre, the port etc. Breakfast is a bit limited but good. Rooftop Bar is lovely. Great place to stay.
We spent four nights here in early November. The location is excellent, in the centre of Malaga on a guiet street. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. All of the hotel is clean with a pleasant smell
The rooftop bar was great to relax with a beer at the end of the day. The hotel is centrally located which was great for getting around, and is just a few minutes walk from the metro to the airport
Fabulous hotel in the Soho area of Malaga. Great location! Welcoming friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was limited but absolutely adequate, with enough variation
Lovely rooftop terrace! Would not hesitate to recommend and if ever we decide to arrange a long weekend in Malaga again, it will definitely be at the Mariposa Hotel!
Got train from airport to city centre station then a 5 minute walk. Lovely staff, nothing was too much trouble. Great location, short walk or taxi ride to port if you are going on a cruise as we were

4 stars for the location depends on what you want. It had a great view and some nice parkland around it but a steep hill from the old town to get you there from the old town so not suitable for all if walking.
We went there with 40 friends for dinner. In advance, we had arranged everything with the friendly staff and selected the menu. We were all seated together at one long table
The food was excellent, the wine very good, and the staff extremely friendly. We were able to enjoy an unforgettable evening there
We had a great meal with excellent service and a fantastic view over Malaga. The staff were so friendly yet extremely professional, they really made the evening for us
I have found the bed comfortable although the pillows are a little soft. The restaurant is always busy and as some have said the service can be a little inconsistent. However if you want fast food, go to a burger bar
Would definitely recommend this restaurant for a special evening

You really need to take a siesta so the from and back to the hotel is a pain and takes time
If there are some breakfast variations, it would be really much better staying.
The location of the hotel is good, but it is not convenient to drive by yourself. You need to contact the hotel in advance to get a pass to enter the area near the hotel
The hotel is quite difficult to find as it is located in a small side street. If travelling by car I suggest you head for the Estadio la Rosaleda and drive through from there which is fairly straightforward
The juices are from concentrate (it never ceases to amaze me that this happens even in better hotels in Spain, where you can walk outside and find oranges literally falling off trees), some of the bread has been hard, suggesting it is not fresh, and this morning after breakfast I watched incredulously as the waitress filled the three jars of cereal from the top (which means that the cereal at the bottom...

The beds were extremely uncomfortable - both mattress and pillows - undid 18 months of pilates on my back! Bathroom poorly designed: nowhere to hang a hand towel next to sink, walk-in shower wet the bathroom floor - even with mat down and shower head tilted downwards over drain! Wardrobe space is mean and not very accessible - doors would not stay open without holding them
While the building is dated and not in an optimal location, the rooms appear newly renovated and are nice. The air conditioning worked ok in august. The beds were a little on the harder side.
It's a bit far from the city center, but very close to the airport. Overall it's OK. It's still a good place to stay for business trips.
Simply enjoying the tranquility of our one-bedroom suite and the hotel's restaurant for breakfasts and a dinner was perfect. In all honesty, we were admittedly surprised by the quality of our dinner
glasses of Verdejo (of course) but Sea Bass and Cod with starters of onion rings and salads were all wonderful. The staff throughout the hotel was amazing. friendly, helpful and always professional

Great for chilling & reading a book in the morning, a pre dinner drink or a nightcap. There is a very small pool, with just a few sun beds around it. We hope to return to Malaga & the hotel
We had a fantastic time in Malaga so would def visit again but not this hotel I’m afraid. Pro’s - great location, comfy beds, nice staff in the bar/pool area and good cocktails
Breakfast was a good experience, plenty of choice for continental and to be fair, hot option was equally good, nice coffee to start the day. Would recommend the city sights seeing bus which can be paid for at reception
Cathedral & port/beach in walking distance for us. The hotel was constantly spotless, both our bedroom, and common areas. The breakfast was plentiful with good quality food. We loved the roof top bar area
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, which was recommended by a friend. The location was great, very convenient to the train station and the old town with its plethora of bars & restaurants and shops
Cons - there is a smell of drains in the bedrooms, reception staff not very friendly, bedrooms are a bit tired looking people hog the pool loungers all day and there are no signs anywhere

The views from the pool area both during the day and night were amazing. Will not hesitate to stay here again or recommend the hotel to family and friends
Maybe it’s just a cultural thing. With in mind I wanted a vacation that I could relax and hang out at the pool
And loved the design of the room, especially the bathroom. The only interesting and weird thing was the location of the toilet with no sink, so I had to go back, past the hall, bedroom to reach the bathroom sink
We were there during the festival so the whole area was busy but the staff went above and beyond at times, special mention to Diego, his knowledge of wine is extensive, and to Eduardo and the lovely hostess

Although she spoke little English she lent us her phone to speak to the police, printed off our boarding passes for us, gave us bottles of water and when we had to travel miles to the tourist police station with all of our things she gave us 5 euros out of her own pocket so we could get the bus
For that alone I cannot recommend this place enough! I really hope she finds this review and knows just how much her act of kindness meant to us. The room itself was huge, clean and in a great location
After having our phones and bank cards stolen on our last evening in Malaga we were completely stuck. The receptionist lady (Mariangeles?) went above and beyond to help us
Her kindness and generosity made an awful day much better and I cried with gratitude and hugged her
Perfect for our needs and if we return we shall most definitely be staying here again
