Friendly, nice and clean with an excellent breakfast and service. Everyone of the staff were accomodating and we were all very well taken care of and comfortable.

Excellent proximity to the bus station! Was staying here and got off the bus, and by luck, our hotel was right in front!

Another great stay at the abba santander, the hotel is a great base for travelling around the area as its very close to two train stations, bus station and ferry services (both local and international).Town centre is also close by. Nice room, great breakfast and helpful staff.

A nice little hotel right next to the main bus station.
Arrived from the airport by bus, and it was just a matter of crossing a narrow road to get to this hotel.
The room was clean. The air conditioner was effective and was not too loud.
Main areas of the city and the restaurants are all within easy walking distance.
It was handy to have a kettle in the room, along with tea/coffee.
I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. They spoke good English and the reception was always staffed.
The breakfast was very good with several options of fruit juices and fruit also provided.
No noise proliferation from adjacent rooms or from the normal traffic flowing on the road in front.
However, I did get woken up by what I presume was the noise of bin lorries in action, despite the soundproofing.
I stayed on the third floor and from the little balcony I was able to see part of the bay area, that looked stunning at sunrise.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience staying in this hotel, and will not hesitate to use again for my next visit to this beautiful city.

Right down the street from Train station and next door to bus station. Clean, very quiet, comfortable room. Fantastic breakfast.

I can not fault the hotel. It was nice and central, the staff were great and very helpful. The breakfast was tasty and the entire hotel was immaculate. I'm surprised it only has 3 stars as it deserves 4.

Good value. Great central location and able to park outside the hotel. Helpful reception staff. Rooms good, not exceptional
