Fun active hotel with good animation. Located right at the beach. Here rests a lot of young people and families with children. The railway, which passes behind the hotel, allows you to travel to the cities of Catalonia. While the hotel has no rooms overlooking the railway, and it does not interfere with rest. Very near the sea and that's where it ends. Rooms very okay,but nothing too special. If you want to do any work in your room, you are out of luck because table and chair are uncomfortable. Everything in the hotel looks kinda old. The dining experience is a mess. There's not enough tables and it's very crowded. It's very uncomfortable, because you have to sit very close to other people. It's also hard to get to food, because the space between tables is very narrow and often blocked by people. You also have to fight for food, because the buffet is very crowded. Food choice is also bad and very limited. We've had much better food in other hotels for lower price. Staff is friendly though. And the pool is clean.

The hotel is okay. Good for families. The buffet is also okay and the pool is very nice. The bands they have in the evening outside are really nice.

BUT…
The service we got have from the manager of the small restaurant outside by the pool, named Ernest has been humiliating. We came the day before and had pizza (which tasted like a shoe) a couple of drinks and that’s it. The waiter said his shift ends in a minute so he is rushing to close. He brought the machine, we were sitting there for another 30 min or so, and left.

The day after we came back. Ernest had a whole mafia street vibe, accused us for not paying yesterday. He had 16 bucks from last night that aren’t closed. The whole thing turned to a drama. We were going through many charges from the hotel as he is pushing his nose in our phone, being rude, not listening and just being horrible and aggressive.

Truth is Ernest, the mess you manage your restaurant is not the clients problem. Even if the waiter left a bill unpaid and left, it is not the clients problem. We won’t be back and I hope this bad review will lose your business more than the 16$ you damaged out of us like criminals.

Operator who sells water for money by paying ultra-everything price! While there are many restaurant areas, we waited in line for half an hour for each meal as they opened in one place. People suffered to avoid missing two water coins. You pay 10€ for a cocktail, but there is no alcohol in it, only fruit juice.! There is no kettle in the rooms. Don't even drink coffee in your room, they literally told you to come and drink it with money from me. Sunbeds are insufficient. If you don't go early, you are in the open and there is no remedy offered. The walking areas were not maintained and children were constantly tripping and falling. There is much more to write, in short, I definitely do not recommend it.

The location is very nice, and the service was top, breakfast also good and various flavors.
For save in the room, we must pay Extra, not much, but I prefer to make it automatically with the room price.
Parking: was full, so we parked in 5 minutes walk away from the hotel and for free.
I think this hotel is the best in the area.
For family with kids is ideal.

It's a nice hotel, apparently the nicest in the area which I can believe, based on other restaurant and utilities. Parking is an issue. Most of the staff are nice and really care, but a few of the young people look as if they don't want to be there and haven't been trained. Typical in Spanish hospitality. We have been here a week and they have amazing activities for kids and adults. The pool is clean considering the high number of guests, but we are here in peak season so it's full. Loads of deckchairs but you do have culture clashes when fighting for spots and not everyone respects the hotel policy of towels for 1 hour.

Overall, I think 4/5 is fair. It's just missing that love and pride but again, that comes from the hospitality issue in Spain.

This is a nice hotel, the rooms are superb, nicely sized, good decor and great views if you choose pool/ sea view. Touching distance and easy access to the beach where there is a few lovely bars/ restaurants. I have stayed here twice and the breakfast wasn’t as varied as it was last year, we also paid for the dinner buffet, which agin wasn’t as good as last year, not such a good variety etc, however still ok. The pool gets lots of sun, aim for the beds near the beach.
Lots of facilities for children including a children’s pool with features.

fantastic location next to a beautiful beach. lots of shops and restaurants nearby. hotel very clean. large selection of food. the hotel staff was very nice, especially the bar guys, they did a great job.

Amazing hotel, great staff, lovely location, we will definitely return. Only fault is the expensive €70 to keep the room for a late check out.

Literally beach front hotel in Santa susanna. They said they don't have AC during winter to May. Better turn off the AC if you don't want hot air at night. I need to close the balcony door because of the neighbours cigarette smoke and noisy crowd down stairs. Food is basic and OK

The only thing 4-star about this hotel is its location next to the beach. It's a very old, very noisy building, you can hear guests walking,talking in the corridors from miles away. Staff seems friendly but not interested, a request for an extra waterglass in our room (family of 3) was apparently too much trouble. Breakfast was crappy, people queing up in lines of 10 for lousy coffee-machines, almost broke my teeth on the bacon, not much fresh food. And if you don't want your valuables to be stolen you can pay for the safe in your room, like protection money. All-in-all a once-but-never-again experience.
