Worse hotel I have ever been! Staff are rude and tell you they can’t speak English after speaking English to you! Can’t get a drink without a ticket and if you lose you ticket then it’s €5 after paying for all inclusive! Far too many children in the pool it was unsafe. Worse entertainment I have EVER seen!

Absolutely horrendous holiday! We had stones and ice thrown at us from the upper balconies, when we complained, nothing was done. My sister had her bag stolen from around the pool, all her diabetes medication, phone cards, everything, gone. It took 3 days to try and sort out. The manager was really unhelpful and rude, as he said he would help and then two days later said we lied about it! Also all the food (all inclusive) was freezing cold, we ended up having to eat out most nights!

Went with my family 5a 2c. What can I say so dissapointed. We were here 2 years ago and loved it, but this time BIG CHANGES. Had booked all inclusive but then was told I hadnt so was charged €1200 saying I was only B&B so paid it as i didnt want to start our holiday on a low. Food was the same every day got so bored of eating pasta. Rooms are basic but clean beds comfy. Although small for 3 adults. Too many rules it's like being at school. The restaurant is like a school canteen very basic. The kids pool opens at 1030am so have to wait till they open gates then closes at 530pm . Typically the kids don't want to stop playing and had tantrums over it.No inflatables allowed in kids pool !!! Not even a baby float for a 6month old baby..Can't get a drink unless you purchase a cup from reception at €5each. This you have to hand back in for a token or keep to next day!!! RIDICULOUS ..only get your money back if you have the tokens AND the ticket they give you when you arrive. No first aid personnel on the premises (which it advertises) a lady had a bad fall down the concrete steps ,knocked unconscious bleeding head and leg and very badly swollen knee .Guests were the only people who helped her. When reception was told about it, the receptionist had to come out to see if the lady injured qualified for an ambulance. Please re -think about this hotel we will never be back.

Worst place I ever stayed. Rude staff. Bedsheets were not changed. Box room for 5 person. No tea/coffee maker. €20 deposit for a kettle. €5 deposit for plastic cup. 2 double beds 1 single bed for a family of 5. Children had to sleep in a double bed, not good for teenagers!!!. Barely able to walk around room. Very badly and cheaply ran. Nightclubs outside hotel very noisy not ideal for children. Evening shows were too late for kids and awful, no talent. No fun. Tiny balcony with nowhere to hang wet clothes. No coffee or drinks bar open inside only poolside. The food is not fresh it's stacked on heated plates left there all day, fries were like rocks. Breakfast was always cold even at 8am when it's open. Very disappointed for what this place costs. Definitely not a 4star. Do not waste your money.

This hotel is more like a 2 star. The only saving grace was the splash park for the kids. Even then it doesn’t open until 10:30 so you’re having to wait around in the morning. The alcohol is very watered down and you have to buy a cup from reception for 5 euros that you have to refill so only one small drink at a time and big queues as only 1 member of staff serving a lot of the time. The food is mostly cold but I would say edible. Only one person serving drinks in the food hall so to avoid queuing for ages your only options really are water or watery juice. A few of the young bar staff were friendly but the rest were rude, especially the reception staff. The rooms were quite dirty and our sheets were never changed the entire stay, just turned around (I know this because of a food mark we made on the first day). The manager doesn’t speak English so we had to use Google translate to complain on the last day. Also someone had their bag stolen from around the pool, although there is security and cameras. The entertainment is absolutely terrible. No kids club either just a mini disco in the evening. Overall I would avoid this hotel unless you like dirty floors, queuing and drinking water.

We had to wait 1h for a check in at 2am with a kid as the reception was so slow.Our friends had a completely dirty room and weren't offer swap over and swept on the floor in other friends room after a long day of trip. The room was specious enough but very dirty floor and smelly bathroom for the whole stay(odour from the sewage).Very poorly cleaned if any(never changed a bed shirts for a 10 days stay,never swiped a floor). The view from the balcony was great.The same food every single day(very boring) good variety of salads but defrosted and overcooked or not cooked fishes and meat with not flavour. Be aware or pay a local taxes(catalonia region-extra charge) Pay a deposit 20€ for each beach towels kettle etc..Great swimming pool and slides for a kids(only one warm enough)very slippy(my kid get injured few times)be careful or buy a special swimming shoes). Malgret the Mar very quiet non touristic place in comparisment to the other places as Blanes or Lloret the Mar.Plenty free parking spaces for a car to park.Not great places as a base for a exploring the Costa Brava.Evening entertainment nearly do not exist.Mini club for a kids it is a table and chairs in the corner of the big sending gaming machines. Incedibly Dirty swimming toilet(not cleaned over day) with usually no toilet paper. Bed in the room very soft with artificial hard pillows.Bed units broker and fixed with a nails. I scratched myself hadly as a veneer is coming of the the wood. Air con quiet.The farmacy 2 min away.The shops very close.Only water from the tap with a meal(full board)no even coffee or juice unless you are all inclusive(coffee only morning for a full board).3 stars hotel definitely not 4 stars. One foam party for a kids-great. Waterpark open to 5.30 PM Small shallow swimming pool open up to 9pm Breakfast open 8am to 10am.They asking about leaving at 10 Lunch 1pm-2.30pm dinner 7pm so a long time with no meal for a full boards.Not even coffee.

We came here on the 7th may for 1 week are kids first holiday on a plane was very disappointing the kids entertainment was non existent at the least they didn't play zero music inside or outside , the food was cold the snack bar was left over food from breakfast the staff were rude and not polite , the bar shut for like 3 hours a day they say there on lunch but in a hotel couldn't someone else take over if you pay for all inclusive the bar should be open , I would avoid this place at all costs and I seen alot more people complaining when there
