Fun active hotel with good animation. Located right at the beach. Here rests a lot of young people and families with children. The railway, which passes behind the hotel, allows you to travel to the cities of Catalonia. While the hotel has no rooms overlooking the railway, and it does not interfere with rest. Good ratio price-quality.

in the morning and evening. There was a variety of juice, teas and coffees in the morning but you had to buy your drinks for dinner. I didn't attend any of the shows so I can't comment on these. All in all it was ok.
BUT…
The service we got have from the manager of the small restaurant outside by the pool, named Ernest has been humiliating. We came the day before and had pizza (which tasted like a shoe) a couple of drinks and that’s it. The waiter said his shift ends in a minute so he is rushing to close. He brought the machine, we were sitting there for another 30 min or so, and left.
The day after we came back. Ernest had a whole mafia street vibe, accused us for not paying yesterday. He had 16 bucks from last night that aren’t closed. The whole thing turned to a drama. We were going through many charges from the hotel as he is pushing his nose in our phone, being rude, not listening and just being horrible and aggressive.
Truth is Ernest, the mess you manage your restaurant is not the clients problem. Even if the waiter left a bill unpaid and left, it is not the clients problem. We won’t be back and I hope this bad review will lose your business more than the 16$ you damaged out of us like criminals.
For save in the room, we must pay Extra, not much, but I prefer to make it automatically with the room price.
Parking: was full, so we parked in 5 minutes walk away from the hotel and for free.
I think this hotel is the best in the area.
For family with kids is ideal.
Overall, I think 4/5 is fair. It's just missing that love and pride but again, that comes from the hospitality issue in Spain.
Lots of facilities for children including a children’s pool with features.
