We were given a room with a door in between ours and another room. It was locked but the other room happened to have really loud guests and the door was absolutely not soundproof like advertised. We could hear their exact words and it did not feel like we paid for a private room at all. The rooftop is made to seem much larger in the photos than in reality. I will admit we came during a very peak period...
Friendliest most accommodating staff of any hotel I’ve stayed at! They are so wonderful! Food was great and the pool is a nice extra. Beds are extremely comfortable! Strong shower pressure and clean rooms.
Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, spacious and have huge comfortable beds. The breakfast has a huge range of cooked food and cereals, along with an omelette station. The hotel has a rooftop bar and pool which is a great place to chill out (or rather get sunburnt). Stayed here twice and the only slight downside is getting into the town but its only a few Euros and...
We enjoyed staying at this hotel. All the facilities I needed were there. The rooms were of a good size; the bathroom was nice. From our balcony we could see the sea in the distance. The hotel is located right next to the train station. It is a 20-25 minute walk from the center of the city. Breakfast was excellent.
Lovely hotel next to Málaga train station. Stayed here for 2 nights in February. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we arrived early for our room. Rooms and bar areas were spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good and had a great selection of fresh fruit, pastries, omelettes and drinks. Even some bubbly for a morning mimosa. Would stay here again
Wow! So glad we chose here. Stayed for a night before and after a villa break for my sisters wedding. On the final night our flight time the next day was very late but we were able to get extend our room til 6pm for a cost - so worth it as it gave us the full day exploring Malaga and a cool shower at the end. All staff very friendly and helpful. Bar area very relaxing and location is amazing. There...

İts in the central area. Transportation is good, also walking distance to the locations to have fun. Most important thing is being close to beaches 🏖️ There are options for rooms such as with terrace. Breakfast was good as well, but, the coffees in the room was terrible, it was not low cost even. Jacuzzi was not working, and the water in the shower was running very low.thanks for your support and services
The staff was incredibly professional. The home suites were amazing. I almost thought we had the wrong room at first due to how great the room was (it was the right room). One super minor thing was that the knives definitely need sharpening (super small thing).
4 star based on room quality, location, and breakfast which is great. Service meh for hotel, and the hotel as a whole is not the nicest, and what happen to the shower and water pressure? This is what you expect and absolutely nothing more. Location great but this is barely worth the money otherwise.
The hotel looks nice and the rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet has everything you need. The restaurant Oval serves only a small variety of dishes but are very delicious. The only downside is the location and lack of pool (or sporting facilities in general).
Very nice hotel. Staff is super friendly. Thanks for some good reccomendations and kind service from Sandra! Location is great, especially if you are arriving via train as it's a 2 minute walk from the main station. Can also access the airport very easily using the same station. 15-20 minute walk to the historic centre and 35-45 minute walk to the main beach.
For 1 night it’s a perfect stay. However you won’t be given basic hotel needs. Please be aware that you will need to bring your own bathroom necessities like: toothbrush + toothpaste, shower cap and even hand soap.

Stayed here a few times now. Comfortable rooms, small but clean. Had a balcony this time overlooking the church. Couldn't eat here as we had our dog with us.
Beautiful hotel, not far from main street near all bars/restaurants. Roof top pool a definite game changer here. Rooms very spacious 👍👌
Very good hotel. Nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Nice pool and gym. Walking distance to everything in Malaga. We had the suite. Recommended!! Big and really nice.
Great bed soft linen. Just sorry the breakfast is very average and the pool smells like urine. this should be emptied more regularly. And way too few sunbeds for the amount of people who visits the pool.
Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Cozy swimming pool with good beds. The restaurant looks good. We did not have dinner or breakfast but it looked very good.
A very good hotel in the center, I recommend it to everyone.

Great friendly staff super breakfast have been very kind after our travel problems. Great location by the sea, great views. Bus ride to city centre.
My parents had an excellent stay here. They really appreciated Alejando's help every day. They do not speak Spanish nor English well. Despite the language barrier, they communicated with Alejandro, who is an awesome waiter :)
Great place and service, located in a privileged beach area, and also close to a parc infected with mosquitoes. No worries, ask for a mosquito repellent plug-in at the reception desk and all good from there
Great Location near the sea (just cross the street) The center is arround 4 km away but easy to reach taxis stand is in front the hotel, a ride is aprox. 7 Euros to the Center. Breakfast is very tasty!
The rooM was lovely as was the bed Cleaned daily to really good standard and the chocolates every evening a treat Stayed breakfast and dinner Food was really nice Service and welcome awesome specially Asunción she was attentive as well as welcoming always a smile on her face It was my birthday while staying here and I had a cake and bottle of bubbly from the hotel. We had a great time at Soho Boutique Equitativa during our 4 nights stay. The hotel is centrally located with great views and friendly service. We were ugraded to a room with view (room 801) which was really nice and comfortable. Some things could be improved but will mention them going on, otherwise its a great stay. Pros: - Location, Location & Location. Couldn't be more perfect than this. Easy...
I had a room on the last floor. Absolutely stunning view. Very pleasant design. Perfect location. Delicious breakfast. Worth recommendation :)
The location of the hotel was perfect, with the street across leading directly to the Old Town. It was also very convenient for accessing bus, train, and airline routes, which was important for us as we were frequently changing cities during our vacation. We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to our room. However, even though we received the upgrade, the room was still quite small. I...
It was my first visit to Malaga, and the hotel's location couldn't have been better - right across from the historic city centre, Malaga Cathedral, and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and bars. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, but the room service was very disappointing...
Absolutely amazing hotel experience. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever experienced and both soft and hard pillows were a great touch. The location could not have been better, right at the heart of the city. You can see the hotel from everywhere in thr city which is really cool! With that in mind we were worried about noise but the soundproofing is really amazing and our room was totally...
We have been travelling for 3 weeks now (5 more to go) and this was one of the very best hotels we have stayed at period. AMAZING !!!! Not just the interior design but service, location etc etc etc

Good breakfast. Nice outdoor seating. To be a great breakfast you would need: A few more juice choices, pancakes, waffles. Location was nice related to the bus station. Pool was in shadow which was great for really sunny days. A 15-20 min. walk to SoHo and the old town. Missing showers by the pool/spa area.
My wife and I stayed here for a week. The room was very well taken care of. The hotel stay were very helpful and friendly with us. Break was GREAT with a lot of options. I plan on coming back to Malaga again next year and will be staying here again.
the rooms were good size and nice, however we found hair in the bath tub and the cups were dirty. the breakfast was super good however food didn’t taste very pleasing. the ambience and location is top and it’s fair for the price.
We stayed at the Ilunion Hotel in Malaga for two nights. Generally, the hotel was excellent with a fantastic location. It's within walking distance of all major attractions, shops, and the beach. However, due to the port location, the sea water cleanliness could be better. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean...
Excellent room and great location. Breakfast was marvellous. The one and only negative thing to mention, there was only one soup available with a pre-purchased dinner. Maybe not the hotels fault but at least one alternative would have been great. In general, nothing bad to say about this hotel.
Possibly the best accommodation in terms of services and personnel. From the great reception staff to the always kind housekeeping ladies, everyone was willing to help on any kind of request or question. The social character behind the hotel and the all-people accessibility measures taken from braille inscriptions in all needed areas, from the ramps and the spacious elevators to the very spacious and...

Excellent attention
Perfect
I went to the reception and asked for a piece of paper and a pen. Issued and recommended to take a coffee at the bar for two euros. everything is legitimate. Rescued - five points
Fantastic place, great facilities with a roof terrace and pool that rivals anything I've experienced before and great service. The only slight downside was the noise from all the surrounding rooms and the street 3 floor below, otherwise 5 stars
Professional and welcoming staff. Great location about 10 minutes walk to the centre of Malaga. Reasonably priced. Unfortunately it was too early in the season to use the roof top terrace bar and pool - maybe next time.
Nice and clean hotel with excellent service. The breakfast had a lot of choices, and I appreciated the fruits and vegetables a lot! A con was that the AC didn' t work at our room.

Good hotel and service, nice and clean big rooms and bathrooms but there is nothing around if you like to go out at night. I like this hotel because it's 5 minutes away from the airport and I rest there 1 night before heading by car around Andalousia.
The entrance was very beautiful however the inside is a different story when we got to the room the table was not clean and it was noticeable the hotel definitely needs some TLC as some things were rusty and broken but overall good. The restaurant is very good offers a variety of foods the gym and spa is good but it has a fees the swimming is stunning with amazing water there’s also a heated one overall...
Stayed here and although the hotel was mostly of great quality unfortunately it was quite some distance from Malaga town and beach area. I am giving this four stars because it is what it is. The pool was a bit too cold and the breakfast was good but not excellent. The beach is right next to the hotel and is a welcome addition to the facilities. The parking facilities are fantastic and free for most of the year. (Summer and peak season attracts a daily parking charge). Overall a pleasant stay.

This hotel is very far from the city center and there's nothing within a walking distance - no restaurants, supermarkets etc, so it only works if you have a car. We had a great time staying in the hotel. The rooms and pool area were very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions. We went here after a horrible Airbnb reservation. The hotel received us friendly. Our daughter was sick and the hotel helped us with whatever they could. Thank you for the amazing service!!! Rooms were not our style but perfect for a night. Thanks again! 🙏
Superb value, authentic Spanish hotel with an interesting design and convenient for the airport. The same price as the Campanile or the Holiday Inn but with much more character, space and better facilities.
Hotel Plaza del Castillo - Good room, good bed, tasty food, very friendly staff, very nice and large garden, everything like in the photos. Close to Malaga Airport. This is a nice hotel, located in the business district with warehouses and some factories around.
The room was very clean and just what you expect, but there was a continuous noise from the ventilation, which made it difficult to fall asleep. We could opt for a buffet breakfast. The choice was ok, but some of the food wasn't good.

Wonderful resort, with spacious rooms, and lots if privacy around the resort. Right by the beach, and rooms lead straight onto the green are with sun chairs and pool. Will return next year.
A lovely place located right by the Mediterranean! Rooms are very nice, all with balconies with views of the Mediterranean, a lovely pool and or the golf course. The breakfast buffet is a highlight! Parking is no problem, service is generally very good.
Great Hotel, easy to reach as close to the airport. Stayed for a night after a late arrival and everything from check-in to checkout next day went smooth. Free, covered parking.
Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. ….comfortable bed…. lovely terrace overlooking the pool. Asked for kettle and came straight away. Good room service. Good receptionist. Very helpful indeed.
Review updated after visit in Nov 2021. Although an enjoyable round this course has either went down hill since last visit or not kept up with the quality of surrounding courses. Lots of bare fairways and total disorganisation from pro shop/starter. Certainly not upto the quality of a few years ago when we first visited
We always enjoy playing here but the buggies need updating..... Played with Pro golfer...... No bar open at the end of the round which was disappointing

Location is good, one of the girls who did check in was polate, parking is in front of the hotel but we did not have a place so they told us to go to public one, also near. I did not like room and it is noisy during the morning.
Great location for exploring the city. Hotel is ok, but not extra charming. With a name “boutique” I would imagine something different. Great reception and service. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated and fresh. Bed and pillows super comfortable. Excellent location and great views from the roof top bar. Totally recommend
Such a beautiful hotel. Fantastic staff. Great room services. Brilliant that they have a pool on the roof. And bar there also. Have only great things to say. Highly recommend this hotel one of the European gems if you like travelling around Europe.
This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Definitely worth paying the extra for the port view. Having the breakfast is very convenient but there are many bars and cafes nearby. All the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The covid safety measures were adhered to at all times and we felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again

Absolutely loved this hotel! It was very central and literally opposite the main strip that Semana Santa parade was being held. The people at this hotel seriously rock in terms of customer service and friendliness. The room was perfect both for the view and comfort. Breakfast was actually really good, but the location of this hotel can't be beat. My new favorite hotel in Malaga.
The location of the hotel is good. The cleanliness of the rooms could be better. The mirrors were badly cleaned, there was a dirty bedside table next to the bed, the remains of a drink, the sink was dirty, with yellow deposits. The beds and bedding are comfortable. During my stay at the Soho Hotel Equitativa in Malaga, I appreciated the prime location and the quality of the breakfast. A lovely hotel with views over the bay. Staff friendly. Food is very good in the restaurant but beware the portions are big.
The location is beautiful, perched atop the city with wonderful views! The hotel offers good quality accommodations, amenities and meals. This Parador just doesn't quite live up to its potential. It's beautifully situated up on a hilltop overlooking the city of Malaga and the port and coast - and the building itself has great potential, but the Parador is showing its age a little and the service is a little unpredictable. What I will oddly point out that we liked about this hotel was that besides how fantastic the rooms were, we arrived very early to our hotel because of a late flight(2:30am) and we were greeted warmly by the receptionist who was very kind and helpful. Great location. 15-20 min walking to the beach. Very close to city center. Our view was so nice, across the apartments. Room was not too spacious however enough for 2 people. Inside the building is so quiet and calm and euphotic. The personnel at reception are so kind and helpful.
Awesome hotel in great location, close to the city center and city beaches, very friendly stuff. Beds and mattresses are very comfy, rooms nice and clean, big enough.
