Stayed here for a night whilst on the Camino. Good place to have break for a day or so before resuming the walk again. The location to the bars/restaurants was great with a good selection. Checked out the are museum on the way to the hotel. Room was comfortable and breakfast had a good selection.

Friendly, nice and clean with an excellent breakfast and service. Everyone of the staff were accomodating and we were all very well taken care of and comfortable.

Excellent proximity to the bus station! Was staying here and got off the bus, and by luck, our hotel was right in front!

Stayed here with my wife and loved the green ratings for an eco hotel and the efforts they were making. It’s important to celebrate hotels that see value in being eco friendly. The breakfast was good - not over the not nor too skimpy. The bed was super comfortable. It may have been tempur pedic or something similar. The location of our room was a little loud outside but it’s hard to avoid as it’s close to the station and people leave the bars late and are in jovial moods. Most importantly the reception employees were all lovely. I loved interacting with each of them and very helpful!

We stayed in this hotel as part of our Camino Nortes trip Pluses Location hotel is near seafront, the Camino and the cathedral Room big with bath Nice sleep big bed Minuses The only minus was the lack of milk in room for tea in room and being referred to a local shop to buy milk for tea by reception in a hotel, which I found astounding

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. It was a very nice hotel. It was very conveniently located just a stone's throw from the bus station.

Another great stay at the abba santander, the hotel is a great base for travelling around the area as its very close to two train stations, bus station and ferry services (both local and international).Town centre is also close by. Nice room, great breakfast and helpful staff.

This was a lovely stay at the end of our Camino Del Norte adventure. The room was spotless, linen lush and bathroom well-appointed. The welcome from the female receptionist was warm and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the area was well looked after by the staff. The hotel’s location is also excellent. It backs onto the Main Street and there’s an array of restaurants from 8pm onwards open. The bus station and train station are literally outside so you can get easy access back to Bilbao if you are flying out of there. Just ensure you book your ticket on the bus early as we assumed that there would be available seats and there were not.
