Wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. We got stuck in the lift managed to pull doors open went to reception and they had no idea we was in the lift. No Alarm for the lift. Didn't care what so ever.
The food they offer is very poor. The rooms are ok not the best the pool could do with a good clean. We eneded up going the Aqua marina hotel to use their pool and spa for €10 a day. The location is good next to some bars we went the Kings bar for breakfast and evening meals as the meals was poor in the hotel. Good drop off location for your coaches. Santa susanna is a place for your quick break aways nothing like benidorm or turkey marmaris ect. No major entertainment!

Terrible restaurant, breakfast always the same, waitress are always MAD behave like working at prison. When you look for quiet place go where else not here because here playing Party and loud music to late night.

The hotel has very poor service, terrible treatment of guests with all inclusive, terrible alcohol diluted with water, all bartenders are so rude that you will not feel welcome here. I have never met such a bad attitude towards guests anywhere (I have been to many countries), it is very noisy in the room, there is no soundproofing, it is impossible to sleep. . Be prepared that your ALL IN ends at 8 o'clock in the evening. If I could change something, I would never stay here. I do not recommend to anyone.

I was looking for some where that did paella, menu pictures looked good . Was a bit sceptical as there was only a few people în the outside eating area but you never can tell ordered a șea food paella and 2 Chicken pizzas. One of the Chicken pizzas was cold , Sent back and they reheated it . The Paella came out, half the ingredients missing ,below average. I wouldnt recomend this Hotel for the food.

It's ok hotel. The food was good though. They have a sign outside advertising a 3 course meal for 16 euros, but when you go inside, the waiter tells you that they don't offer that deal. In my opinion, they're misleading people and I'm not up for it. On the positive side the service was adequate, friendly staff and clean facilities.

The location near the beach is good and the rooms are nice with a big fresh bathroom. The food is OK. A big drawback is the cacophony of loud music coming from both this and all other hotels nearby until midnight. It's really loud. Also it's annoying that everything is extra charge. If you want to use the fridge in the room, it's extra charge, WiFi is extra charge. When you have included meals you still have to pay extra for water and you have to pay cash (can't even put it on the room).

We went there because we know the group Dcovers plays live music there almost every night. They are really good.

The rooms are normal.The walls are thin.Air conditioning is weak.If you take the side of the pool until about 1-2 nights you will hear the droning of pensioners - the music,their laughter in the night.The food is scarce.Tanning on a sunbed can to 13, and then the sun goes away. Pool for walruses and is a mockery. Circle bathe and here I look into the water.
