The hotel is directly at the beach, beautiful vieuw. They have a parking nearby and the boulevard is in walking distance. Breakfast is good, staff is friendly. The hotel is very noisy, you hear the street, you hear the other gasts and if somebody flushes the toilet it feels like its in your own bathroom. Just make sure to bring earplugs :)

Went to try the rooftop bar. Finding it was a task. The first time we used a lift that took us to a floor of bedrooms. The second time we walked along a dark corridor stacked with slabs of drinks cans, found what looked like a service lift that took us to a lovely rooftop area that was almost deserted. I wonder why?!? What a wasted resource for this hotel.

Rooms are a bit outdated, but the hotel has a certain charm about it. The staff is lovely and very helpful. They have a parking garage, and there is a spot for charging an electric car if you have a cord that plugs into the wall. The view from the room we had was incredible. We cannot wait to go back! The hotel is accessible friendly, I walk with a cane, and I had no problems navigating the hotel. One downside is you cannot watch any sporting games in the hotel bar because the TV is only used for playing music.

The rooms are...not good. You can hear everything as if it's coming from your own room. Good luck trying to sleep as people walk by your room, or the connected room next door simply walks around in their room. There was no soundproofing at all, and between the noise from the street and noise from inside, I'd say we only had quiet from 3-7 am.
We also couldn't use the washroom for a few hours after my partner took a shower and it flooded the rest of the bathroom.

Although the Marina is not officially rated a five-star hotel, it is a lovely place to stay, with super staff, gorgeous breakfasts, spotlessly clean comfortable rooms, and very effective air con. Of course, the free wifi works correctly throughout the hotel. The hotel is wheelchair accessible, as is a lot of the town. It is perfectly situated directly opposite a super, family safe beach. And there is a pool on the roof too. All that is at a very reasonable price. What's not to love?

Lovely hotel, staff exceedingly friendly and helpful. Clean and bright, all facilities available - the roof top swimming pool is a special delight.

Nice dog friendly beachfront hotel right at the center of Roses. Breakfast includes gluten free options.

We visited 3 times already. The rooms are clean and installations new. We enjoyed the views of the beach from our balcony just in front of the beach and close to the city center. I will return. Nice staff and good breakfast. Internet connection is vital for us, so enjoy it! it's FREE :)

Nice hotel, great location, friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast in the mornings was good, but lacked protein options. Pool and bar service were great.
